3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

the one who gets over frustration, the one who becomes successful. When we meet

difficulties, we must learn to face it in the optimistic way, so we can see the

hope and have the faith to move on. The difficult moment is just the small

interlude of our lives. As the saying that failure is the mother of success, so

we need to learn lessons from failure and then when the time comes, we will get

successful. Facing frustration is unavoidable, if we can handle it well, we will

win.

几天前，我在电视上看到我国的西南地区遭遇了百年罕见的特大旱灾，看了以后，我的心里十分难过，觉得水对我们真是太重要了!我们浪费水真是太不应该了!于是我打算让我们全家人都成为惜水、节水的带头人。

星期六我家来了许多客人，客人走后，妈妈把碗放到水池里，打开水龙头，“哗”地一声，自来水涌了出来，妈妈就开始洗碗，我看到这一幕，急跑过去把水龙头关了，我耐心地对妈妈说：“我们国家都遭遇了那么严重的旱灾，你还用流水洗碗，太浪费水了。”妈妈看着我不解地问：“我不是一直都这么洗的吗?那应该怎么洗呀?”我把自己从书上学到的方法告诉妈妈。“只要用盆打一盆水把碗放进盆里，滴几滴洗洁精，然后多洗两遍就行了。”妈妈听了直点头，还夸我懂得真多。

一天中午，我们全家人坐在一起吃饭。在饭桌上爸爸又谈到节约水的事情。爸爸问我们：“你们知道节约用水的好处吗?”我抢着说：“我知道可以让我们家少交水费。”妈妈说：“可以让水价不飞速地上涨。”弟弟也说：“可以让停水的事故少发生。”爸爸笑着说：“看来大家都知道!”爸爸接着又问：“在生活中，应该怎样节约用水呢?”我想了想，说：“我们应该从小事做起，养成好习惯;可以在抽水马桶里放块砖头，这样更省水。”弟弟大声地说：“以后刷牙、洗脸时要把水龙头关了。”妈妈也说：“洗衣服、洗菜的水可以冲马桶;淘米水可以浇菜!”爸爸听了以后语重心长地说：“说得真好，但不能做语言的巨人，行动的矮子，从今以后，我们全家总动员用自己的实际行动来节约用水，好不好?”我们齐声说：“好。”

爸爸的话一直深深地印在我的脑海中，节约用水功在当代，利在千秋。让我们大家一起行动吧!只有这样我们才能为国家、为社会节约能源，也是为子孙后代造福。

如果让我来设计一个节日，我会设计一个“节约用水节”。在“节约用水节”那天，每一个人用水的时候连一滴水也不能浪费，我之所以要设计“节约用水节”是因为这样的：

记得那是周末的一天，我到李杨家玩。玩着玩着，李杨就对我说：“你先等我一会，我要去小便。”“那我也一起去。”我连忙应到。说完，我们便向厕所走去。走到厕所边，我看到李杨的妈妈在洗衣服，我就拉了拉李杨的衣服，在李杨的耳朵边悄悄地说：“李杨，我们先忍一下，就看你妈妈是怎样洗衣服的吧。”“好啊。”李杨轻声答到。只见阿姨洗衣服可认真了，可是阿姨手中的衣服已经被阿姨洗得一干二净，为什么她还用盆子来接水冲呢？我和李杨眼睁睁地看着阿姨用四盆水来洗一件衣服，我终于忍不住了，大声地说：“阿姨，您不能这样洗衣服，”只见阿姨被吓得抖了一下，转头过来说：“哦，原来是世昊啊，你刚才说了什么啊？”“我说的是，阿姨，您不能这样洗衣服。”我又大声地说。阿姨一边拿着衣服，一边对我说：“世昊啊，只有这样洗才能洗干净啊。”“不！”李杨一下叫道，“妈妈，你这样洗衣服是很浪费水的！”“对对对。”我连连道对。“世界上的水可多了，我就用这四盆水又怎么了？”阿姨用平常的语气说。我向阿姨解释：“阿姨，您知道吗？世界上可饮用水和您现在用的水全部几乎都不到百分之30！”“什么。”阿姨一下字愣住了。过了一会儿，阿姨把水龙头关掉，笑呵呵地对我说：“世昊，你真聪明，是阿姨做错了，阿姨会把剩下的水来冲厕所的。”这时，李杨着急地说：“妈妈，快点出来，我还要拉尿呢！”顿时，我们全都笑了。

我相信以后一定会有“节约用水节”这个节日的。
