Im a tall and lively boy. I like playing basketball very much because its interesting. I like NBA, too. There are many famous stars in it. My summer vacation life is happy, rich and memorable experience. 第一、目标要明确、适当。因为每位同学的基础各异，接受新知识的能力不同，所以选择目标一定要切合自己的学习实际，要正确估计自己的知识和能力、估计能够自己支配的时间，了解自己学习上的缺欠和漏洞。目标既不能定得过高，也不能过低，“跳一跳就能摘到果子”，便是最佳目标。

第二、要合理安排常规学习时间和自由学习时间。常规学习时间主要是用来完成老师当天布置的学习任务，消化当天所学的新知识。自由学习时间是指完成老师布置的学习任务后归自己支配的时间，这一时间可用来预习、复习功课，查缺补漏和进行课外阅读、训练等。

第三、计划要全面，要符合素质教育的基本要求。中学生不能成天只讲读书，智育只是人追求全面发展的一个方面，除此，还有德、体、美、劳等。因此，在制定计划时还要安排锻炼身体的时间、娱乐的时间以及充足的睡眠时间等。

第四、要做到“长计划，短安排”。在一段较长时间内应当有个大致安排，每星期、每天干什么，也应有个具体计划，长远计划可以使具体计划有明确的实现目标;短安排，则可以使长计划的任务逐步落实。

第五、计划要留有余地，不要定得太死，太满，太紧，要留出机动时间，可作必要的补充和安排。

第一天，当地的导游带我们去吃了那里的蛤蜊刀削面，韩国没有像中国那样的一大桌的菜，他们那边都是方桌子，每桌四人，不能多也不能少，桌上每人只有四碟小菜，一盘是泡菜，一盘是腌萝卜，一盘是麻辣豆腐，还有一盘是甜酱。我们吃完了饭，便回了酒店。导游对我们说，虽然韩国十分冷，但是韩国人却很少穿棉衣，因为他们家里的地板是热的，他们有地热，我们迫不及待地进了旅馆房间，赶紧伸出脚来体验，一踩上去，地热马上传了上来，没过一会，房间就很热了，晚上睡觉的时候都不用盖被子。

最特别的便是韩国的牙签，韩国那里的牙签不像中国的牙签，不是竹子做的，而是用绿豆，淀粉混合而成，就像粉条一样，在热水里泡久了便可以吃，韩国十分环保，垃圾每周只能倒两次，一次是星期二，一次是星期五，所以韩国人会十分节制得减少垃圾的产生。

要是中国也有韩国那样环保，这里的空气就不会那么浑浊了，多希望以后的国家也能做到环保意识强一点啊。
