低头族，顾名思义。一直低着头玩手机、发微信。一直这么做不仅对颈椎不好、影响视力、容易发生意外，还会疏远人和人之间的关系。而如果身边有一人成为了低头一族的成员，慢慢的，其他人就会认为自己被忽视了。但最惨的是：有些人以为如果和那位低头朋友一起低头，就会得到他/她的重视与关注。可是并没有。从这边就出现了分支：三分之一自暴自弃，直接加入了低头一族；三分之一奋斗到底，可终究没有成功，却没有发现自己也已经沉醉在手机中无法自拔；三分之一清醒了过来，却与那位朋友永远疏远了关系。而这就形成了一个死循环，而其中三分之二的人又把这种“低头病毒”传染给了其他人。

那就有问题出现了，那有没有办法抑制住这种病毒呢？当然有，那就是我们的克制力，但又有多少人能够成功的克制住自己呢？几乎没有。很多大人就以工作的借口一直盯着手机，有时就疏忽了家人。而且本来应该和我们一起游戏的时间也都被手机给挤掉了，就好像手机才是他们的家人一样。例如出门散步，大人都应该不带手机，不然微信铃声一响，大人们就又会马上沉浸在手机带来的无限快乐之中。并且最要命的是，这会让一个家庭在本该拉近亲情的时候疏远了彼此之间的关系。

不过还有一个问题，那就是手机会让我们的生活时间变成碎片。因为手机发明并且被普及了之后，大家花了生活中的大部分时间在手机身上，而剩下的时间要做完并且做好那么多事跟本就不可能！于是我们将时间切成了碎片，然后再分配到我们的生活之中。
