在体坛上有许多闪闪发光的星星，他们在天空中闪烁迷离，而我最喜欢的是其中最高最亮的一颗，他就是刘翔……

刘翔有着一头短短的头发，他的那张长长的国字脸上有着两条月牙似浓浓的眉毛，眉毛下有一双炯炯有神的眼睛，一张嘴巴时常咧着，看是一个眉清目秀的小伙子，但在赛场上就像变成了一只雄狮在跑道上飞奔…。

刘翔，中国田径110米跨栏的一级运动员。是他在2004年，冲过终点时，张开双臂，告诉世人：“中国有我，亚洲有我!”告诉世界——黄种人也可以站在决赛跑道上，也可以拿短跨类的世界冠军。2005年，是他在芬兰赫尔辛基的风雨跑道上以0。01秒之差，与冠军失之交臂，与杜库雷插件而过时，露出他标志的微笑——是他让我看到了一个失败者的从容。失败了，没什么，下次再来，是他让我明白了一次失败真的没什么……

刘翔虽然刻苦练习，但是进体校后，还常常被人欺负，速度慢也跟不上同伴们，但他没有放弃——刘翔一次次地跌倒，一次次地站起，他要超过别人。而他的教练也被他的这种精神打动了，并要主动帮助刘翔。炎炎盛夏，体育跑道上，刘翔一圈圈地跑着。豆大的汗珠如雨水般从刘翔脸上滴下，落在没有尽头的跑道上，运动衣衫黏在了身上，颜色也由深变浅，轻轻一拧就可以拧出一摊汗水……终于，刘翔成功了，他通过他不断的努力创造了奇迹，赢得了全世界对他的认可。2008年奥运会，刘翔由于受伤而退场了，但是他去美国医疗前站在赛场说了：“最终有一天，我会再次插上翅膀在跑道上飞翔!”

正是刘翔的这种顽强拼搏，刻苦训练的精神感染了我。同时又让我懂得了：只有付出才有回报，只要敢于拼搏，就会成功的道理，我要学习他的这种精神。他永远是我心里树立的榜样，永远是我喜爱的运动员。

My father is a tall man with a pair of glasses. Everyone says he is a kind-hearted man. He often helps his neighbours and some strangers whom he doesnt know at all. He has really done a lot for others. I dont like him to do so because I think it has taken him too much time. When I discourage him, he always says with a smile,"The world needs warm hearts."

My father loves his family, and loves his work even better. In the company, he is called "workaholic" He spends most of his time working, and often forgets to have meals or to go to bed.As a result,he doesnt enjoy good health.

My father likes reading in his spare time. He told me reading was very interesting. I became interested in reading little by little. I like books, because they help me in many ways.

My father has a bad habit he likes smoking very much. I hate it. See, the house is full of smoke. I know its bad for his health as well as mothers and mine. I advise him to give up smoking. Im sure he will follow my advice some day.

我的爸爸个子高高的，戴着一副眼镜。大家都说他是个好心肠的人。他经常帮邻居排忧解难，对于一些他压根不认识的陌生人，他也总是尽力相助。他为别人真是付出了许多许多。我不愿意他这么做，因为这花费了他太多的时间。每当我劝阻他时，爸爸总是笑着说：“世界需要热心肠嘛!”

爸爸热爱家庭，更注重事业，公司里的人都叫他“工作狂”。他把大部分时间都用于工作，为工作他常常废寝忘食。过度的劳累使他的健康状况欠佳。

爸爸闲暇时爱读书。他告诉我，读书很有趣。我渐渐地对读书产生了兴趣。我爱上了书，因为书对我帮助很大。

爸爸有个坏习惯——太爱吸烟。我不喜欢他抽烟。瞧，家里充满了烟味。我知道吸烟有害他的健康，对我和妈妈也有害无益。我建议他戒烟。我相信总有一天他会这么做的。

这就是我的爸爸，我为有这样的好爸爸而自豪。

“奥林匹克之父”皮埃尔·德·顾拜旦说过，体育就是天神的欢娱，生命的动力。既然是“生命的动力”，那么就等于说，体育是必不可少的。

体育运动的种类像天上的繁星一样多，数不胜数。只是球类运动的就有篮球、足球、排球、手球、棒球、垒球、水球、网球、羽毛球、乒乓球等等等等，太多了，多的数都数不过来。

我最喜欢的体育运动是乒乓球。其实原来是喜欢篮球的，只不过每次打篮球都会被打到头，我就断定我不是打篮球的料，于是，我就“弃篮从乓”了，改练乒乓球。有人会说了，为什么要选乒乓球，而不选其他的体育运动呢?因为我的眼睛近视，巴金爷爷说眼睛是心灵的窗户，可现在我已经给这扇窗户装上了“防盗窗”，所以我要去掉这碍眼的防盗窗，让视野更开阔。

在一开始练球的时候，爸爸让我先练往上拍球，看看能接几个。他还说：“二十年前我还是个乒乓球高手呢!”啊?我不以为然地看看他的肚皮，简直比孕妇的还大，真想象不出来爸爸是怎么打乒乓球的。

我开始练习。刚开始，我就情不自禁地惊叹：“怪不得治疗近视眼，这么小的球拍，必须要集中精力才能接到球!”不料，接到第3个时，我就接不到了，球掉到地上快活的蹦跳着，发出乒乓的响声。我一个“

饿虎扑食”，结果扑了个空，重重地摔在了地上，待它不跳了，我才把它拿回来。

我感到非常的不服气，好想对它说：“你在球拍上跳不行吗?”不过说了也没用，它没有生命。我又从新开始，一、二、三……十三、十四。我欢呼起来：“耶!我成功了，我接到十四次了!”不过爸爸可是能接一百多次的，我还是早得很呢!我继续练，经过七七四十九分钟后，我还正在数着“二八、二九、三十、三一……”在第三十二次掉在了地上。“欧耶!”我破自己的记录了我感到无比的兴奋，我的记录本来是二十次的，这次一下突破了十几次，这好像给我打了一针兴奋剂，我越练越来劲了，也不觉得累了。

虽然我的球计还有待高，但我还是很喜欢乒乓球，我也会坚持不懈的努力的。

乒乓球运动令我欢喜令我忧。欢喜是我破了自己的记录，忧是每次都要汗流浃背。

相亲节目如今非常的火热，人们喜欢看男孩和女孩如何选择对方。在节目里，女孩子是嘉宾，他们等待男孩子们，然后选择自己喜欢的。当然，男孩子也有权利去选择女孩子，只要他们能挺到最后一关。

我喜欢相亲节目的原因在于我可以看到年轻人对婚姻的看法，同时，我也可以窥见他们的生活。男孩们和女孩们给出了他们对婚姻呢的看法，这和我们父母那一带是很不同的。

相亲节目给人们提供了了解年轻一代对婚姻观的看法，人们也可以从节目里学到很多。
