最近，老师给我们上了一篇课文——《水》。课文里写了在那个缺水的村子里，人们只有下雨天才能尽情地在雨里洗澡，还写了骄阳似火的日子，母亲用一勺水为四兄弟解暑纳凉。虽然课文的字里行间都传递着快乐，但是我却读出了人们缺水的苦涩，感受到了水的珍贵。

我从不知道中国还有这么缺水的地方，也没有感受过那种将要被“风干”的感觉。我没有享受过一勺水“淋浴”时的“舒服”，但我尝过一桶水沐浴的清凉；我没有享受过在雨天洗澡的“痛快”，但我尝过夏日每天洗澡的清爽……

我上网查阅了一些资料：我国600座城市中就有一半城市不同程度缺水，严重缺水的有100多座城市。中国的水资源人均占有量仅相当于世界平均水平的四分之一。水资源短缺是我们面临的严峻的考验。

如果你没有亲身走进八百里沂蒙，你也许永远不会相信那一个个农夫用一根粗粗的绳子捆住七八岁大的孩子让他滑到深深的井底，为的只是一瓢瓢还带泥沙的饮用水。如果你没有亲自看到那个访谈节目，你也许永远不会相信西部地区有的孩子长到上学的年龄，还没有好好洗过一次澡；吃饭也不吃菜，因为菜要洗，要浪费水；上学路上渴得要命也忍住不喝水，怕喝完仅有的一点水回家的路上就会渴死……

同学们，听到这些，你的心灵受到震颤了吗？你一定为自己浪费水的行为感到后悔了吧？也许你洗手时水龙头开得很大，水都溅到衣服上了，那以后开得小一些；也许还有一小半瓶矿泉水没喝完，你觉得带着太麻烦，就随手扔了吧，那以后就留着，第二天还可以喝……

如果人类不珍惜水，那地球上最后一滴水将是人的眼泪！让我们从点滴的小事做起，节约每一滴水吧。节约不仅是一种美德，更是一种义不容辞的责任。
