在我的印象中，我记得在我吃饭的时候看电视，看到一则新闻消息：姚明在比赛的时候受伤了。但他却继续为北京奥运继续训练。这个值得我们学习，我们要学习他无论什么挫折都要去完成自己该做的事。

我还在网上查了查他的资料，他曾在1997年入选国家队;1998年入选中国篮球明星队;1999年入选中国篮球南方明星队;2000年2月入选亚洲全明星队;2002年赴nba打球;2003、2004入选nba全明星阵容。

我希望他在北京奥运会上得金牌。我最喜欢的运动员是姚明，你喜欢吗?

我从二年级开始，老师就开始对我进行田径训练，从那时起我就喜欢跑步了，一直到现在从未改变过。

我在练习跑步的时候，总是汗流浃背，有时候累的走路都不想抬腿，到现在我还记得小时候练田径的艰辛，可我依然喜欢跑步。

现在，我已经是6年级的小学生了，我的个子猛长，身轻如燕，跑起来就像插上了翅膀，这全是锻炼的结果，自从我迷上了跑步，疾病远离了我，学习成绩也可以，浑身有使不完的.劲。

跑步，使我精神舒畅，信心倍增。跑步使我耐心倍增，学习上再有困难，我都会想办法去攻克它。跑步是我最大的喜好，可以说跑步已成了我生命中不可缺少的一部分。

不管在生活中遇到什么事，我都可以拿出我跑步的精神，我不想让时间匆匆离我而去，我就跟它比赛跑步，最终赢了比赛的我把匆匆离去的时间抓住了……

可能在许多人眼里跑步很乏味，但跑步对于我来说。却很快乐，因为我跑步时不仅练习了速度，还练了我的好身体，跑步又能给于我物质上的需求，还能给于我精神上的需求，我不管在任何时间、任何地点、我都能拿出跑步的精神，我可以用双腿和朋友比赛跑步，我还可以用我的思想、我的精神来跑步。

我喜欢运动，但更喜欢跑步。
