四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

一年一度的教师节就这样来临了，我们班级也正忙着出教师节的黑板报，属于10个班的期末评比“文明班”的一项活动。2班是我们1班的较劲班，只不过他们的班主也参与了黑板报的描绘，致使我们这些靠着自己双手、脑袋去思酿的同学有少许的泄气。不过后来还是被竞争的欢愉所取替，对呀，出黑板报我还是头一次，想想就觉得挺新鲜的!

晓婷是我们班上的绘画能手，而班长与梓佳就是写字达人!跟他们一起出黑板报，真的是“荣幸”吶，既学习了人家，又满足了自己的好奇心，一举两得，在活动中增长了见识，在交流中获得了快乐。

“教师节来历”、“教师节赞歌”、“教师节故事”……一个个生动的画面，虽没有2班板面的华丽，却也是同学们劳动的成果嘛!

我在那一处空白的墙头上，画了一卷书信、一支玫瑰花和一顶博士帽。红花绿叶，孜孜教导，硕果累累，这不正是园丁们辛勤的写照吗？很久没有在墙上绘画了，如今，粉笔与墙面的磨檫声交汇，串成了欢歌的音符。呀，没想到真是“看着容易，做起来难”，我以前看同学作画，只不过是小小的墙头一角，现却花费了我半小时的时间。跳下椅子仰视，班长说：“灿曼，你画的是什么东西呀？”o(︶︿︶)o唉，好伤自尊哦。画了半天，居然看不出模样来。其实我也辩不出自己到底画的是书还是信，(*^__^*)嘻嘻。

走出教室，看下面的自行车，已经寥寥无几了，听见有人对班主说：“老师，节日快乐。”真有勇气!

班长大概是觉得天色渐暗，而自己的离校路途又是那么地远，可是我们这些女同学并没有回家的意思，只好在一旁说笑。哈，其实都一样，只不过星期一就要参加评比了，而要赶在星期一之前完成，唯有这个时候的加紧了!一笔一划有条不紊地修改着，而晓婷那边的菊花也差不多初具模型了吧!

6：15，总算搞掂，哦，回家喽!希望我们的努力不会白费!

教师节的氛围，虽没有了以往在作业本里面夹上“老师，iloveyou”之类的信条，也没有送花、送信之类的举动了。不过咱们滴努力就是对老师最好滴回报!
