我学乒乓球也很卖力每天颠球两百个，对着墙打两百五十个，与爸爸对战三局，一局二十一个球，在补习班，我也很卖力的在练认真的练正手，正手是最初级的打法就是胳膊往下，胳膊肘往右、直着，成L形、然后往前挥成弧线，然后正对着左眼后以最快的速度收回，收回后然后迅速在做刚才的动作。

然后我练了三个月，练乒乓球练得很不错了的时候学会了反手用乒乓球的黑面往前挥，在没挥之前，手腕朝里，然后挥的时候手腕往外并且压低，这样就可以练成了。之后我就可以战胜爸爸了，跟爸爸打乒乓球也可以赢了，然后又练了三个月，我又会了搓手等球来的时候用黑色的那一面从乒乓球的底下搓过去，这样，搓手就练成了，别看这很简单，其实炼起来很难很难的!

我学会了之后，姐姐和爸爸都不是我的对手了，可是我还要练习，正所谓人外有人，天外有天，所以我也不能松懈，不然的话，我就超不了程文瀚了，她是乒乓球补习班里乒乓球打的最好的，所以我下定决心一定要超过他!就是因为这种意念，我才没有松懈，继续努力练习乒乓球。

我跳绳练习了半年，跳绳我从一开始不会跳变成一次能跳一百个，然后两百、三百、四百个，跳绳我也练习的很努力，我会了单腿跳、编花的三种方法、倒跳、倒跳着单腿跳，每次跳绳比赛我都拿了全校第一，因此我都很高兴!

看着碗里那白白胖胖的汤圆，一颗颗溜圆、饱满、晶莹的汤圆像是用玉石磨出来的，又像是仙露琼浆滋润而成，那么光滑、圆润、还带着光，胜过美丽的珍珠。又仿佛像几位撑着白伞的女子在桂花雨里来来回回地穿梭。那几片桂花更是点睛之笔。有了那些桂花，让那画面更加美丽可爱了。汤圆闻起来有一种淡淡的香甜，又有一层淡淡的桂花香。真是色香味俱全啊!那些汤圆你挤我，我挤你，仿佛迫不及待地想进入人们的嘴巴里了。

Lying at the center of Beijing， the Forbidden City， called Gu Gong， in Chinese， was the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties. Now known as the Palace Museum， it is to the north of Tiananmen Square. Rectangular in shape， it is the world‘s largest palace complex and covers 74 hectares. Listed by UNESCO as a World Cultural Heritage Site in 1987， the Palace Museum is now one of the most popular tourist attractions world wide.

The bricks were made from white lime and glutinous rice while the cement is made from glutinous rice and egg whites. These incredible materials make the wall extraordinarily strong.

Since yellow is the symbol of the royal family， it is the dominant color in the Forbidden City. Roofs are built with yellow glazed tiles; decorations in the palace are painted yellow; even the bricks on the ground are made yellow by a special process. However， there is one exception. Wenyuange， the royal library， has a black roof. The reason is that it was believed black represented water then and could extinguish fire.
