第一，我决定学会放弃。在前两个学期里，我经常去上网、看小说、睡觉，对于老师布置的作业也不认真完成。对于这些流失的时间，我不能挽回，我一定要把握。但是我不怕，放弃了会让我更认真点。那些东西以后来做也一样，何必就要现在呢？我对自己说。

本学期，我年级将坚持“德育为首,教学中心,质量第一,”的办学目标，坚持“塑班风，促学风，展个性，提质量”的管理思路，以开展多种形式、多功能的主题班会及各项活动为教育载体，以促进学生形成文明规范的行为习惯和良好学习习惯为教育主攻方向，深化课堂改革，力争做到初二向初三平稳过渡，为即将进入的初三年级打下扎实的基础，为实现学校教学质量的腾飞尽最大的努力

一、 班级情况分析

(一)班风方面

我们的十一班是一个团结、向上、活泼的班集体，并培养了一批班干部和课代表，认真负责的值日班长和小组长，成为老师工作的好帮手;日常各方面检查成绩很好，要继续保持。但也存在不少问题。个别组长能力有待提高。

(二)学习方面

班级前十名的同学成绩稳定，并能自觉、主动地学习。其他同学有上进心，能在比、学、帮、超中不断前进，在期末考试中取得了很大的进步，但也有些同学缺少适当的方法和持之以恒的学习品质。学习较吃力的学生数量的增加是我们下学期一定要避免的问题。他们普遍基础薄弱，信心不足，上进心不强，问题较突出。

二、新目标新计划

本学期，我计划在加强班级凝聚力方面多下些功夫，多向老班主任讨教学习，结合本班特点，准备从以下几个方面入手：

(一)班级管理方面

(1)作业收发制度：课代表在教室最前的几张桌坐下，同学们一进教室就交作业，杜绝抄袭现象，作业统一收齐后，于课前交给各科老师，如实上报作业的完成情况，并由学习委员刘海静记录，家长会上通报。

(2)课堂管理：每天的值日班长要认真负责，记录好一天的主动积极学习，消极对待学习，上课不认真听讲，上课干扰课堂纪律，自习说话等等，并且每天一总结，对于工作认真负责的要及时表扬。

(3)班干部管理：培养和利用好学生干部。班长、班委、团支部成员及各科课代表

和各组组长分工明确，责任到人，并形成制度，使班级工作能按部就班的完成。充分发动小组活动，培养自觉性，制度奖惩制度，激励同学们各方面发展。

(二)思想教育方面

初二年级下半学期是学生在思想方面极容易出现问题的时候。部分学生压力不足，容易放松，而部分后进生则由于功课变难，而开始放弃努力，这些都不利于学生成长和班级的管理工作，因此思想教育工作必须时刻注意。

(1)尽可能多的利用自习、课间等多观察学生的一举一动，随时关注每个学生的思想波动和成绩起伏。

(2)多向各位任课老师了解学生上其他科目时的状态，以便于更全面的了解学生，而不是只看他的言语和在班主任面前的表现。

(3)利用好班会，对学生加强思想教育，但要注意避免单纯的说教，尽可能寻找适当话题，引发学生的兴趣，让学生参与，以期受到更好的教育效果。尽量做到班会不盲目，学生堂堂有收获。

(4)通过家长会、家校通、单个电话联系等多种方式取得与家长的联系与沟通，了解学生在家情况，并及时反馈学生在校情况。同时通过面谈、家长会上部分家长的经验介绍等方法对家长的教育方式提出建议和帮助。双方配合，以达到最佳的教育效果。

(三)学习方面

(1)通过班会、个别谈话等方式进一步端正学生的学习态度，提高学习兴趣。

(2)通过开学之初对学习目标、竞争伙伴的选择，使学生树立较高目标和竞争意识，以增加学生的学习动力。

(3)在班内开展多种形式的竞赛，增强学生的紧迫感，形成“比、学、赶、帮、超”的良好的学习氛围。

(4)让学生重视每一次小测验，并在测验后，帮助学生分析成绩，更重要的是分析差距与原因，以便尽可查漏补缺。

(5)常与任课老师联系，了解各科情况，并尽量抽时间帮各科老师抓紧知识的落实工作。

(6)常与家长联系，请家长配合平日作业完成情况，起码督促背诵。

初二的各项工作已经紧锣密鼓的展开了，我将针对上学期的情况进行进一步完善，并查漏补缺，尽量做好班主任的每项工作，带领十一班的全体同学，继续进步，争创佳绩。
