可有些人却忽视了水，认为水是用不完的。任何资源都是有限的，水是稀缺资源，更是宝贵。在云南，持续了五个多月的干旱，2212万人缺水，1.11亿亩土地受旱，云南损失了170亿，在那里，我们的同胞们，急需水。水对于他们就是生存下去的唯一希望，一滴水不能改变什么，但是积少成多，如果我们人人都节约一滴水，那也够救一条生命了。

水钟在中国又叫做“刻漏”，“漏壶”。根据等时性原理，滴水记时有两种方法，一种是利用特殊容器记录把水漏完的时间（泄水型），另一种是底部不开口的容器，记录它用多少时间把水装满（受水型）。中国的水钟，最先是泄水型，后来泄水型与受水型同时并用或两者合一。自公元85年左右，浮子上装有漏箭的受水型漏壶逐渐流行，甚至到处使用。钟表是一种计时工具，在现代汉语中一般有两层含义，一是各类钟和表的总称，另一个是专指体积较大的表，尤指机械结构的有钟摆的表。

钟表技术是计时技术的一个重要发展阶段，是现代机械技术和计算机技术的技术源头之一。

有摆钟表

是由阿拉伯工匠最早设计出来的。其工作原理是等速运动原理。

机械钟表

机械钟表的动力系统是发条，计时单位是小时、分钟、秒，分别采用了12进位制和60进位制。

水钟是伽利略发明的，摆钟是惠耿斯发明的，闹钟是汤若望发明的。

钟表发展史日晷是最早报“标准时”的仪器，它由晷盘和晷针组成。晷盘是一个有刻度的盘，其中央装有一根与盘面垂直的晷针，针影随太阳运转而移动在盘上的位置。那时，有钱人家里自己也装有这种钟表。

埃及是第一个漏壶钟出口国。它由两个互相叠置的圆筒组成。水从上面的圆筒穿过一个小孔滴入下面的圆筒。水滴完了，就是某个时辰过去了。大一点儿的漏壶灌一次水可报六个小时，然后再重新装满水。

古埃及法老王朝的钟表巧匠甚至制做了装有指针和鸣击装置的钟表，每隔一小时，一定数量的圆球便滚落到金属盖上，发出大声的鸣响。罗马人是埃及漏壶钟的主要买主。清晨，报时人大声地报出钟点，然后，每家每户便往漏壶钟里装满水。

罗马诗人普拉图斯对这样的计时方法很不满意。他写道：“但愿上帝杀死发明钟点的人，……因为钟点把我的整天撕成了碎块。以前，我的肚子便是我的报时钟，在所有的钟表中它是最好和最准确的。”

据说君士坦丁大帝曾经有一只奇妙的钟，即使在今天看来它也是一只极不寻常的、复杂的计时器。它有一棵树木的形状，在枝桠上坐满所有可能的动物，下面蹲着许多的狮子，时钟一敲，狮子便张开大口，发出吼声。

柏拉图是第一个借助埃及的漏壶制成闹钟的人。他把下面的圆筒挂起来，使它可以旋转，过一定的时间，圆筒便翻倒，把水倒出，水又流往一个哨管，水流的冲击造成的气流使哨管吱吱作响。每隔同样的时间，柏拉图的闹钟便准时地“吹响”，催促着这位伟大哲学家的学生去上课。

漏壶计时的方法持续了几千年。查理大帝在位时还从诃伦哈里发那里得到过一只装有时针和鸣击器的漏壶钟，它用纯金制成，做工精巧，富有艺术性。直到十二世纪，一名僧侣发明了沙时钟，漏壶才逐渐被沙时钟取代。最后，彼得·亨兰发明了平衡轮，克里斯蒂安·海根斯发明了摆锤，在此基础上，才制成了类似于今天的钟表。

值得一提的是，沙时钟原先只用于给说教台上的神父掌握说教时间的。

据考证，早在公元前2000年，中国就有了漏壶。一张公元前2679年的图样证明中国早有了类似于印度人和阿兹台克人所拥有的日晷。除此之外，中国人还用另外的方法制做了他们的计时器，例如，他们通过燃烧刻有时间标记的薰烛计算时间。另外，据说中国的一位制做钟表的能工巧匠，用各种各样的薰料制成了一种香味钟，它每小时散发出一种不同的味道。

一二七O年前后在意大利北部和南德一带出现的早期机械式时钟，以秤锤作动力，每一小时鸣响附带的钟，自动报时。一三三六年，第一座公共时钟被安装于米兰一教堂内，在接下来的半个世纪里，时钟传至欧洲各国，法国、德国、意大利的教堂纷纷建起钟塔。

不久，发条技术发明了，时钟的体积大为缩小。一五一O年，德国的锁匠首次制出了怀表。当年，钟表的制作似乎仅限于锁匠的副业，直到后来，对钟表精度的要求越来越高，钟表技艺也日益复杂，才出现了专业的钟表匠。

一八O六年，拿破仑之妻、皇后J。约琵芬为王妃特制的一块手表，是目前知道的关于手表的最早记录。这是一块注重装饰、被制成手镯状的手表。当时，男人世界里风行的是作为身分、地位象征的怀表，手表则被视作是女性的饰物。

一八八五年，德国海军向瑞士的钟表商定制大量手表，手表的实用性获得世人的肯定，逐渐普及开来。

本世纪初，ROLEX（劳力士）的前身——WILSDORF&DAVIS公司推出银制绅士表和淑女表，大获成功，带动了各家钟表厂商竞相研制开发手表。当年就以怀表技艺闻名世界的瑞士，在手表制作方面也一马当先，ROLEX在一九二六年就开发出完全防水型的手表“ROLEXOYSTER”，一九三一年又率先将自动上发条的手表“OYSTERPERPETUAL”推向市场。LONGINES（浪琴）公司也不甘示弱，其研制的精密航空钟与美国飞行家林德伯格一起飞渡大西洋，名声大振。一九二九年，推出带秒表功能的手表“CHRONOGRAPH”，翌年又在此基础上开发出飞行用精密手表“CHRONOMETER”。

一九六九年，日本精工手表公司开发出世界上第一块石英电子手表，日误差缩小到零点二秒以内。一九七二年，美国的汉密尔顿公司发明了数字显示手表，马达和齿轮从手表中消失了。

手表制造新技术层出不穷，机械手表却并未寿终正寝，产量虽然大减，制造技艺却得以保存。特别是瑞士的钟表厂家，在石英手表独占鳌头的今日，仍对机械手表情有独钟，坚持生产高档机械手表，并源源不断地输往世界各地。

妙招二：减少用水量。

在我家的马桶的水箱里放一瓶矿泉水，这样就占用了水箱容积，以此减少水箱的存水量，减少冲马桶的水量。

妙招三：充分收集水。

我在我家阳台上的空调冷凝水管下面放一个水桶，收集滴出的冷凝水，用来冲马桶。另外，收集大自然的雨水雪水，用来浇花。

一天天过去了，我的节水妙招使我家的用水量降低了，得到了爸爸妈妈的夸奖。节约用水，我有妙招。我想，只要大家都加入节约用水的行列，我们的生命之源定会长流不断！

一，我把水龙头开的适中。

可能有些同学洗手时，一般都把水龙头开的最大，认为这样子手才洗得干净吧?其实这只是心理作用，水量大或小都没关系。像我，平时只把水龙头轻轻扭几下，大概80度，水量适中就可以了。再不急不缓地细细洗，细细擦，最后手依然洁净如初，也省了不少水，一举两得，何乐而不为?

二，我会将洗脸水用来冲马桶。‘

每次洗完脸后，水都会变得污浊不清，失去了透明。这时我会想：“泼掉怪可惜的，不如留着冲马桶吧!”就用被子将水撩起，一次一次地倒入水中。有时剩的水太少了，杯子无法撩起，我就用毛巾沾水，然后放在马桶上空用力挤。当最后一滴大得水珠落下时，我才把毛巾放回。

“滴水之恩，当涌泉相报”，我想，我们应以这种心态，对待延续我们生命而默默无闻的水。她也“渴”了，我们应更加珍惜她。不然，泥鳅将是最后的鱼，人的眼泪将是最后的水。

我的英语老师并不是我的班主任，但她也并没有因为这个而更偏向于她的班级，相反，她总是一视同仁。

英语老师带着一副没有任何装饰的眼镜，就像她的性格，很直，虽然有时说话会有些重，但每个同学也都是明白他的用心良苦的;她的眉毛很浓，这也算是远看上去，老师最大的特点了吧;老师的个子也是不高，几乎全班同学都会有她高，但是她在同学们的心中却是无比高大的……但无论如何，老师的教学水平还是很不错的。
