今天，我和妈妈在超市里买回了一大堆的水果，有西瓜、猕猴桃、火龙果、苹果、梨、香蕉等。还买了一瓶沙拉酱，回家准备做水果沙拉吃。

拿来叉子开吃，叉起一块西瓜放入嘴里，有点咸有点甜，味道有点怪。我觉得它并不好吃。妈妈也说不是很好吃，下次还是直接吃水果吧!

今天晚上，我争得妈妈的同意，自己动手做水果沙拉，好让爸爸妈妈看一看我的手艺是很棒的！

我先拿出所需要的材料，有红彤彤的大苹果、青色的有点毛茸茸的猕猴桃、翠绿的青萝卜、番茄沙司和一只大碗及一把小勺，我先把苹果、猕猴桃和一块青萝卜洗干净，然后削皮，青萝卜和苹果的皮一削就掉，可猕猴桃的皮有一点软乎乎的，说什么也削不掉，只好去询问妈妈，一问才知道猕猴桃的皮确实不好削，要用水果刀轻轻地削。搞了好半天，才把猕猴桃削干净，

水果洗好了，就可以做水果沙拉了。我先把水果刀用清水浸一浸，这样切苹果丁的时候不会粘刀。我一刀一刀小心地切着苹果，终于苹果丁切好了，我轻轻地吁了一口气。接着又把猕猴桃切碎，青萝卜切成小三角块，然后都放到大碗里，再倒两小包番茄沙司，用小勺拌均匀。ok！水果沙拉做好了，有黄有红还有绿，真漂亮呀！

我请爸爸妈妈品尝我第一次做的水果沙拉。嘿！爸爸妈妈你一口我一口地抢了起来，嘴里还不停地说：“好吃，好吃！”我心里好开心呀！我也尝了一口，哇！清凉、酸甜、嘎嘣脆，好好吃耶！
