我的家乡在安阳这座古城内西部的一座小村庄，这里是我永远的乐土，因为这儿有我最喜欢的味道——皮渣的味道。皮渣是家乡婚宴三下锅文化、三道版文化、八大菜系文化的主要食材，是独具地方特点的美味菜肴。

每逢过年，我都会回到这个美丽的宁静的村庄，和家人一起辞旧迎新，度过这喜庆非凡的节日。而在众多饭菜中，皮渣一定是最引人注目的，它既可煎可烩，也可炒菜做汤，我曾经无数次看着奶奶做出这种晶莹的佳肴，奶奶首先把正宗的红薯粉条与淀粉糊融合在一起，两者是1比1的，还要加“调味”，绿绿的葱丝，黄黄的姜穗，白白的蒜蓉，奶奶挥手一洒，就像雪花般飞舞，飘飘然，均匀落在已熔好到糊糊里，顿时一股清香飘出。然后把它放在容器中，如锅、盘之类，上笼开蒸40分钟即可，一出锅，那浓浓的混着姜、蒜辣的气味扑鼻而来，过会儿就会慢慢的香起来，就不像那般猛烈了，却有丝带温柔划过鼻尖。最后，把皮渣切成一块块，它看着已是晶莹剔透十分精致，不过这时候可不能尝噢！要耐心，因为它十分烫，凉后尝起来可是果冻般弹软，看似软软，却十分筋道，不会碎，不会变成糊，香而不腻，厚味绵长。每次当我大口咀嚼着这喷香的皮渣，忙活很久的奶奶都会坐在一边慈爱的看着我，满足地笑着。

我爱家乡的味道，就是饱含着奶奶对我爱的皮渣味道。

姑姑告诉我，皮渣除了给自己人吃，还有给来访的客人邻居，以及给远在外打工的儿女。没错，每逢春节村子里就会被浓浓的皮渣味弥漫香，香而浓郁，看起来烟雾缭绕，实际是皮渣的热气儿，往而平静宁和的小村庄，这时沸腾起来了，热闹非凡。人们在村子里来往穿梭，敲敲东家门，拍拍西家窗，给对方送上自己的一份祝福，有礼有节，笑脸相迎。各家的皮渣有各家的味道，浓缩着各家的情，不同的人家做出的皮渣自然各有特点，但那种祝福与期望美好的朴实情感早已包在这可爱软软的皮夹里了，这是一种异曲同工的味道更是热情友爱的味道，

我爱家乡的味道，是饱含着热情有礼的景色味。

甜而暖，红而香的皮渣是家乡人民最朴实最实在的情，像红色丝带般系在每个家乡儿女的心中，将他们紧密的连在一起。那带着皮渣出门打工的儿女们就像是带着家味，无论走到哪儿，无论遇到多少挫折，都不会忘记那份温暖，也会永远记住，总有家在身后等着你凯旋归来，在心中和行动上也会越来越有劲，不负家乡所盼望，不忘初心，懂得感恩之情。

Seeing my whole education history, I have many teachers. But my favorite teacher is only one. He is Mr Lu. He is my middle Chinese teacher and head teacher. He is about fifty years old. Maybe he works too hard, so his back is a little bent. He always wears a black glasses. He looks amiable but serious in study. He always thinks us before everything. His class is very interesting and full of different kinds of encouraging stories. He is very strict to us in study. But whoever has difficulties, he would help us without hesitation. Sometimes he plays the role of a strict teacher, sometimes he takes the place of a kind father.
