有人说：你是春蚕，吐不尽那绵绵的细丝至死方休!有人说：你是蜡烛，洒尽最后一滴泪去照亮漆黑的夜空;还有人说：你是朝露，常在黎明到来之前，默默地滋润着大地万物……你，就是我敬爱的老师——汤老师。

汤老师长着高高的个子，圆圆的脸蛋，额上长着两道柳眉，柳眉下嵌着一双明亮而又锐利的眼睛，她还有一张能说会道的嘴巴，一笑起来，嘴瓣儿像恬静的弯月。

汤老师平时对我们的要求很严格。每次学完课写《习字册》的时候，都会要求我们把字写得非常端正，对写的不好的字决不放过，直到写好为止。班里有几个同学的字因为写得太快而有些不好，汤老师就会让他们改过来，使我们都有很大的提高。

汤老师还很关心我们。记得有一次，我有点不舒服，去医务室量了下温度，37.5度，汤老师就跟我说：“如果不舒服，就跟老师说，老师就会和家长说的。”汤老师对我们真的非常关心。

老师，我向您致敬!是您把懵懂的我们领进知识的太空，用您那如歌的声音把爱播种!您像蜡烛一样燃烧了自己，给我们点燃希望的火种，用您那执著热情指引我们打开科学的迷宫!谢谢您，老师!

元旦放假了。这是新的一年的开始，我想自己来安排我的元旦假日。以前，所有的节假日都是由爸爸妈妈来安排的，我的大多数时间都是在上各类补习班，根本没有自由支配的时间。这一次，我一定要争取——我的元旦我做主!

其实，对怎样过一个有意义的元旦，我早就有想法了，只是，这个计划的实现还需要爸爸妈妈的帮助。因为爸爸妈妈都是律师，我经常看到一些犯罪的案例：子女不孝顺父母，把年迈的父母赶出家门;发生交通事故后肇事者逃跑;骑车的人跌进无盖的窨井，受伤后得不到赔偿;因一点小纠纷大打出手;盗窃、抢劫乃至杀人、放火……这一个个触目惊心的案例令我痛心，这些违法的人都是法盲呀!就是因为不懂法，他们才走上了犯罪的道路。如果我们从小就增强法律意识，遇事有清晰的明辨是非的能力，就不会去做违法的事，也不会走上犯罪的道路了。为此，我决定这个元旦约上几个好朋友，让爸爸妈妈给我们讲一些法律知识，我们还可以上街发一些关于法律方面的宣传资料，让所有的人都增强法治观念，减少犯罪。

我把自己的想法告诉了爸爸妈妈，立刻得到了他们的大力支持。爸爸妈妈不但给我们讲了许多法律知识，为了支持我的“工作”，还在街上支起了义务咨询台，爸爸妈妈在寒风中为群众解答法律知识，解决法律难题，而我和小伙伴们一边散发宣传资料，一边告诉别人我们刚学到的法律知识。遇到解决不了的问题，我们就把他们领到爸爸妈妈的法律咨询台前，让爸爸妈妈帮忙解决。

看着厚厚的宣传资料一点点减少，看着拿到资料的人认真学习的样子，看着难题得到解决的人们满意而归的样子，我们也高兴极了。回到学校，我一定要让同学们也一起学习一些法律知识，从小培养法治观念，增强法律意识。大家一起行动起来，与违法犯罪斗争到底。让我们的生活中不再有犯罪现象，让我们的生活更加安定、和谐，更加幸福、美好!——
