今天是圣诞节。天依旧是那么的冷，但阻止不了我盼望圣诞老爷爷给我送礼物的火辣的心。到了夜晚，家家户户都买了小礼物挂在五彩缤纷的圣诞树上，唯独我家没有。我的心好像被冷嗖嗖的风吹着。想起爸爸对我说的话——不要被这小小的困难所吓倒，要努力追寻。我想这个“困难”应该包括这先前的冷漠吧。我想有一整套的芭比娃娃，因为，我想美丽漂亮应该是许多女孩心中的梦吧。但我不是因为“它”而想要这一整套的芭比娃娃，是因为我多么想有他们的经历呀!想着想着，我就睡着了。再甜美的梦乡中，还是梦到了圣诞老爷爷给我送礼物的情景——圣诞老爷爷微笑着把我梦寐以求的圣诞礼物给了我后，对我说了一句话。这句话是“祝你圣诞节快乐!”说完后，圣诞老爷爷就驾着装满礼物的马车走了。醒来后，我并没有发现我想要的礼物，我笑了笑说;"也许圣诞老爷爷太忙了，没时间来给我送礼物了呢?"

又一个宁静的平安夜，正当我向妈妈炫耀同学送我的贺卡竟然有两张一模一样的时候，从下午一直睡到现在的爸爸突然饿了，一把打开了冰箱，惊诧地问：“这里怎么会有只烧鸡？”我急忙要跑过去看，妈妈却一把挡住我，不叫我去看。妈妈这种怪异的作法，让我好像突然明白起来，噢！那极有可能是给我的圣诞礼物。

晚上，我躺在床上，正在搞怪让圣诞袜立起来时，妈妈双手背在身后过来了，从背后拿出一包巧克力豆，妈妈好像看出了我的心思，悄声对我说：“快睡觉吧！别想太多了，过了十二点就没有圣诞礼物了，这才是我给你的圣诞礼物，你爸刚刚骗你呢！”说完就悄然离去。

还是六点多的时候，我便被一股烧鸡的味道香醒了，醒来的第一反应就是往桌子上看，突然看见一个盆子，里面有一只烧鸡，还有一张纸，是圣诞老人的贺卡。这时想起昨天晚上的那件事，去厨房一看，回来时眼里蓄满了泪水，冰箱里的鸡不见了！原来是妈妈提前给我准备好了圣诞礼物，一只鸡。

捧着一只火鸡，我的心不免有些失落：难不成每一个圣诞节都是家长给我们准备礼物？好像有些道理，因为小时候比较瘦，好像每一年的圣诞礼物都有吃的，妈妈那么辛苦，还为我准备礼物，我……

我的心里百感交集，想说对不起，妈妈，我在学习上不太认真，你却赠与我两个圣诞礼物，我以后一定好好学习，绝对不会叫你失望。正是有了这个信念，我的作业每一次都更好，错的更少。谢谢妈妈，也谢谢你赠与我的圣诞礼物。

盼呀盼，已经可以听见圣诞节的脚步声啦。我是又喜又愁：喜的是推开新的大门，自己就十岁啦；愁的是，妈妈辛苦养育我这么多年，该为她准备什么新年礼物呢？送上一盒我最爱吃的QQ糖吧，可妈妈不爱吃零食；捧出纯洁的百合花吧，可妈妈从来不爱花花草草；抄一首古诗吧，可妈妈豆大的字不识几个……思来想去，我打定主意：送给妈妈一个爱的拥抱。

圣诞节那天，我起了个大早，躲在妈妈的房间外。呀，时间怎么过得这么慢，十分钟、五分钟、三分钟……房门一直没有打开。难道是妈妈睡过头了吗？正准备失望地回到房间看书，门“吱呀”一声开啦，妈妈睡眼惺忪地走出来。一见机不可失，时不再来，我猛地跑过去，双手环抱住妈妈的腰，大声地喊：“妈妈，圣诞节快乐。这个拥抱是我送给您的礼物。”妈妈先是一愣，马上反应过来，摸着我的脑袋说：“这个爱的拥抱真温暖，是我收到的最好礼物。”
