一、 班级情况分析

(一)班风方面

我们的十一班是一个团结、向上、活泼的班集体，并培养了一批班干部和课代表，认真负责的值日班长和小组长，成为老师工作的好帮手;日常各方面检查成绩很好，要继续保持。但也存在不少问题。个别组长能力有待提高。

(二)学习方面

班级前十名的同学成绩稳定，并能自觉、主动地学习。其他同学有上进心，能在比、学、帮、超中不断前进，在期末考试中取得了很大的进步，但也有些同学缺少适当的方法和持之以恒的学习品质。学习较吃力的学生数量的增加是我们下学期一定要避免的问题。他们普遍基础薄弱，信心不足，上进心不强，问题较突出。

本学期，我计划在加强班级凝聚力方面多下些功夫，多向老班主任讨教学习，结合本班特点，准备从以下几个方面入手：

(1)作业收发制度：课代表在教室最前的几张桌坐下，同学们一进教室就交作业，杜绝抄袭现象，作业统一收齐后，于课前交给各科老师，如实上报作业的完成情况，并由学习委员刘海静记录，家长会上通报。

(2)课堂管理：每天的值日班长要认真负责，记录好一天的主动积极学习，消极对待学习，上课不认真听讲，上课干扰课堂纪律，自习说话等等，并且每天一总结，对于工作认真负责的要及时表扬。

(3)班干部管理：培养和利用好学生干部。班长、班委、团支部成员及各科课代表

(二)思想教育方面

初二年级下半学期是学生在思想方面极容易出现问题的时候。部分学生压力不足，容易放松，而部分后进生则由于功课变难，而开始放弃努力，这些都不利于学生成长和班级的管理工作，因此思想教育工作必须时刻注意。

(1)尽可能多的利用自习、课间等多观察学生的一举一动，随时关注每个学生的思想波动和成绩起伏。

(2)多向各位任课老师了解学生上其他科目时的状态，以便于更全面的了解学生，而不是只看他的言语和在班主任面前的表现。

(3)利用好班会，对学生加强思想教育，但要注意避免单纯的说教，尽可能寻找适当话题，引发学生的兴趣，让学生参与，以期受到更好的教育效果。尽量做到班会不盲目，学生堂堂有收获。

(三)学习方面

(4)让学生重视每一次小测验，并在测验后，帮助学生分析成绩，更重要的是分析差距与原因，以便尽可查漏补缺。

On the Chinese side, I decided to read an hour after class every day and read an extracurricular book one week to increase my extracurricular knowledge and expand my knowledge. I also decided to read a composition class to improve my composition to an ideal level. In the course of Chinese, I have to take an active part in speaking and publish my own understanding and ideas.

winter vacation plan

How time flies(时间过得真快)，unconsciously(不知不觉地) the next winter vacation (寒假)will soon come.In order to improve(提高) myself as well as enjoy a happy holiday，I made the winter vacation plan.

时间过得真快，不知不觉得下一个寒假就要到了，为了提高我自己同时快乐的度过假期，我制定了寒假计划。

Chinese New Year! Chinese New Year! Families are all busy to stick couplets on the Spring Festival, set off firecrackers, very lively!

My home is not exceptional also, dad is busy to stick couplets on the Spring Festival. You see, this part is spring AnXia too, bottom allied is autumn JiDongXiang. Suddenly I saw my father stick f down, I am busy to shout: "f down, the fall". I was suddenly enlighted, originally f down is a blessing to the partial tone!

Put up Spring Festival couplets, its time to eat dinner, I sat on the table, looking at these delicious tot, salivate. Finally the dinner, I discovered, not effort to wipe out a bowl of rice, everyone looked at me with this mess, laughed. The toast, I end up glass to grandpa said "I wish you happiness as immense as the Eastern Sea running water." Then I wish my grandma dont live as long as the southern mountain pines. 吃完年夜饭，我们心满意足的离看饭桌。来到了院子，就看见夜空被好多烟花划破，真是比星星还亮啊!爸爸也搬出了花炮和许多的烟花，爸爸顺手拿起了一个窜天猴，嘭，啪，说时迟，那是快，窜天猴直奔夜空，顿时变成了一朵美丽的烟花，飘向了银河……我也手痒的拿了一个小闪光棒，不停的摇转，散出了无数的小星星……突然一个烟花哑了，过了1，2分钟还没炸，爸爸不耐烦了，拿起竹杆就捅，可竹杆刚碰到花炮，就突然炸了，爸爸的眼镜吓得滑了下来，我看到爸爸这样子，笑得人仰马翻。同时，我也记住：笑归笑，乐归乐，但要记住安全。

放完鞭炮该爬门了，听说这样会长高，我每年都爬门。炮放过了，门也爬了，该拿红包了，爷爷给了我一个红包，神秘的对我说：“一定要放在枕头下哦，这样可以给你带来好运!”

该回家了，我和爷爷奶奶一一告别。一路的烟花照亮了我们回家的路……

Today, I went to my old house. I lived in it two years ago. When I am at school, I often think of my old house because it made me happy in the past. My old house is very tidy but old. It has only one level and there are just two rooms in it. I slept with my mother and my father ever evening. My old house is between two high houses, so it looks very small but lovely. When I lived in my old house, I often played with my sister at the weekends. But now I can’t, so I feel a little sad. Two years ago, I could share my feelings with my parents too, but they were separate at last. So my old house is my favourite place.
