从前的我，是极其厌恶跑步的，因为身体虚弱，常常跑得不到一半就会放弃。因此，每逢体育课，我都会怀着忐忑的心情上课，一提起跑步，我就会直冒冷汗。又是一节体育课，同学们陆陆续续地下楼了，而我依然呆呆地坐在座位上，恨不得想让时间冻结。可惜我做不到，只得呆在原位盼望下课的铃声马上打响。时间一分一秒地在我的等待中消逝了，体育课也已上了一半。他们应该跑完了吧!我欣喜万分，哼着小曲跑到了操场。

谁知恰巧闯进了体育老师犀利的视线中，我吓了一跳，惊恐地望着她，我们的视线交集在了一起，摩擦出了强烈的火花。“你怎么来那么晚?”老师两只眼睛瞪得又大又圆，头发简直快要竖起来了，样子明显是生气了。我大气不敢出一声，只得在心中呢喃着“对不起”。“哦，你身子弱，老师不怪你。但你越不锻炼，越不会有好身体呀!跑步不仅身体壮，还能让你意志强，快加入到他们的行列吧!”老师的声音突然变得温和许多，笑着望着惊恐的我。我连忙插进同学们的队列中，与他们并列跑步。我的脑海中浮现出老师那和善的微笑，那微笑，充满了宽容，在我的心中定格成了永恒的画面。

以后的每堂体育课，我都积极地跑在最前头，并用出自己的力气全力以赴地弥补我之前的散漫。有几次，我在跑步时，突然没有了劲儿，老师便在跑道边为我边助跑边加油，陪我一圈又一圈地跑步在跑道上，老师已近五十岁了，丝丝白发在风中飘动。“加油!加油!往前冲，不放弃。”我的耳畔时时回响着这句话，脚下不觉注入了力量。仿佛看到了老师如阳光般无私的爱心，这一声声的鼓励，化作了一股股清泉，汇集成海洋般的力量。我用尽一切力气往前冲，迎着太阳的方向，投进阳光的怀抱。

今日已过了几年，我早已从一名稚嫩的小学生长成一个中学生，羽翼已丰满，目标已坚定。面对生活中的挫折，我从不气馁，始终坚强，努力地奔向黎明的前方。沐浴爱的阳光，挥洒汗水，播种希望，因为有老师的声音一直响在我的耳畔。

“向前冲，不放弃!”跑步在阳光下的少年，一路跑步，一路珍藏……

现在我爱上了运动，爱上了跑步，让我们一起运动起来，奔跑起来吧!

生活中的我是一个喜欢运动的人，当然对一些体育运动项目也比较喜欢.在奥运会的所有运动项目中，我喜欢那些有欣赏价值的、没有带有“暴力”色彩的运动项目。

首先是乒乓球运动项目，乒乓球做为我国的国球，不但是我国的强项，也是夺金的热门运动项目，这个是我喜欢的理由。平时一些乒乓球的比赛只要有，我就必看，而且对那些运动员也很熟悉。

再有就是体操，喜欢那些在高低杠上、吊环上、鞍马上、来回穿梭，就像在平地上一样行动自如的体育健儿。体操虽然近几年水平有所下降，但是那些体操运动员潇洒的姿势，是我不能放弃关注的主要原因。

平时我喜欢打羽毛球，闲的时候经常和同事在单位对打一阵。因为平时喜欢打，对比赛中这个运动项目也有所偏爱，而我们国家的羽毛球水平整体不错，每次的大赛都是拿金的运动项目，虽然羽毛球比赛起来时间要长，运动员消耗的体力相对来说要大，但是随着规则的改变，羽毛球越来越值得观赏。

排球在郎平时代的辉煌之后，随着老运动员的退役，曾经的辉煌成为过去，而一蹶不振。自从上届奥运会在陈忠和的带领下中国女排重整岐山，在全体队员的努力下，重新夺回了属于我们的冠军，重新拥有了世界冠军的头衔，有多人少为之而哭泣，为之而兴奋啊!

游泳也是我喜欢看的运动项目，看着运动员在水里劈波斩浪，那漂亮的泳姿，让我这个不会游泳的人羡慕的不行。在中国的游泳队曾经有五朵金花的杨文意时代已经结束了。虽然游泳对曾经走入过低谷，但是随着罗雪娟等一批小将的出现，可见中国游泳队后继有人。

跳水运动项目基本都由中国运动员包揽了所有的金牌，但是不到最后谁也不敢断言金牌是属于我们的，运动员只有全力拼搏才能确保万无一失啊。

奥运会的脚步越来越近了，我们寄希望于运动员能够发挥出自己的水平，能够多创佳绩，让世界看到中国的腾飞。

我最喜欢的运动是打篮球，因为我爸爸是个超级篮球迷，从我记事起，每个六、日的早晨，我和妈妈都是被电视里球赛的解说声吵醒的，在这样的环境下长大的我，怎能不迷上篮球呢?每当我听到姚明、麦迪、乔丹等巨星的名字，在电视上看到他们潇洒的身影，我就心潮澎湃。

上个礼拜天，在我的再三恳求下，爸爸终于答应教我打蓝球。早晨的天空阴沉沉的，不时有几朵乌云飘过，我跟爸爸趋车来到了云大的篮球场。爸爸指了指蓝筐，“投几个，熟悉一下球性”这有何难?小菜一碟!我模仿明星们的摸样，起跑，跳跃。投蓝——没中。再来——又没中。我偷偷地环顾四周，生怕别人看见我的糗样，还好，没人注意，。我定了一下神，使出吃奶的力气，“嗖”这次干脆连蓝筐也没碰着。我的自信心受到了极大的挫败。爸爸走上前拍了拍我的肩膀，“学篮球，得从基本功练起。”

于是，爸爸教了我拍球，带球两个基本动作。雪越下越大时而刮来几阵狂风，把地上一层雪推向天空，展示她们优美的舞姿。麦迪，姚明等巨星在球场上飞驰的模样在我脑中挥之不去“他们也是这样苦吗?”我一边练，一边问自己“该回家了。”爸爸的呼唤传来后，我立刻抱起球，向爸爸跑去。迎着大雪，我俩回家去了。

雪更大了，雪花不时飞在我冰冷的身上，但我的心却是热的。我终于明白，那些巨星并不是我想的那样不识人间烟火，而是在背后用汗水与失败迎接着辉煌的黎明。我深深懂得要想人前显贵，就得背后受罪，只有吃得苦中苦，才能成为人上人!

打篮球，这就是我最喜欢的运动!

我想所有的人都有一个梦想吧!可能这个梦想不大，但是总是给自己一个决定，就是一定要完成这个梦想。

我的梦想 不是为了我自己，是为了我的家。因为在我小的时候总有人在我父母面前总是说自己的儿女多么多么的厉害，时间久了，渐渐渐渐我在心里种下了一粒种子___就是我一定要长大买豪车，住豪房，我要让所有人都羡慕我的父母。

我要让所有的人都羡慕父母有我和哥哥这两个孩子。这颗种子一直埋在我的心里慢慢的发芽，我知道想要实现这个梦想很难实现，但我一定要赚大钱。

可能会有人说我只在乎钱$_$，钱是身外之物，在我眼里父母们用自己的一辈子去守护我们，关心我们，在乎我们!每次看到父母很辛苦，总想去帮忙，可是又拉不下脸。

但是我不仅一直想实现这个梦想，我还想等父母们老的时候让他们锦衣玉食。

为了这个梦想，为我加油吧!
