一、指导思想。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

总之，新的学期已经开始了，我要以上一学期的基础为起点，树立信心，全身心的投入到新学期的教育教学工作中去。争取在新的一年里，把教育教学工作推向一新的层次。

寒假里，最重要的当然是要先复习了。这次考试数学和政治成了拖后腿的，寒假要重点针对这两个学科。针对数学当然要每星期都多做题，多练错题，这样做题的速度才有提高。但首先要摆正态度，这次考试，失分的最重要原因有一大部分是因为态度不端正，轻视试题而造成的，看来态度很重要啊！政治则要在寒假里抽出时间多读多记，提高自己对题目的理解分析能力，对于题目不理解，就很容易使答案跑题，造成10分的题只得了2分的后果。复习是对前一段学习的总结，人生有了总结才会提高。

预习也相当重要。尤其是下学期的数学十分重要，此次牵扯到三年级的数学成绩，而三年级又是中招的紧要关节，所以要预习好数学。借本数学书是自然的，然后需要自学。我将要每星期学一章，因为自学需要一个消化的过程，并且每天都要做课后的练习题也会消耗掉大量的时间，还有我做作业要占用时间，所以间隔的时间要长一点。语文则要多读书中的文章，并且坚持背诵必背的现代文、文言文及译文。英语背单词、词组以及课文，使下学期能够从容地面对新知识。

As a chinese, I was really ashamed of having a little knowledge of dragon boat festival. Perhaps I was born in northern city, though my city is nearby sea, it has been built a U port which I can only see cargo ships and can’t see the sweeping ocean. So I have never see the dragon boat contest since I was born. So the dragon boat festival is just a holiday for eating “Zong Zi”. My mother made Zong Zi when I was a child. Because there was no supermarket, we couldn’t buy finished product from market. However, now, we can buy anything in supermarket, so my mother didn’t make them anymore. The boat festival began to fade out my mind.

In reality, young people began to have a bug to celebrate foreign festivals, such as Christams, Saint Valentine’s day, April Fool’s Day, some people also celebrate Easter in church. New year is coming.Spring festival is the most important festival in China.Besides celebrating it,Id like to make some new year resolutions.

First,I need to improve my English in 2009,especially to practice speaking.Maybe I can ask my English teacher to help with my oral English.

Also,I want to work hard at computer science.Because I am interestd in computer.And if I want to be a computer programmer in the future,I need to devote more time on it.

In the end,I will do more exercise this new year to keep healthy.I like basketball very much,so I can play basketball with my friends to become healthier.

Antother May Day is coming.In my memory,when the May Day is coming,it is getting warmer and warmer,and people would like to wear their fine clothes to have outings.On the coming May Day,I am going to have a traveling with my parents.We have planned to go to visit Beidahe.There,we can have a swim in the sea.You know it will be my first time to swim in the sea.I think it must be very exciting.And we can have some sea food there.And the most important thing is that we are going to visit the east end of the Great Wall.Perhaps,it is the start of the Great Wall.Anyway,I think all of us will enjoy the coming May Day.Now,I am looking forward to its coming. esjerost

Canton Tower,as a new landmark,located in the new CBD and the Pearl River landscape axis,lying in the geometric center of Guangzhou city.Canton Tower is 125 meters away from the south bank of Pearl River,facing the Haixinsha Island and Zhujiang New Town.In the year 2004,Information Based Architecture won the international competition,in which 13 of the worlds largest architectural offices participated,with a stunning and challenging design.IBA collaborated with Arup,the global design and business consulting firm developed the concept design.In later stages,IBA cooperated mainly with the local Chinese offices of Arup and a Local Design Institute.

Last weekend, On Saturday morning I got up at 6;30. After breakfast I did

my homework at home.

In the afternoon , I played football with my friends on our playgroud. In

the evening I watched TV with my parents at home.

On Sunday morning I went to visit my grandparents with my mother. In the

afternoon I went to go fishing with my grandpa. We had a good time . I went back

home with my mother in the evening. What a wonderfu weekend !
