motivation and the meaning of their journey. It is so significant that everyone

needs dreams.

“强者为尊应让我，英雄只此敢争先，一腔热血一身胆，不知退后总向前，英雄只此敢争先，敢争先”。这是西游记中的歌词，正好表达自己将来的奋进新目标。

追求卓越，正是自己的目标。什么是追求卓越？我曾看电影《三傻大闹宝莱坞》，里面的男主角说：“追求卓越，成功就会在不经意间追上你！”我的理解是，自己的选择和目标不要受到现实的约束和影响，具体的就是说，当身边的人都很失败时，而自己比他们都好一点，但是你自己却远没有达到自己的理想。这个时候自己要不受他们的影响，继续追求自己的梦想，追求自己原本追求的！这就是追求卓越。

不是比别人好就是追求卓越，而是要超越自己的理想。这个理想每个人都可能不一样，根据自己的实际情况来确定。不断进步就是追求卓越。

有人会说：“下次我要当第一。”不错，有理想。但是能否完成呢？能否完成自己的诺言呢？英国皇家陵园中有很多名人，如牛顿，达尔文，法拉第等。但是有一个无名墓碑上有一段话：“当我年轻的时候，我梦想改变这个世界；当我成熟以后，我发现我不能够改变这个世界，我将目光缩短了些，决定只改变我的国家；当我进入暮年以后，我发现我不能够改变我们的国家，我的最后愿望仅仅是改变一下我的家庭，但是，这也不可能。当我现在躺在床上，行将就木时，我突然意识到：如果一开始我仅仅去改变我自己，然后，我可能改变我的家庭；在家人的帮助和鼓励下，我可能为国家做一些事情；然后，谁知道呢？我甚至可能改变这个世界。”这段话告诉我们，应从基础开始，打好基础。要打好基础就要有一定的计划。在新的一天中，我们就应该有自己的目标，并且要有新的计划来完成自己的目标。

做事就应该有一定的计划，好的计划可以帮助我们更好的干事。在新的生活中我们要制定出来一份属于自己的全新计划。既然是新的计划，我们就要吸取曾经的经验，来更好地完善自己，完善制定的计划。天天完成计划，长久下来养成习惯，就会与自己的目标越来越近。

有了计划，我们一定要按照自己的计划去行动。一代国画大师齐白石，不但艺术成就为世人所叹服，而且人格也别具魅力，其傲，其痴，其谦，堪称三绝。在他老年，曾有一个计划，就是每天坚持画一幅画，不然加画5幅。有一天齐白石老先生有事耽误了一天的画画，然后第二天连夜赶制出来6幅画，并且幅幅都是齐白石老年佳作。

齐白石老先生的故事就告诉我们，有了计划就要去按照计划行事。这样才能完成目标，追求卓越。

朋友们，新的一天到来，设定好自己的目标，制定好自己的计划，让我们向目标，向理想追去，美好的明天等待着我们。成功在向我们招手，让我们追求卓越，追向成功。

我也去过很多地方，像千岛湖、诸暨五泄风景区、莫干山、大明山、瑶琳仙境、柯岩、朱家尖、西湖风景区……每个地方的风景都让我留连忘返。我非常喜欢这些风景区，因为这些地方的空气新鲜，景色宜人。

作为老师，仅教给学生课本上的知识是不够的，还应该教他们欣赏诗歌、阅读名家名作，以增长课外知识。这样既能培养学生的学习兴趣，又能提高学生的写作水平，开阔学生的视野。唱歌、跳舞、弹琴......一样可以充实学生的课外生活。我会充分利用课余时间与他们唱歌、跳舞，给他们将将怎样做人的道理，多方面培养学生，使他们成为各方面都优秀的全才。

我有一个梦想，那就是我的设计师梦，我常为我家门前的空地想着，要是能设计一个空中花园该有多好啊!

有一天晚上，在梦中我成为了一位设计师，设计了我家的空中花园。我设计的花园一共有五层。

第一层设计一个花园。里面种上月季，百合，还有一年四季开放的菊花。第二层种着奇异草，还有一种非常知名的小草，那就是舞草。听说这种舞草只要“听”到优美的音乐，就会跳起舞来。第三层设计一个动物园，里面养着我最喜欢的小猫小狗，和小兔等等。第四层造一个大型水池，里面养着鱼，虾。第五层再设计一个大喷水池，每当乐曲想起，喷水池里就能喷出高低不同的水柱，再配上五颜六色的彩灯，多迷人呀!

我的梦想啊!好疼啊!原来是自己跌下了床，梦也跌醒了，不过没有关系。明白现在我只要能好好学习，长大后肯定能实现我美丽的梦想，才能设计出这么美丽的空中花园!

One night, I became a designer in a dream, my sky garden is designed. I designed the garden has a total of five layers.

The first layer design a garden. Inside a Chinese rose, lily, and chrysanthemum open all the year round. The second kind of singular grass, there is a very famous grass, grass that is dance. Heard that this dance grass as long as the "listen" to the beautiful music, dancing. Inside the layer 3 design a zoo, with one of my favorite kitten doggie, and rabbit and so on. The fourth layer to build a large pool, raised in fish and shrimp. Fifth floor to design a big fountain, music every time remind of, fountain can gushing water of high and low, deserve to go up again the colorful lights, how charming!

My dream! Good pain! It is his fall out of bed and dream also fell awake, but it doesnt matter. Understand now I want to be able to study hard, grow up is sure to realize my beautiful dream, to design such a beautiful sky garden!

Unlike Martin Luther King’s, my dreams are fair and plain, and there are

many of them. I have a dream from the first time I sit in a car—I want to

drive.

Driving is like running without foot, racing without strength. It’s the

most meaningful way to meet human being’s desire of “faster”. When driving, I

have to put all my spirit to. Operating a car at ease will cost years of

experience.

Driving will take me to my wanting destination, no matter it rains or snows

or winds. I never am afraid of shoes wet, umbrella broken or ears frozen. A car

is rather like a moving house, which protects me completely and helps me rush

directly to the aim hanging ahead. That suits my nature perfectly: love to take

risks conservatively. A smooth ride in a good car is an enjoyable satisfaction.

Seeing rows of trees moving backward rapidly, a feeling of stepping forward will

fill fully in my mind. With music hovering, breeze blowing, my soul flies in the

air.

I was always sick when took a ride of a car, especially when I was young.

Father told me that a driver would never have carsick. That may be one of the

important reasons for me to desire driving.

This summer I am going to learn driving and get my car license. The dream

with all my heart will follow the promise it had made.
