我因太阳而半闭着双眼，透过人缝，看见一位白色上衣的选手倒在地上，我心想：辛苦了这么久，结果却倒了，所有的汗水都付诸东流，真是功亏一篑啊。他，在一秒间毅然坚强地站起来；他，没有顾及身上、脸上的灰尘向某处跑去；他，眼神坚决的看着前方的某处，跑去……他的双臂长出了一对洁白的翅膀。

我被慑住了，猛地脱离了那我认为安适的位置，往人群众挤。他步伐艰难的向前挪步，一步一步地……我的心不禁为他而剧烈跳动起来，呼吸仿佛在此刻就要停止，目光也死死盯着他那执着的身躯。

金牌早已名花有主，许多学生在他倒下的一刻唉叹了一声就离开了，为拿奖的人祝贺。此时的他孤零零地向目标迈进，我想：这就是运动员的运动精神吧！我承认我被他坚定的眼深折服了，我的心在他的带领下，明白了奖牌的真正意义……

看到如此震撼的一幕，我忽然想起上体育课的我，总会趁老师不注意而溜之大吉或边跑边走，想到这里我不禁低下头，原来我的意志是如此的薄弱，只会做逃兵而不愿接受困难向我下的挑战书。

失败不可怕，只怕半途而废，这就是我的“运动精神”。

My favorite sport is football. football is a worldwide game, everyone knows it and lots of people like it.

I like it because of following reasons. fist, it can fit my body. when i was youny, i usually got sick. but after I play it, I became strong and seldom be ill.

Second, I like the feeling of high speed. while playing, sometimes i have to rob the ball, then i need to run faster. I can hear the sound of wind and feel like i am runnning in the wind. i feel so great. last and the most important is football is my dream. I want to be a football player in the future. i have to train hard to level up my skill. and i believe one day my dream will come true.

Above all is my reasons for my favorite sports- football. so I like football.

我从小就爱跑步，这种念想是源于对运动的热爱，对生命的珍惜，对快乐的`崇拜。

跑步前的准备是紧张的，在每一次迈开步子的时候，将全身的疲惫都抛在一边;跑步的过程是快乐的，这是跑步最吸引人的特质;跑步的结束是充盈的，享受每一滴汗水从额头到脸颊，这种感觉是惬意的，阳光的......

有一次，我去参加跑步比赛，可在400米得预赛中，我两腿像灌了铅一样艰难的移到起跑线上。一声响我们都像离弦的箭一样冲了出去，在我耳旁的风呼呼地吹着，果然不出我所料，还没跑完200米，我就精疲力竭了。直喘着气，肚子也开始疼了，身后的同学也一个连一个超过了我，我心想：不行，当最后一名多丢人啊!我就像热锅上的蚂蚁一般，可是身子就是不听使唤，反而越跑越慢了。

终于，就剩下最后100米了，我心里默默地喊着：我要坚持!我要坚持!我闭着眼睛奋力冲刺，超过了几个人，到了终点，和蔼可亲的老师走过来对我说：“好样的!”

我微微的笑了，我从来没有这么如释重负，也没有这么快乐过，虽然没有得到名次，但我也很自豪，因为我学会了坚持，懂得了超越自我，我现在才觉得，跑步也是这么的快乐。

友谊与关爱，快乐和奋斗，斗志和毅力，一切都在跑步的过程中表现着.延续着.传承着。

我爱跑步，我要一直爱下去!
