People always say that if you want to be successful, then you need to never

give up. I agree with it. The power of insistence is infinite. It can bring us

to our destination. I have made up my mind to finish the task in the planned

time. At the beginning, I would write my homework once I got home and I finished

it quickly without other’s interruption. But sometimes my friends came to my

house and asked me to join the activity, and I would say yes without hesitation.

When I got home was almost ten o’clock, all I wanted to do was to sleep, but

thinking about the homework, then I decided to finish it and refused to leave

them another day. Today’s thing should be done in today. That’s my faith. My

insistence helps me to be an excellent student.

新的一年来了，朋友们都换上了新衣服脱下旧衣服。在人们的一天天盼望中，新年终于到了，人们开始忙碌起来。买烟花爆竹的小摊子出来做生意了;买糖果点心的出来做生意了;买福字对联的也出来做生意了。大家纷纷上街购置年货，大街小巷一片沸腾的景象。

这天晚上，是不是会有几户人家把烟花点燃放上天去;有时还有几个调皮的小孩也来凑热闹，手里拿着小鞭炮，往地上扔去，还的大地疼得毕毕剥剥的叫着。各家各户把灯打开了，有的人家在看电视，有的人家再吃团圆饭;我和爸爸妈妈在一起说说笑话，讲讲故事，看看电视，我的脑海中顿时浮现出了一首古诗：爆竹声中一岁除，春风送暖入屠苏。千门万户曈曈日，总把新桃换旧符。

在热闹的爆竹声中，送走了难忘的旧年;温暖的春风，给笑容满面的人们送来了新年。我们又长了一岁。家家户户敞开门窗，让大年初一的气息吹进屋里。在这爆竹声中，我又大了一岁，我因该更加懂事，妈妈和爸爸在我的身上下了那么多功夫，我要好好读书，绝不辜负爸爸妈妈对我的期望。我一定会好好读书来回报爸爸妈妈对我的关怀和对我的期望。祝：大家新年快乐!

又过新年了！元旦，妈妈特地去买了，五颜六色的糖果和各种各样味道的食物。元旦多么好啊，可惜太少了，如果我有权利，我一定制定一条法律一年有两个一月份，可以过两次新年！我相信谁都会同意的！因为元旦，你们都吃了不少吧？

My holidays are coming soon.I have some plans for the holidays and now I will talk about that with you. I will do some cleaning and do some washing with my mother at home. In my free time ,I plan to go to see the movies or play football with my friends.

Sometimes I will go to my grandparents home and to visit them with my parents.And I will do my homework every evening.What about your plans?
