1、加强听力训练。希望同学们每天听一套跟中考要求一样的听力材料。就像中考听力一样要求自己。听完后核对答案。看看失分在什么地方。然后合上书再听一遍，锻炼自己的听力。坚持听上一假期，肯定有收获。

2、培养良好的写作习惯。每天背上一篇好的范文，写上一篇类似的作文，用上里边的好词好句，对于连词成句部分，不妨每天写上5个连词成句，摸索里边的规律，在做这个题的时候，先看看里边有什么词组，什么句型，这样写起来就不会摸不着头绪了，集中练上一段时间会有提高的。

3、养成阅读的好习惯。由于阅读在考试中的比重很大，所以要加大阅读的力度。每天都要练习两个阅读两个完形。做完后核对答案，对做错的题分析原因，对里边出现的生词或短语要记录下来，有必要的要背过，以此来扩大自己的词汇量。此外，要限定时间以此来提高阅读的速度和能力。

4、强化重点题型训练。针对单选题和完形填空题错误较多的情况，同学们最好在寒假里把老师上课讲的专项练习好好看一遍，把老师讲的重点例题弄懂弄明白。每个学校都有一本复习指导的书，把书吃透了，里边的题弄明白了就可以了。题要精不要太多。把自己常错的题写在一个纠错本上，经常看看巩固巩固。

5、增加词汇量。有的学生平常的词汇量很少，在做阅读完形的时候看不懂文章，短时间增大词汇量不太容易。但假期是个好机会，可以集中来记忆。可以把几本书拿来把上边重要的黑体字部分的四会单词分期分批地记忆，每单元的重要词组也要背过。再配合着题做一些词型变换的题，学会灵活运用。

当夜幕降临的时候，街道旁的路灯都不约而同的亮了起来，就在这时候，我飞快的跑下楼去，手里拿着各种各样的烟花炮竹，于是，我连忙点起火来，只见背火熊熊燃烧的烟花，像火箭一样向天空飞去，天上的烟花，突然间被炸开了，天上留下了五颜六色的道痕，突然，我的眼睛里充满了光明。

然后我就融入了欢乐的人群当中，我忽然看到，人们在高兴地做游戏，脸上露出了开心的笑容。连我也不由自主地走了进去。我们互相讲笑话，玩游戏，放鞭炮，猜字谜等。接着，我碰到了同学，我说：“新年好!”她也说：新年好!然后我们就互相拜访。过后，我就听到了震耳欲聋的鞭炮声，那声音热烈而持久。在声音里我看到人们大声欢呼，喊叫，我着急地离开了。

闻见家里的饭香味，我就顺着香气跑回了家里，吃上香喷喷的饺子，保证你去了会大饱口福。吃完饭，我穿上了新衣服去逛街，街上的人那是人山人海啊!我差一点就摔倒了!不光这个，街上的东西还应有尽有，物美价廉。人们沉浸在欢声笑语之中，夜深了，寒意在逼近，人们都不愿意离去，还在那里尽情地欢庆，期盼新的一年到来。

新年终于来啦，我们送走了20xx年迎来了20xx年，在新的一年里有了新的起点在这一年里，我要好好学习，天天向上，我还要实现我去年没实现的愿望。

我要制定一张学习计划表，安排我在新学期的作息时间，通过自己的努力提高成绩我还要好好的尊敬父母，不顶撞父母，让我会更多生活经验。我不会像以前那样早知道8点才起床在写作业的时候总是分心，结果什么都没写好，我也不会总是抱着电脑不肯放开了，我要投入到认真的学习中去，让同学们不再认为我学习差，学不好，我要追上那些成绩好的同学，在家里我要帮妈妈干家务活，不再让妈妈那么累了。我还会和父母聊聊天，让他们开心一点快乐一点。

在新年里我还要去外面旅游几次，增长我的见识面，不在同学们谈论起这些话题的时候哪里都没去过很尴尬，我还要学习很多民族的风土人情，让自己更出色更加亲近自己的祖国母亲。

这就是我20xx年的新年计划，期待新年的到来期待我在2016年的成绩提高吧，俗话说得好：有志不再年高无志空长百。

经过初中两年的学习以及大大小小的考试，我们渐渐从一个个无忧无虑的儿童成长成为懂得了压力和自律的少年，同时也在时光的洪流中收获了不少与年龄相称的反省。

初中两年来，最大的改变无疑是在初二的下半学期。从这时，我们渐渐接受了会考带来的紧张气氛，也慢慢承受了逐渐增大的压力。在家长的言语和老师的教诲中，我们开始明白，中考离我们已经不远了。

在初三来临之际，为了赶上其他同学的步伐，我深知现在不同于以往，所以要对自己做出一些总结和反省。

【一】分析不足

对于一个学生来说，学习无疑是最重要的事情。但是我在这一方面还有很多漏洞。

1. 在课堂上，虽然老师讲的内容不可能全盘吸收，但是在回家复习这方面，我做的还不太尽人意。

2. 在考试时，有时不能做到专心致志。

3. 老师讲完的卷子、活页之类，讲完后不能做到及时分类、整理和装订。

4. 在周末完成作业后，有事不能做到自觉复习、预习

关于各科目的一些缺陷：

一.语文

1. 在语文学习过程中，无论是作文还是课内阅读，都完成的比较轻松。但是课外阅读的强度还不够。

2. 在课外积累方面，尤其是文言文的积累还不够。

二.数学

1. 缺少课外难题的训练。

2. 自我总结能力尚欠提高。

三.英语

1. 语法训练欠佳。

2. 需加强课外阅读能力。

四.物理

1. 接触题型不够多。

2. 课堂笔记的条理性需要加强。

【二】制定措施

针对上页提出的不足，需要提出几点改正的措施。

(一)整体措施

1. 课后回家做到条理化的复习。

2. 考试时要做到专心。

3. 对于老师讲完的卷子、报纸等要做到及时装订和整理。

4. 周末不能度过的浑浑噩噩，要在完成作业的前提下争取多学一点课外知识。

{二}具体计划

1. 加强课外阅读。

2. 闲时多翻翻字典，积累一些生僻字、词语。

3. 找一个本子，专门积累课外的古诗词及文言片段。

4. 拥有自己的现代文摘抄本。

5. 在完成老师要求的作文基础下，每周多练一篇习作。

1. 在完成书上练习题的基础下，寻找课外习题来增加掌握的题型量。

2. 尽量寻找一些难度系数相对较大的题型。

3. 从整理笔记入手，加强自己分析问题以及总结题型的能力。

1. 在将书上内容吃透的基础上，争取多做课外阅读。

2. 阅读一些总结性的初中语法书籍。

3. 增大词汇量。

【三】奋斗目标

面对即将来临的中考，大家都感觉到了前所未有的压力。在这种情况下，我更不能放松自己，而是更不能放松对自己的要求，为自己指定一个明确的目标，才能够更好地前进。

【主要目标】

1. 年级排名要求：前XX名。

2. 直升XX学校。

【次要目标】

1. 尽量提高课外积累量。

2. 提高写作水平。

The Spring Festival is the most important festival in China. People usually

decorate the doors and windows with red papercuts. becouse red means good luck.

People usually clean house too. becouse they want to sweep away bad luck.

Children can get some new clothes or presents from their parents and

grandparents. On New Years Eve,family always have a big dinner. Everybody are

围绕课改完善和深化学科教学常规，严格执行教研室、学校的各项教育、教学制度和要求，加强英语学科与信息技术的整合，聚焦常态课堂，关注教师成长，强调团队合作精神，全面提高英语教学质量,切实抓好校本科研、校本培训，从而促进全体英语教师的业务水平。

二、基本思路：

1、教学目标：培养兴趣，加强学法指导，抓常态课堂、高效课堂，稳固提高英语教学质量。

2、教研目标：组织进行校内外的教学研究活动，认真撰写论文，组织老师上研究课、示范课，通过研讨、评课等形式，做好课后反思，使本组教师理论与实践水平共同提高。

三、具体工作：

1、加强理论学习，更新教学理念，全面推进素质教育。全体英语教师都要抽出时间学习新理论，以先进的教育理念指导自己的教育教学实践。改进评价内容和评价方法，即努力做到关注学生学业成就的同时，还要关注学生情感态度、行为方式的发展，注重培养学生综合实践的能力，全面提高学生的素质。

2、强化教学常规的落实，提高课堂教学效率，组织教师认真学习学校教学常规，指导检查教师的教学工作，特别抓好“备课”、“上课”、“课后辅导”、“培优辅导”等主要环节，鼓励教师充分发挥教学特长，有效提高教学效率。

3、加强集体备课仍是本学期教研组工作的重点，因此要做到有计划、有目标、有实效，不走形式，各备课组每周至少活动一次，时间固定，要紧紧围绕教研组活动的主题，并有活动记录。以集体力量、集体智慧来提高英语组全体教师的业务水平。

4、打造“常态课堂、高效课堂”。教研组各教师认真学习常态课堂的基本要求，并每人按计划上一次公开课，要求集体备课，及时评课，找出不足，共同学习，共同促进，以学生的主体作用为重点，以合作学习的时效性为重点，从而来实现高效课堂。

5、加快信息技术学习进程，从而推动学科教学与信息技术的整合。组织所有教师运用现代教学理念设计多媒体教学辅助课件，组织多媒体教学观摩活动等，达到能将多媒体高效运用于英语教学中。

6、加强初三毕业班工作的研究，提高毕业班教学效率，组织全组成员认真学习《大纲》、《中考说明》，加强对中考动向的信息收集和试题研究。抓好听、说、读、写综合技能的培养，特别注重学生阅读能力的训练，另外所有英语教师要协助九年级教师搞好中考复习和模拟考试，力争中考第一仗顺利。

7、组织本教研组教师撰写论文。英语组要确定教研专题，全体英语教师通过理论学习和校本培训，不断反思、探索，并联系实际积极撰写英语教育教学论文。

总之，在校领导的带领下我们英语组全体组员会开拓进取，不断完善自己，将教学质量放首位，为学校的教育事业贡献力量。

看那，兴中道上，一条用菊花切成的鱼儿活灵活现，张大的嘴巴仰望着天空，仿佛在对天长啸。两旁的鱼鳍，在风中轻轻舞动，就像快要游动起来了一样。望着那惟妙惟肖的鱼儿，不禁会想到它的寓意：年年有余。它的存在，还真增添了不少过年的气氛啊!

回家的路上，到处是张灯结彩，家家户户的门两侧都贴上了春联，总让我忍不住想要去读出。门口摆放上的桔子树和花，只是静静的待着，但还是让人感觉喜气洋洋的。引用大诗人王安石的一句诗“千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符”来表现这一场景再合适不过了。

旧年的结束，意味着崭新的开始，轻轻的关闭2015的世界，慢慢地敞开2016的大门。新的一年，承载着我们太多的梦想，让我们放飞翅膀，自由的翱翔，我期待着日出那崭新的一天!

My holiday life will be busy but interesting.I am going to do my homework every day so that I can finish my homework on time.I am going to the library to borrow some books and go to the shops to buy some books so that I can read some interesting books.I am going to play sports such as playing basketball,table tennis,swimming and so on .Of course I am going to help my parents do some housework because they are busy with their work every day.I am going to spend a week in Shanghai with my parents so that we can see the expo.I am sure I am going to have an interesting and happy summer vacation.
