I have a dream, I hope the school dining-room can provide us better food. I don’t think you will ask me why, I think we have the same idea!

Long long ago, I want to have lunch with Frank Liu(classmate) on Saturday. We saw few people buy the beef noodle, so we decided to buy that. Then we went to the counter and bought two bowls. I was very surprised to see that there were only three small pieces of beef in my noodle and five in Frank Liu’s. I asked the seller to give us more, but we failed. I asked the seller three times. At last, he gave Frank Liu two pieces.

I was shocked. Then I began to complain about this wick world . I promised that I wouldn’t eat beef noodle any more.

At that time, I had that dream.

Yesterday, I went to lunch with Frank Liu again. This time, we saw no people buy the beef noodle, it was very unusual, and so I bought one. Too my surprised, there were more than six big pieces of beef in my noodle. “What a lucky day!!” I said to myself.

I was very happy, because my dream had come true. But few minutes later, I felt worried again: maybe three days later, there will be three small pieces of beef in the noodle for the second time.

孩提时的我，笨拙、木讷、不爱说话。遇到老师，假装若无其事地从身边溜走，然后便很庆幸老师没注意到。通常跟人说话也羞嗒嗒的，也难怪不讨喜。

一次偶然，我在校园里拾到一个钥匙，钥匙头大乎是米老鼠的样子，钥匙的下部分有一般钥匙的大概结构，只是缺少那种细微的纹理。我兴冲冲地把它带回了家，在母亲面前得意地展示出来，谁料她瞬间笑得前俯后仰，摇着头说：“你个傻孩子，那只是个玩具钥匙而已。”我先是愣住了，随后慌张地把钥匙收了起来，就像收起刚才的那份喜悦，心事重重地走进了房间。晚餐期间，母亲郑重告知于我，决定送我去学钢琴，那种曾经只在电视上见过的奢侈品，我竟然有机会去“掌控”它了。就这样，小学三年级那年，便开始了我的钢琴生涯······

那是在一次庆六一活动筹备期里，不曾对我笑过的小学班主任如同她平时对待那些好学生一样，微笑着对我说：“扬帆，听说你学了钢琴的，你去参加一个节目吧。”第一次感觉被关注，被重视的我一个猛劲点头。表演当天，虽然有点小紧张，可却没有任何差错。事后，小学班主任一个劲儿和我母亲提起当天的我是多么镇定自如······

那是初中，成绩一塌糊涂，琴艺也丝毫没长进，就当我感觉小学时所奠定的些许自信全被击垮时，母亲交给了我一个钥匙，说是自家门的钥匙，可我越发觉得那么眼熟，似曾相识。对啦，那不就是我小学时拾到的玩具钥匙吗？我早已记不清它被我扔哪去了，再次见到却是焕然一新的静静地躺在母亲手心里，还复制了我们家钥匙的纹理。母亲说：“曾经丝毫没用的玩具钥匙都变换了它的面貌，有了它的实用价值，相信你也一样，你也能行的，你要相信自己。”说着，将那个钥匙递给了我，我拿着钥匙回到房间，一个人静静地想了一宿······

此后，我开始有了追求。

每逢假期，街上、小吃店、饮料店、KTV不再有我的身影。不是要去补习就是要去上钢琴课，不是埋头做习题就是在家练《暴风雨奏鸣曲》，生活变得有规律起来，比起以前，感觉现在很累却显得很充实，生活富有韵味。

我能看到光荣榜上出现我的名字，名字的次数由一次变成了三次，看到同学们围着我问问题，听到老师口中表扬的我，看到老师们每次见到我那暖心的微笑，感觉到家人们，老师们重视的感觉，我再次收获了信心，那种很坚定的信心。

当我接触到"Romewasnotbuiltinaday."（罗马不是一天建成的），我能很自信地说出“我也是可以的，我也能行。”

我很感谢小学时莫名拾到的那个钥匙，但我更想感谢那个交给我真正钥匙的她。是她，交给了我一把已经打造好的，能开心门，找回自信的钥匙。此时，我想带着那份自信，同我一起踏上轨道，追求属于自己的梦······

Ever since childhood we have been pursuing always; going to school, looking for a job, falling in love, getting married, and striving for success in career and accumulating wealth, but never have we seemed to be contented with ourselves

However, striving for success in career and seeking material profits are two different outlooks or, if you will, two intrinsically different views on what is hardship and what is happiness. But there is one thing that applies in either case, i.e. life is no plain sailing, and things go and grow independent of man’s will. One should instead of indulging in delusions of daydreaming, temper himself in life, as the saying goes, “Heaven does not let down the one that has a will.” Even so, one cannot expect to succeed in everything he undertakes. In short, anyone in pursuit of something is sure to be troubled by something else, and that is the way things are in life.

没有一个人没有梦想，梦想是一个人对生活的追求。我自认不是一个能让人特别注意的人，但我却希望我能受到大家的欢迎，大家的注意，成为大家的焦点。

在开始我的演讲之前我想问大家一个问题，大家可否看过《牧羊少年的奇幻之旅》这本书，大家对梦想的定义又是什么。

梦想，每一个人都有，也许有人会说现在我都不知道梦想是什么，但或多或少都会有对自己未来人生的一种憧憬，那种憧憬就是我们的梦想。在我的理解里，梦想就是牧羊少年的奇幻之旅里圣地亚哥金字塔下的神秘宝藏，他卖了他所有的羊去寻找他的天命，那个寻找宝藏的天命。在他追寻的路上，也不乏取笑他的人，可是他从来没有放弃，即使后来在金字塔前被强盗抓住，他都没有后悔追寻他的天命。

说实话，我也没有圣地亚哥那种勇气与魄力，但我知道我的宝藏在哪里，那就是我对我自己未来生活的一种憧憬，还记得小学第一课，老师问我们想当什么，我说的是医生，因为他救死扶伤，让人觉得很伟大，后来，喜欢上了文学和医生这个梦想也渐渐远了，因为理科成绩很烂。在初中，是我第二次谈到梦想，那时候我向往广阔无边的大草原，渴望跃马扬鞭，在草原过一种牧歌式的生活，想要远离喧嚣的城市。在高中，人也渐渐长大不过我的梦想大致没有变化，虽然我知道我牧歌式的生活已经不可能获得，但我依旧执着的坚守着自己的原则——一份平平淡淡的生活，在自己家乡的小县城有一份稳定的工作，有一个属于自己的家，在工作之余有自己的时间可以做一些自己喜欢的事——喝茶看书，我不想挣太多的钱，也不想追求多大的权力，我只想做一个平凡简单的自己，或许有的人会说没有出息，但是我有一群理解我的朋友，他们也在追寻他们的梦想，有一个朋友她想带着她的画板去各地写生，追求她周游天下的梦，有一个朋友，他想在大城市间去寻找他的梦，想在那里寻找他一展才华的天空……和他们的梦想相比，我的梦想或许真的很没有出息，可是我不会去学他们，因为那是他们的梦想，不是我的。我依旧会追寻我自己的梦想，我不管别人会怎么看待我的梦想，我有我自己的路要走，我也相信我的朋友们会在我的天命之旅上支持我，事实上他们也在做着，虽然我们的梦想不同，会有不同的天命之旅，但我们还是会在天命之旅上相互鼓励，一起前进。

书地的最后是圣地亚哥与帮助他逃出来的强盗一起躺在金字塔下，神再一次告诉他宝藏就在他出发地的那棵树下，而强盗也说起了他年轻时做的一个梦，神让他去远方一棵树下寻找宝藏，可是他没有去。圣地亚哥最后说：他已经找到了真正的宝藏。

每个人都有属于自己的天命——梦想。可是又有多少人真正踏上他的天命之旅，我希望大家能够找到自己天命，踏出自己天命之旅的第一步，当你踏出了第一步，你离梦想也就更近一步！
