(一)班级管理方面

(1)作业收发制度：课代表在教室最前的几张桌坐下，同学们一进教室就交作业，杜绝抄袭现象，作业统一收齐后，于课前交给各科老师，如实上报作业的完成情况，并由学习委员刘海静记录，家长会上通报。

(1)尽可能多的利用自习、课间等多观察学生的一举一动，随时关注每个学生的思想波动和成绩起伏。
