(2)带头示范作用差，不能以身作则，不敢坚持原则，对各种不正之风抵制不力，对错误的人或事放任不管，班子闹不团结，学校正气不足，人心焕散;

(3)不学习、不思考，决策水平低、有失误;工作责任心、积极性和主动性差;

(4)对教师的评价和使用不够客观、公正、合理。不善于团结广大教职员工，调动其工作积极性。

(5)行为举止违反社会公德和《中小学教师职业道德规范》，有损害教师为人师表、教书育人形象的言行;
