SinceI was a little baby, my parents read simple stories for me. They bought me manycartoon books with stories. They were my bedtime stories. 先说说四百米吧，刚开始跑时，我还是担心的，毕竟长跑不是我的长项。后来每一节课都有了这我不太喜欢的必修内容。可是每当开始跑，我便开始想：我一定要跑得比上次好！每当身后一位同学快追上来或与前面的同学距离缩小，我便会捉住这个机会反超一位同学或因为名次而拼尽全力，毕竟谁会愿意在快超越自我时放弃呢？就这样，我的跑步名次一直处于进步和不退步的状态。我清楚地记得，本学期班内共测了七次四百米，我的名次分别是七，六，五，三，三，三，三。而所用时长又分别是一分四十八，一分五十二，一分四十二，一分三十八，一分四十二第六次未计时，最后一次是一分三十四。其实我能进步全凭这么一句话：我一定要跑得比上次好！也正是这一句话，让我爱上了四百米。

至于跳绳，我小学时，一直是一百四十多个。经过这一个学期的训练，今天考试就跳到了一有百七十八个。以前我只会单摇、倒编花、一带一和十人八字跳。在这学期的一次体育课上，老师让大家跳双摇，我三年级时试过几回，都以失败告终，后来就在也没试过。于是我便尝试着跳一个结果没想到我竟然学会了双摇！这个惊喜也正是让我更爱跳绳的原因。

此外，一次六百米也不算差，三分零八，第五名；立定跳远也由一米五长到了一米七；体前屈还没测过，不过四年级测过一回，二十厘米，当时的第一，不过一个男生又做了第二次，从十九到了二十一，我便成了第二。

其实一句话来说，我之所以喜欢体育，就是因为它带给我快乐，也因为一次次的进步鼓励着我继续向前冲！

每一个人的嗜好都不一样，有的人喜欢打篮球；有的人喜欢看书；而我喜欢的是棒球。
