This means it is high time we did something to bring the situation under control.Many factors are contributing to the deteriorating situation: industrial wastes pumped into the air， the lakes and rivers; a increasing number of automobiles crowding into the streets; the widespread use of plastic bags etc.

To my view， stiffer laws and regulations must be implemented to check pollution. Industries that release wastes without permission should be heavily fined. 经过一年的培训学习及教学实践，听取了学景专家们的指导和介绍，在课改的道路上我又成长了一步。学景专家们异彩纷呈、深入扎实的专题讲座，丰富多彩的课堂实讲让我受益匪浅。通过学习先进地区的教育经验和课改新理念、新举措、新方法，总结了三点心得体会：

第一，必须转变教育观念，适应课程改革;第二，必须转变课堂教学模式，发挥学生主体作用;第三，必须转变教师角色，做课堂的引领者而不是包办者。

课堂教学改革不仅仅是教师教学方法的改变，而是要从根本上改变学生的学习方式。什么是学习方式?学习方式不是指具体的策略与方法,而是指学生在完成学习任务过程时，基本的行为和认知取向;不是指学习的具体小策略，而是指学习的大趋向。因此，课堂教学改革的核心是改变学生的学习方式。改变学生的学习方式，就是要转变目前学生总是被动、单一的学习方式。提倡多样化的学习方式，提倡自主、实践、探索、合作的学习方式。可以按以下方式进行操作：

1、创造性地运用教材，为学生自主创新创设条件。在教学前，教师深入地钻研教材，在把握住教材实质的基础上，能创造性的设计教学，弥补教材的某些不足，改变传统教育的弊端，更好的培养学生的自主、创新意识。通过精心备课，设计出适合学生学习方式的教案。

2、营造自主创新的氛围，鼓励学生尝试。创造力是没法教的，所谓的创造力教学，指的是学生要真正有被鼓励展开并发表他们想法的机会，如此才能发展他们富于创造力的才能。因此，在教学活动中，教师设计情景创造机会，鼓励学生敢于标新立异，敢于尝试。

3、以“合作学习”为核心组织教学。引导学生在“合作学习”中共同创新，把“合作学习”延伸到课外。

4、让学生在生动的实践活动中探索创新。活动是学生学习乃至培养创新意识的最根本途径，我们大胆放手让学生动手、动口、动脑。依据“思维从动作开始”的规律，为学生创设一个活动、探究、思考的环境，培养学生的创新意识。在教学过程中，我们发现面对同一难题,有的学生采取独立探索的方式，有的采用小组合作的方式，最终都很好的解决了问题，可见学生依据自己的能力情况，选择适合自己的学习方式，完全可以达到很好效果。

《昆虫记》中写了关于蝉、蟋蟀、松毛虫、蜘蛛的很多故事。其中我只对狼蛛的故事还心有余悸。故事中写了:狼蛛为了保护自己的小狼蛛不顾生命安全，不顾一日三餐，夜以继日的伏在大卵袋。看它，毫不逊色于抱窝的母鸡!等这些小狼蛛出生了，便一窝蜂的伏在妈妈身上，几只?不是一只，也不是两只。而是300只!整体看起来活像穿上了一件合身的衣服。

I really had a busy and happy winter holiday. I did my homework and helped my parents with the housework every day.
