But Im sad to see some people getting their happiness in bad ways.They speak loudly in cinemas and meeting rooms; they destroy trees to enjoy themselves and they laugh at others shortcomings. Great changes have taken place in peoples life in the past 20 years .In the past ,people kept in touch with relatives or friends mainly by sending. Letters ,they would listen to the radio for news and other information.Children used to go to school by bicycle .Big families had to share small rooms .

Now people can talk to others by telephone or on the Internet at home .When they are free ,they watch the news and other programmes on Tv .Some families are rich enough to send their children to school in their own cars . More and more people lives in big and bright apear ments with several rooms .

Health is most important for any of us. ]n order to stay healthy, we need some common knowledge.

First]y, pay attention to the diet. We should eat lots of fruit and vegetables, because they are rich in fiber and Iow in fat. As a proverb says, An apple a day keeps the doctor away. So fruit is good for health. Dont have a lot of food that contains too much fat, such as butter. Meanwhile, sweets should be eaten in proper quantity, because too much sugar does harm to us. Dont drink too much coffee,either

Secondly, exercise is necessary. Regular exercise can help us keep from getting fat. People who do running every day usually have stronger hearts than who dont.

Finally, form good living habits. We should sleep for about 8 hours at night,and never work too hard. Over work and little sleep will lead to illness. Whats more, stay away from cigarettes.
