中国是一个干旱缺水严重的国家。淡水资源总量为28000亿立方米，占全球水资源的6%，是全球13个人均水资源最贫乏的国家之一。我国现实可利用的淡水资源量很少，仅为11000亿立方米左右，人均可利用水资源量约为900立方米，并且其分布极不均衡。

随着世界经济的发展，人口不断增长，城市日渐增多和扩张，各地用水量不断增多。随着生产的发展，不少地区和国家水资源的供需矛盾正日益突出。

如果还不珍惜，最后一滴水将与血液等价。我在这儿呼吁大家：

武南污水处理厂位于武进高新区夏城露，占地面积约为250亩于20xx年5月正式进水投运，负责收集处理高新区、大学城、南夏墅、礼嘉、洛阳、前黄等六个区域生活及部分工业废水，目前污水日均处理量3。2万吨，集聚打造融污水处理、生态湿地、城市景观、中水回用、科普教育于一体的现在环保治水新模式，新理念。为常州市第二大污水处理厂。

走入武南污水处理厂，这里绿如丝绒般的草地上，野花星星点点，蝴蝶点舞，小桥流水，污水处理的设备掩映在茂密的树木中，这里优美的风景真是像一幅美丽的风景画。

IT snowed heavily last week in northern China. Big snows fell on Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Ningxia and Xinjiang. For many cities, it was the biggest snowfall in 50 years. The snow made traveling hard. Many schools had to close for days.
