This phenomenon exists for a number of reasons . Some of the accidents are due to mechanical problems. As the vehicles in the road become common, the function of vehicles has improved and the speed is getting faster. However, most of them are the results of careless and reckless driving, which could not be avoided. A lot of people disregard traffic signals and rules. They drive regardless of speed limits, run through red lights, drive in the wrong direction, talk and laugh while driving, and turn at will without giving signals. They even dont slow down while approaching crossroads. So many people violate traffic regulations that we cannot put too much emphasis on the importance of traffic safety. Meanwhile, we can not ignore the fact that there are many problems existing in the design. They are all important reasons accounting for this phenomenon.

Some effective measures must be taken to slove this problem. The major cause for traffic accidents is people’s lack of safety awareness. Completing a safety driving education course is a very important way to reduce the number of traffic accidents. The key point for this issue is people’s awareness towards safety. It is a long-term goal rather than a single course for safety driving. The best way to solve the troubles is that we all abey the traffic rules. First, we cant get through red light and must observe traffic order. Secondly, tell our relatives not drive after drinking. Then, we should be care about road damage and inform relevant departments to solve the problems early. Finally, an active part in social activities, protect our order society! The last summer vocation ,I should have been gone to Guangzhou and open my horizon like feel the sense of sitting train ,subway ,seeing sea and soon on,I have ever done so many daydreams in my life,however ,unfortunately,I have to stay changsha ,due to a succession of subjective and obejective reasons.

Never mind ,I don’t care abot where I stay , as long as I happy with my life,I can learn some communications means enough.

The last summer vocation deserve to me treature,I should depict colourful and marverlous frame ,adding kinds of tastes into my daily life ,It lead me optimistic more.

We all know that it is not easy to find a suitable work in the present society. But at the same time, more and more companies say the phenomenon of the brain drain is very serious. I think both the employee and employer should take the responsibility. But employer should take the most duty. If the company can offer a considerable welfare, there will be less staff leave their position. In general, most employees change their jobs just because they think their payment doesn’t equal to their benefit. If the employer can meet the need of their staffs, the brain drain will not be a question. By the way, the employee also should think again and again when hunting jobs to make sure finding his dream job. Then he would not regret after a few days. If both employee and employer do their best, there will be less and less brain drain.

我们都知道在当今这个社会的要找到一份合适的工作并不容易。但是，与此同时，越来越多的公司指出人才流失这个现象的严重性。我认为这应该是雇员和雇主都该承担的责任。不过雇主应承担大部分责任。如果公司可以提供相当可观的福利，很少会有员工要离开的。一般来说，大多数员工换工作都是因为他们认为他们的付出与收获不成正比。如果雇主能够满足员工的需要，人才流失将不会是一个问题。顺便说一下，在找工作的时候员工也应该三思而后行，确保可以找到自己想要的工作。这样就不会一段时间后就后悔了。如果雇主和雇员都做到最好，人才流失会越来越少。

在中国，有一句话，农村的孩子早当家，这不是说生理上的，而是说心里上的。造成孩子早熟的原因有很多。一些孩子生活在不幸福的家庭，比如他们的父母离婚或者他们的父母相处不好。生活在这样的家庭，孩子不会正常的长大，他们会感到悲伤，了解更多不幸的事情。一些住在农村的孩子需要承担更多的责任，因为他们的父母在大城市打工，所以孩子需要照顾自己，也要学着去做家务。孩子早熟是不好的，他们应该一步一步地成长，家长需要给予孩子更多的关爱。

I have a good friend, we met each other when I was five years old. She is

my neighbor and the first time I saw her, she smiled at me. It was her smile

I have many dreams, such as I am rich in the future. Therefore, I can buy

all what I want. But my greatest dream is that I want to be an astronaut. Our

country develops fast and our space make great progress in the last several

decades. It has great achievements. All of our country are proud of it.

Therefore, I want to be one of this amazing area. In order to make my dream come

true, I must work hard now. So that I can go to a good university to learn more

knowledge. I hope my dream can come true one day.

When I was small, I like to eat a lot of food, but I have a habit, I will not eat up all the food, I just like to taste all of it. When my mother saw this, she felt bad for me, she told me that all the food was the farmers’ hard work, I should not waste it. Thinking about this, I felt so shameful about my bad behavior, I decided to eat up the food.
