爬山不只可以呼吸道新鲜的空气还可以锻炼身体，我喜欢爬山。

在天气晴朗的一天，我早早起了床，全家决定去爬山。我兴奋极了，高兴得一蹦三尺高，一路上，我们有说有笑。

不一会儿，我们就来到白云山的山脚下。爬山的人络绎不绝，有的人往下走;有的人正走向石阶，似乎很轻松;还有的人累得筋疲力尽……长长的山道向一条长龙似的欢迎我们。可是我们刚刚到半山腰就累得气喘吁吁了。这时，我好像听到有人在我耳边说：“瑶瑶，是不是爬累了?坐在我背上我“飞”你上去。”我抬头看看山顶的凉亭，似乎听懂了长龙爷爷的话，像快乐的小鸟一样飞快地向前冲。终于，到达了山顶。

山顶上一阵微风吹来，让我们都感到非常舒服。又看到这边的老爷爷们整齐地打着太极拳，那边的叔叔阿姨们快乐地跳着健康操，他们的精神感染了我，似乎一点也不累了。我还玩了许多游戏，比如：荡秋千、跷跷板。树上的小松鼠还跟我玩起捉迷藏的游戏呢!一下蹦到这边，一下蹦到那边，大家都开心极了。

爬山可以给我带来很多乐趣，人一下子就变清醒了，我真的很喜欢爬山。

人人都有自己的爱好，有的人懒散，有的人好动，而我是属于好动的一类，因而和小小的羽毛球结下了不缘。

前几天，吃过晚饭后，爸爸、妈妈 带我去打羽毛球，一进羽毛球馆，就看到了许许多多的叔叔、阿姨们带着小朋友来打羽毛球，看到球场上的小朋友们非常认真，我也叫爸爸教我打羽毛球，爸爸同意了，还对我说：“打羽毛球不仅可以锻炼身体，而且个子还会长高。”我听了非常高兴!

那天傍晚，我拿着羽毛球拍，跟着妈妈的屁股后面慢吞吞地向羽毛球场走去，就这样我开始走进羽毛球的世界。

我经常和妈妈打羽毛球,一打就是半个小时,有一次还打了一个小时呢.羽毛球在空中飞来飞去,像一只漂亮的白蝴蝶.才打了一会,妈妈就没力气了,看到这个好时机,我就向左打,又向右打......妈妈跑得气喘吁吁,她老是接不到我的球,我很得意.每次去打羽毛球时,我都是哼着小曲下楼的.开心极了!

我喜欢上打羽毛球了。
