为期十多天的20**年“国培计划”培训结束了。作为本届培训班的学员，我深感荣幸，非常感谢各位专家教授和一线老师在这10多天里给予我们的这次培训。十天的培训虽然很短暂，但是十天的培训很扎实，十天的熏陶让我有了脱胎换骨的感觉，理论讲座为我的头脑增添了许多新的教育理念，情感教育让我收获了一份快乐心情。在培训中，能够得以聆听众多专家、乃至省内有名的专家教授的讲座，倾听他们对小学英语教学的理解，能够观摩一线教师以及省内外优秀教师的课堂教学，学习他们的教学技能，对我来说是一次思想上的洗礼，心灵的震撼和理念的革新。

通过这次培训让我对新课程理念下的教学方式与学习方式的变革有了新的理解;让我对做一个富有人格魅力的教师充满了希望;解开了我在语音教学中的存在的迷惑，异文化渗透教学让我更加喜爱英语，为自己是一名小学英语教师而感动自豪，再次疏理了我在撰写教学论文时的一些不清晰的思路，点燃了我对成为一名合格的优秀的小学英语老师梦想，让我知道了如何有效的开发课程资源，更好的利用课程资源进行教学，为培养我们小学英语教师的专业能力指明了方向，并学会了实现自我的价值，改变自己的心态，用阳光灿烂的心态面对工作和生活。实这十天来十几场讲座都很精彩，获益匪浅，这几天我反思了一下自己有以下几点心得体会：

1、教书育人。

教书育人至少要做好三件事：教会学生做人，教学学生思维，教给学生知识(尤其是要教给他们获取知识的方法)。要正确高效地影响学生，我们自己首先要有渊博的学识和高尚的人格魅力。我们应引导学生做高尚、智慧和勤奋的人，应培养学生的责任感，教给他们中国最传统的东西，教会他们如何爱国。

2、阳光心态。

好的心态使你成功，坏的心态毁灭你自己。事情本身并不重要，重要的是你对它的态度。当你看到反面的时候，不要灰心，因为调过来就是正面。改变不了事情，就改变对事情的态度。再说，是好是坏还不知道呢。把问题当成成长的机会，人生就是一个解决问题的过程。学会为小事高兴，会有更大的高兴出现。我们应该为自己的当前满意，相信自己的生命，要睁着眼睛去旅游，牵着蜗牛去散步，享受生命的过程，活在当下，才能精彩每一天。

3、终身学习。

作为一名教师，应该审时度势，做终身学习的典范。唯有如此，我们的教学才能从不断的学习中汲取营养，充实知识，提高本领，胜任工作，充分发挥模范带头作用。否则，我们就会落后于时代，就难以完成肩负的职责任务。

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. The winter vacation is coming，I have made a plan for my vacation.I want to spend time with my family，so I will return to my hometown .I am for back to my hometown for preparation. I miss my grandparents very much ， so I will visit my grand parents at first.I will chat with my uncle and aunt ，play with my cousin .It will be very intereting .I hope I will have a great time there.

Olympic Games hold every four years and I like to watch the matches so

much. People always pay much attention to the champions, while for me, the

inspiring players are easier to catch my attention. Though some players do not

get the prize, they deserve applause as the champions have. I remembered that in

the Beijing Olympics, in women’s 100-meter-race, a girl looked different from

other athletes, because she worn scarf and was from Afghanistan. She lagged much

behind other athletes, but she still got the intense applause. She showed to the

world that Afghan women could join this big event. Her insistence helped her to

come to the world stage.
