7.邀请文艺界名家来校讲学交流，使学生能够在实践基础上，得到一点“点化”、一点感悟，最终内化为自己的东西；

8.教师积极撰写下水作文，积极参与学生感兴趣的话题讨论，实践中把握写作规律以及学生思想动态；

1、组建评估小组，由备课组长任评委会负责人，统筹安排；学生作文按语言、结构、思想、创新等诸元逐项考核；

2、用各类征文竞赛、考场作文的成绩作为系列指标来衡量作文教学的优劣及学生整体水平。
