每个人一定都喜欢的书，有的喜欢《三国演义》，有的喜欢《水浒传》，但是我却喜欢一本知名度不怎么高的书，叫《平凡的世界》。

《平凡的世界》作者路遥以一群平凡而可爱的农民在1975年—1985年这十年间的生活，展现了人们在生活中的自尊、自信和自强，现时出展现了人生的奋斗、挫折与痛苦。也许，正是因为小说描写了平凡的生活，才让它变得真实吸引人，但我们也可以深深的感受到，在这平凡中正有一股不平凡的力量从他们的心底喷出。

说到这，我想到了已经瘫痪的爷爷，我的爷爷本来是一个非常普通的农民，有一天早上，我和爷爷云田里种地，到了中午，我和爷爷回来时，因为我在路上玩我的玩具，没有看路，突然有一辆汽车飞驰而来，爷爷马上向我扑来，把我推到在一边，汽车无情的碾过了他的腿，我们一家赶快把爷爷送到了医院，医生说爷爷下半身瘫痪了。虽然我的爷爷在村里人口中很平凡，但是在我们家人的心里面，爷爷是一个不平凡的英雄。

尽管在有些人觉得爷爷的生活平凡，但我仍固执的认为他的精神世界是充实的，丰富的，这种精神世界的充实终将会带给他幸福，这也许就是他的平凡而伟大之处!

75年，中国历史上的重要一年，邓小平的复出，四人帮的粉碎，给新中国注入了新的活力，正如小说里所写的“大地就要解冻了”一样，故事也在这个时候展开了。

故事围绕孙少安和孙少平两兄弟展开，讲述了他们以及他们的家人在大时代环境的生活与心路历程，展示了这个变迁时代下普通人们的生活，同时也赞美了文化大革命之后的中国。

可是我却觉得书中表达的更重要的并不是这些，而是渗透在整套书每个文字中的一种生活态度：平凡。

这种态度已经渗透进了少安少平的血肉之中，也同样的融入了书中的每一个人物的心中，甚至也渗透在了我们的心中，组建了一个这样的平凡的世界。

我们小时候也许常会说自己以后要当科学家，当太空人，而长大了之后却永远不会这样在别人面前大声的发表自己的理想了。这并不是我们长大之后就缺乏了理想，缺乏了雄心壮志，而是我们在潜意识中接受了了自己的平凡。当然这也不是自甘堕落，反而，在生活中能认清自己的平凡并接受，心平气和地过好自己的生活，不也很美好么。

少安少平两兄弟同样如此，他们十分幸运，度过了动荡的文化大革命，在其中接受了自己的平凡，心平气和地过着自己普通、平凡的生活，即使生活的难题一个接一个，即使是日子越过越苦，他们也同样不气馁，不放弃，过着知足常乐的生活。

但随着四人帮的粉碎，文化大革命也过去了，即使是少安少平这样身处小山村的普通人们，也感受到了新政策所带来的好处。他们毕竟是年轻人，血性方刚，又被贫穷折磨了太久，大起胆来脱离了面朝黄土背朝天的靠天吃饭的生活。少安办起了烧砖窑，少平到了黄原城里当揽工汉。并不是说他们就摆脱了平凡，他们并不能永远摆脱这种平凡的生活，他们是为了让自己所爱的人们过得更好，在他们的眼中，这值得他们为之奋斗。

平凡是永远镌刻在他们每个人的身心之上的，他们并没有为了名利而放弃自己身边的美好，而是用自己的不断奋斗来改变，来让自己所心爱的人过得更好，正是因为他们心中有爱。

小说更要传达的是爱、善良与和平。仔细钻研小说，会发现其实每个人都有着来自心底的善良。郝红梅，即使最初伤害了别人，最后也受了苦，与自己所爱的人在一起生活。跛女子侯玉英，虽然是爱耍小聪明，自以为是，但也能知恩图报，保守秘密。周文龙，对人民造成了极大伤害，最后却也救助了一方水土，一方人民。王满银，抛弃妻子外出流浪，让她们受尽了苦难，最后也能唤醒自己内心的那份善良，浪子回头回家照护妻儿。爱，是小说不可磨灭的元素。

少平身上就更能体现出他的有理想与不畏艰辛，先是在黄原城里揽工，后在铜城大牙湾挖碳，即使可以去少安的烧砖窑里过上舒适的生活，却仍然出去外边闯荡，受苦受累却也快乐自足，尤其是在认识晓霞之后，他不仅真正的认识到了自身的平凡，并且不为自己的平凡和卑微身份所感到自卑，更加努力的生活下去。

书中也表现出了作者对这片自己曾经生活过的土地的深沉的爱。字里行间流露出对陕西黄土地的熟悉，以及对黄土地上生活的人民的亲切。正如书前所写的“献给我生活过的土地和岁月”一样，作者更想表达出自己对土地、人民的爱。

奋斗也是书中的重要元素，少安少平等人都是如此。他们都是在生活中奋斗的人们，为自己，为自己所爱的人所去奋斗。少安的烧砖厂即使办砸掉了，仍然要顶着再次烧砸砖的危险继续开火，只是为了不辜负秀莲的期望；少平即使挖煤炭，也要为自己心中所渴望的自由而奋斗。

《平凡的世界》这本书，带给我的最直观的感受还是：平凡、爱、希望与奋斗。在这样平凡而艰苦的生活当中，却对其充满希望，爱着自己所爱的人，并为之奋斗。就是这样的生于平凡，却不甘于平凡。

愿我们都能成为一个，集平凡与不凡于一身的人。

I read the book then watched the movie, both of them ga一ve me great shock, I really admire Meggie,she had the courage to use her whole life to love Ralph, never ga一ve up. She believed that she would love Ralph only in her life. But I don’t like Meggie’s attitude to love, Ralph is a Father, and he mustn’t love Meggie, they really loved each other, but they are not destined to be together. So in my opinion I think Meggie should give in, she shouldn’t fight with God, Ralph had told her he would serve God forever, so Meggie wouldn’t win. Maybe giving up is a good choice. Their love is painful.

Tell the turth I don’t like Meggie neither Ralph, Ralph could not give Meggie happniess while Meggie couldn’t support Ralph to concentrate on his work. So they would not ha一ve happy life, they only made each other feel sad .

Frank is my fa一vorite role. he was short but strong ,and he was one of the main labor in his family. He didn’t want to be a shepherd, but the family needed him , and he must feed he the sheep so that everybody in his family can live better. Once he escaped from home , but it wassn’t long before his father found him and take him home. I feel so sorry that he had a miserable fate. He longed for freedom but most of his life didn’t belong to himself, it’s really a pity .

Frank was different to every man in their home, he loved his mother deeply, and he always helped his mother do the housework. he dreamed to be an outstanding boxer. Frank was considerable, and he always try his best to make Meggie feel happy. As Meggie’s oldest brother, he could be worried about Meggie’s fa一vorite doll, and he even tried to fixed the doll which was distroyed by Meggie’s other brothers. Frank and Meggie would always tell each other what they thought in their deep heart , and they are close friends.

I was so sad when I learned that Frank killed a man and he was sent to the prision. It is really a big shock to Meggie, for Frank was the only one who can listen to Meggie’s secrets. She thought she lost Frank forever. I cannot imagine how painful for Frank to spend dozens years in the prision. He once had good dream about his life, but he had to waste most of his life in prision. In my opinion it was Frank’s father that distoryed his life. His father didn’ t give him freedom, and Frank can’t had strong resistance spirits, and because he didn’t control himself and broke the law.The energitic Frank will never come to us, and he became a man who didn’t wanna talk. He began to be afraid of the world…it is really a pity.

As for Meggie, I think she was a good girl. She was beautiful and smart, but she it was wrong for her to love Ralph. Meggie was an excellent girl, she was able to find an outstanding boy to love her, but she put all her love on Ralph even she married Luke. She married Luke just because Luke looked like Ralph. Meggie wanna be a thorn bird, but I think it was too cruel to her. She was so kind that she shouldn’t stand that king of pain, and I think she was born to ha一ve a happy life. I pity for her.

Both the story of thorn birds and the legend are painful and beautiful, but not every one can be the thorn birds, because it is not our porpose to ha一ve a painful life. We are born to be happy. Olny happiness is the ture meaning of life while the story was written for us to enrich our life. It is a wonderful story.

"Ordinary world" is a good book, because hes characters and the plot is very real.Straight lets a person as if place oneself in that era, experiencing the ups and downs of The Times.Let a person very inspired after see, delicious.

This is a book worth reading of each and every one, as for some writers on the criticism of this book, I dont think the writer must be a genuine writer.Because he didnt realize that the book in the true sense of genius.This book is not only able to interpret from the literature.Why dont dream start, the true value of because he has not been found."Ordinary world" in the future a certain period of history would be like a dream of red mansions by many experts to study the book.The value of it is that it gives us a generation, is the very book that we need.

When I was a freshman in college I watched the film Gua Sha Treatment for the first time, now I am a junior student and I come back to review the movie from a multicultural aspect, I have many different feelings after watching the film again.

At the beginning of the film, XuDatong is given an award and later he delivers a speech. What makes me impressed most is in his speech he says “one day I will become one of you, a truly successful American, today this award proved that America is a true land of opportunity and I am the living proof of that.” At that moment Xu thinks he has realized his American Dream totally with his lovingly wife and adorable son. However, I think it is ironical that to make a speech like that and I assume it is made on purpose to hind a clue for the story’s development. How many non-American people have such a beautiful American dream? One of my classmate studies in American now and before he went aboard he told me his American dream is he can stand at the top of the New York. To be honest, I also dream that one day I can get the Green Card living there happily and successfully maybe working at the Wall Street. When Xu gets the award he thinks he entirely melted in the melting pot neglecting the multicultural obstruct, later the plot goes against the way he thinks. And later Quinlan asked Xu ‘why you be the scapegoat of your father?’ Xu answers ‘because he is Chinese.’ Then maybe Xu knows that there is always a wide gap between Chinese and American cultures.

The second scene is Xu hit his son Denis because Denis hit the son of xu’s boss, at the middle of the film xu tells his boss that he hit his own son is only to show his respect to his boss John Quinlan, that time Quinlan feels puzzled “what a Chinese logic”， yes, American can never understand such a logic full of Chinese characteristic, because they respect everyone including the children, they won’t beat a child to please the boss, and there is no such a conception of degree between employee and employer, they feel everyone is equal, which is quite different from china.

The fourth aspect is following the procedure, in the film, more than there times, the people focus on the rule, the law, the procedure. At the Christmas Eve Xu wants to return back to his home pretending as a Santa Claus, what a pity, the security recognizes him and persuades ‘you are always a good tenement, never causes troubles for me.’ And another scene is at the end of the film , the judge says ‘I have to follow the procedure.’ However, in China people always have to ask for a favor to do something, and later you have to pay back the favor ，for myself, I prefer the American style, strict to the procedure.

The fifth and the last point is the humors, Quinlan says ‘you can’t fall, your health security is the company paid.’ ‘Datong, welcome home, maybe next time, you can come from the front door.’ ‘dady, why you come from the window’ ‘ because we don’t have a chimney.’ I really adore this distinguished American humor, especially in dangerous situations, which is quite rare in China.

冉阿让感到很愤怒，他认为这个社会愧对了他，总有一天他要报复。在出狱的那天，冉阿让来到了迪涅城。他到处借宿却没有人肯接待他，最后他来到了迪涅城主教莫里哀先生的家中，莫里哀先生热情地接待了他，并请他在自己家中住宿一晚。

半夜，冉阿让忽然醒来，他想起了他痛苦的往昔。他决定偷走主教的东西来补偿自己的人生，冉阿让成功偷走东西后，立刻逃走了。

第二天，女仆发现东西被偷了，便马上告诉了主教，但主教并没有生气。过了一会儿，警察抓来了冉阿让，来到了主教的家中。主教不仅没有怪冉阿让，还把那些东西送给了他。冉阿让感到很吃惊，他说不出来现在是什么感觉，他逃也似的出了迪涅城。

后来受到主教感化的冉阿让决定弃恶从善，他来到了滨海蒙特勒伊城，化名马德兰，并发明了一种东西，成为了本市巨富，成为巨富后，冉阿让经常帮助穷苦的老百姓，被任命为市长。但是好景不长，不久，冉阿让从警察沙威口中得知，偷走主教东西和别人的苹果再次犯案的冉阿让已经捕获了。但他明明还在这里，难道说有人成了替死鬼?

于是冉阿让也关注了这次案件，知道了原来那个替死鬼叫商马第，他其实没有犯罪，他只是从地上捡的苹果枝罢了，并没有偷。如果要证明商马第的清白，他就必须要去自首。冉阿让只要一想到他又要变成监狱里时的样子，便觉得沮丧不已。但他的良知告诉他，他必须要去自首，只有这样才能使商马第不白白受罪。

最后，冉阿让还是决定去自首。虽然他犯了罪，但他的诚实和坦然感动了在场的所有人，也感动了我。舍弃自己好不容易得来的荣华富贵，为了一个不相干的人去自首，这得需要多大的勇气啊!我顿时被冉阿让的可贵的精神感动了。冉阿让的一生，在苦难中挣扎，却有着舍己为人的情操，雨果用这样的人物形象告诉我们：要做一个有价值的人。

每当我拿起这本书，我便想到了冉阿让那崇高的精神和高尚的情怀，他将在今后的岁月里一直陪伴我前行。

[书虫的英语读后感

《悲惨世界》是法国大作家维克多·雨果在1862年发表的一部长篇小说，是十九世纪最著名的小说之一。

这部著名的小说讲了这样一个故事：冉阿让家里很穷，为了养活姐姐的孩子们，他在无奈下偷了一块面包，却因此成为了苦役犯。出狱后他被大主教感化，从此开始新的生活。他收养了孤儿珂赛特，把她当做亲生女儿看待。珂赛特长大后过上了快乐的生活，找到了自己的真爱马里尤斯，老人不久也去世了。冉阿让的一生十分坎坷，但他拥有着一颗好的心，他顽强、热心而善良，并且很爱珂赛特，她好像就是他生命的意义，如绿叶和鲜花的关系一样，密不可分。

这本名著给我留下的最深印象是它的暗与明的对比：

作家所讲述的这个故事让人感动而又十分有真实感，冉阿让的本意也并不坏，他为了家人的生存而无奈，却只因偷了一块面包而遭受到了不公平的待遇。这是“暗”的一面，来自人们的鄙视，来自社会的恶意，使他似乎被深深地烙上了苦役犯的标签，他无论做什么，都不被人们接受，并且伴有无穷无尽的追捕，他的灵魂永不能解脱似的，这是反映当时的黑暗社会的最强有力的一笔!这能让人感觉到作者深深的担忧与叹息和对社会的批判。例如：“我又走到另外一家客店。他们对我说：‘滚!’这家不要我。那家也不要我。我又到了监狱，看门的人也不肯开门。我也到过狗窝。那狗咬了我，也把我撵了出来，好象它也是人似的，好象它也知道我是谁似的。”

作者刻画的冉阿让这个人物，是能让读者感到深深的同情与不平的，能够引起人们内心的共鸣，但人们又怎能不被他的一生所震撼，怎能不被他的高尚精神而感动呢?这便是书中“明”的一面。作者在书中写的一个个小故事都像是平常自然的，但小细节总能让人感觉到其中的深意，每一件事情仿佛在冉阿让的高贵心灵的映照下变得熠熠生辉，笼罩上了纯洁的纱。作家描绘的细节让人惊叹不已，无法不让人产生圣洁的、纯粹的尊敬。作者在述说这悲剧的同时又加入了美好而纯洁的爱情，使这整部小说又透露出一丝生机和希望，也让好心得到了安慰。例如：“马吕斯和珂赛特都不曾想过这样将把他们引向什么地方，他们认为这便是他们最后归宿了。想要爱情把人导向某处，那是人们的一种奇怪的奢望。

米里哀是人间神的化身，他给了冉阿让自由，精神的自由；也给了他财富，思想的财富。

但是他以马德兰的身份行善，成为受人尊敬的市长，但是他再一次遇到了他医生的对手——沙威。在他救下割风爷爷时，就已经被怀疑了。他不能容忍自己的懦弱造成其他人的委屈，于是来到法庭，承认自己的身份——苦役犯24601。

但他又不能让自己去承担这一切的罪责，因为他要实现承诺，去保护珂赛特。如果说这老人的悲惨世界中还带一点温欣的话，那就是与养女一起度过的。

纯真的珂赛特有了自己的爱情，冉阿让再一次为了她救了她心爱的马吕斯，当他决定告诉这个青年他的过往的时候，他被误解了，他离开了他们孤独地生活，因为他没有了支持他活着的动力，于是突然之间就倒下了。当马吕斯和珂赛特明白一切时，老人已经只有那个烛台为伴，临终时说：“死算不了什么，可怕的是不能活着。”

这使再阿让深有感触，所以他在一个叫海滨蒙特勒伊的地方用假名——马德兰到处帮助别人，后来竟然当上了市长。一次，他发现有一个老人被马车压在了下面，即将死去，但是没有一个人肯去救他。于是，马德兰就自己舍命去救，也正因为这样，他暴露了自己，沙威怀疑他就是以前他管过的再阿让，但是又不敢确定。后来，马德兰发现警探沙威捉捕了一个妇人。马德兰倾听了妇人——芳汀的故事后，决定帮助芳汀找回她的孩子——珂赛特。但是在去前，他发现有一个男人被别人误认为是再阿让，就被判了无期的罪行。再阿让不想连累别人，就承认自己是再阿让。在坐牢前，他让沙威带他去见芳汀，沙威对芳汀说马德兰是苦役犯后，芳汀承受不了，就这样死了。可是他为了能完成芳汀的愿望，就在船上救下一个苦役犯后掉下了海里。

平凡的世界，我们的生活可以不平凡。我们每一个人，对于这个浩缈的世界来说，都十分渺小、脆弱、微不足道。这个世界也是平凡的，悲与欢、生与死、穷与富、世事的变更，于历史的长河来说，无非是些平凡事。对于平凡，我素来都是这样认为的，直到读了一本书——《平凡的世界》，这才恍然大悟：正因为我们都是平凡而渺小，这世界才能浩瀚而伟大。

毫无疑问这是本出色的书，为我们解说了平凡和苦难，阐释了生活的意义。书中为我们描述的是一个平凡的世界，一个黄土地上的世界。这里生活着一群世世代代面朝黄土背朝天的普通人，他们演绎着一幕幕生老病死、悲欢离合、贫穷与富裕、苦难与拼搏、世事变更的戏剧。是喜剧?悲剧?也许都有一点。在这本书里，没有华丽的辞藻、没有惊险离奇的情节，没有惊天动地的场面，有的只是用最朴实不过的话语讲述的有的平凡的人,平凡的生活,平凡的感情和平凡的故事。

开始还没有抱有特别大的感悟，因为我读完第一遍的时候，我没有任何感觉，这里面的事情太平凡了，平凡得让我感觉到他们都好像是发生在我的身边。没有《西游记》丰富多彩的奇幻故事，也没有《红楼梦》的词藻悲凉。然而，当我读到第三遍的时候，我已经感觉到了我的血液慢慢地开始沸腾了。

书中给我印象最深的人物是孙少平。这是一位对苦难有着深切的认识，对生活有着深邃的理解，对精神世界有着深刻追求的人，他有铮铮铁骨，有强大的精神力量，有巨大的勇气。从学生时代的"非洲人"到成年时代的"揽工汉"，他经历的是艰苦卓绝的人生奋斗，然而在痛苦与磨砺中，他形成了一种对苦难的骄傲感、崇高感。我欣赏他的苦难的哲学，钦佩他对劳动的认识，羡慕他对生活的理解。他在煤矿上没有忘记学习，他仍然坚信学习使人进步。

关于苦难的哲学，书中这样表达"……是的，他是在社会的最底层挣扎，为了几个钱而受尽折磨;但是他已经不仅仅将此看作是谋生、活命……他现在倒很“热爱”自己的苦难。通过这一段血火般的洗礼，他相信，自己经历千辛万苦而酿造出来的生活之蜜，肯定比轻而易举拿来的更有滋味——他自嘲地把自己的这种认识叫做‘关于苦难的学说’……"这是一种什么样的认识啊?每到我们遇到困难、挫折的时候——也许这种困难与挫折只有孙少平所遭受的苦难的百万分之一——我们可曾有过这样的认识?就算是哪天放学是下了场雨，亦或是天气有些闷热而又停了电，我们往往会听到许多的怨天尤人。然而，我想只要是你读了《平凡的世界》以后，读懂了“苦难的哲学”，那么就算是你今后遭受再多的苦难，你也不会怨天尤人。孙少平的语言不是哲学家大段大段的道理，也不是文艺青年整篇整篇的煽情，但他却将人生最深刻的意义揭示得比谁都简洁明了，而又让人难忘。他只是个很上进的农民，经历的人生比谁都多。

对于劳动的认识，书中这样写道：“一个人精神是否充实，或者说活得有无意义，主要取决于他对劳动的态度。”这绝对是一条精辟的理论，在任何时候都不会过时的理论。“只有劳动才可能使人在生活中强大。无论什么人，最终还是要那些能用双手创造生活的劳动者。对于这些人来说，孙少平给他们上了生平最重要的一课——如何对待劳动，这是人生最基本的课题。”这里体现出的是两种人，勤劳的和懒散的。人生来是没有差别的，然而经过了不同的境遇和发展之后，人与人之间便产生了巨大的差别。而在这期间，对于劳动的认识不同，对产生这样的差别起着决定性的作用。学习亦是一种劳动，虽不是孙少平那种用手挖出来的黑乎乎的劳动。正如我们考到大学的时候，在学习方面，我们没有太多的差别。然而，经历了三年的大学生活之后，人与人之间的差别又是何其巨大。宰相刘罗锅在和珅临终前对他说：“其实，每个人的结局，都是他自己一手精心设计的。”当我们读到这里的时候，我们都应当好好想想，我们是怎样对待劳动的。

孙少平，到底是一个什么样的人啊。其实，说到底他也就是一个平平凡凡的人，一个比普通农民多读了几本书，一个对生活的意义有着更高层次追求的人。在写给妹妹孙兰香的信中充分表现了他对生活的认识：“……我们出生于贫苦的农民家庭——永远不要鄙薄我们的出身，它给我们带来的好处将使我们一生受用不尽;但我们一定又要从我们出身的局限中解脱出来，从意识上彻底背叛农民的狭隘性，追求更高的生活意义。首先要自强自立，勇敢地面对我们不熟悉的世界。不要怕苦难!如果能深刻理解苦难，苦难就会给人带来崇高感。……如果生活需要你忍受痛苦，你一定要咬紧牙关坚持下去。有位了不起的人说过：痛苦难道会是白受的吗?它应该使我们伟大!什么是平凡?那种迷失在平凡的生活之中，眼中熟悉了平淡，思想上甘于平庸，生活上安于现状的人，才是真正的平凡。孙少平这样一个对生活的意义有着更高追求的人，又怎能称之为平凡的人。即使是平凡，也是一个更高层次的伟大的平凡。

我们生活在一个幸福的时代，没有经受太多的苦难，然而我们的世界也是平凡的。我们每一天过这平凡的生活，做着平凡的事情，演绎着一幕幕平凡的戏剧。

《不平凡的真善美》

著名作家伯克说过：“生命在闪耀中现出绚烂，在平凡中现出真实。”是的，我们都活在这个平凡的世界中，没有谁高人一等，也没有谁不独一无二，每个人都是真实地活着，绽放出自己生命中绚烂的一面。

我一直以为，平凡就是庸俗，就是普通。所以我一直不甘平凡，努力奋发进取，超越平凡，直到我读了《平凡的世界》后，才明白自己之前的无知浅薄。原来平凡不是庸俗普通，它只是以自己缄默的方式存在于这世界上，静静地绽发出自己独特的光芒。

在《平凡的世界》一书中，描写的是一群纯朴善良、亲切热忱的农民们和平凡的黄土地的故事。主人公孙少平不断地成长，经历了凄凉、沧桑、欢乐、艰辛，最后慢慢走向成功之路。他的故事是平凡的，平凡的出身，平凡的家人，平凡的工作，可是他却有一颗不平凡的心。在卑微恶劣的工作中，我们可以看到他坚韧不拔以及乐观的精神;在家人的压力下，他从容寻求解决方法;在面对爱人的死，他也并没有一蹶不振，而是通过劳动来减轻痛苦……作者路遥通过对主人公及其周边一系列人物进行细致的刻画，描绘出了一种种平凡的世界中不平凡的精神和情感。含着平凡的世间百态，却有着如钻石般闪耀的高尚品格和人间真情，这便是《平凡的世界》魅力所在。

在此书中，我最为佩服的是孙少安砖厂面临挫折时他们的所作所为。那年，砖厂面临着资金紧缺、亏损严重、面临倒闭的风险，一家人为此焦虑得寝食难安，并且承受着村里人的指指点点，陷入前所未有的挫折之中。当大家都以为要倒闭时，孙少安却做出了令人大跌眼镜的决定。他并没有消沉，而是想法设法找钱按时发工资给村民们，并且不惜高价买上好的砖来履行合同。这样的做法对于当时的情况来说，无异是一个笑话，更是一个令人觉得难以完成的任务，但是，他做到了。他履行了诺言，遵守了诚信这一做人的基本准则，不惜牺牲自己来维护诚实，为了追求内心的平静。这样的美好品质，在我看来很不平凡，我被深深地震撼到了。到最后，砖厂果然“复活”，并且更蓬发出勃勃生机。

是的，当下社会，如一片快速滚动的沙地，我们每人都是其中一棵树，只要一不小心，都会陷入泥潭中。挫折，是每个人都不可避免的，但是面对挫折的态度，并不是每个人都会乐观，可能更不会为了遵守诚信而牺牲自己。在孙少安平凡而又伟大的举动中，我找到了诚信，这一个闪闪发光的美好品质。

在生活中，处处都有诚信，但处处也缺失诚信。从小事来讲，会有乘客故意漏票、学生考试作弊、小贩缺斤少两……这些都是缺失诚信的行为。为什么呢?都是为了自身利益。仅仅是为了一点钱、一点分数就违背道德，背弃诚信，到最后是要付出严重代价的。诚信是人的一项基本准则，如果不好好遵守，最终吃亏的必然也是自己;但如果我们能坚持以这项为原则，最后得到的也必然是我们。读完了《平凡的世界》以后，我对诚信有了很大的感悟，发誓以后要做一个遵守诺言、重诚信的人，所以我决定从日常做起，从身边的小事做起。例如：答应别人的事一定要完成、在考试中考取真实成绩、不投机取巧“省”票钱等等。诚信看似抽象，却源于生活，只要肯注意观察，诚信是无处不在的。作为当代少年，我们应该在共同建设社会主义时加强诚信建设，深入把握社会主义核心价值观，做一个讲诚信的好共产主义接班人。

在《平凡的世界》中，还有另一种价值观令我受益匪浅。那就是主人公孙少平对他人的友善。无论是在学生时期，还是出来工作后，他面对同学的讥讽、工友的排挤，都是微笑面对。在矿场工作时，师傅意外去世，孙少平满怀悲痛，于是将悲痛化为实际行动，用爱心去关怀师母一家。虽然周边有风言风语，但他身正不怕影子斜，依然不顾风雨去照顾孤儿寡妻，坚持不懈地给予他们生活的帮助，最后为他们树立重新生活的信心，生活也因此出现了一丝明媚。而正是师傅之前也如此关怀孙少平，才会出现这样的因果关系。啊，看来爱心是相互传递的，各自奉献出一股暖流，最后终会汇成大河，温暖大家。孙少平的乐善好施，体现出了一种人文的友善，像一束阳光，温暖着读过他的人，不能不引起强烈共鸣。

友善，这两个字听起来多么舒服，仿佛是一阵清风掠过脸庞，末了残余淡淡清香;又好像是暖和的晨光，洒在周身，惬意无比。友善是一种态度，更深刻的是一种内心善良温和的折射。只有内心纯良，才会不自觉地待人态度友善温和，如果内心邪恶，是无法做到待人友善的。所以真正的友善即是人的本质，态度折射本质，本质决定人生。

在现实中，你看得到友善吗?是的。友善也存于现实，普于现实。早上路过的包子铺老板憨厚的笑容，隔壁老奶奶慈祥的问候，同学之间亲切地打招呼，以及母亲慈爱的目光等等，都是友善。友善甚至比任何一个社会主义核心价值观看得更清楚、更直接、更普遍，因为它是一种平凡的美，它就伫立于生活中，等待寻找美的人的发现。其实，我们也许没注意到的是，我们也会散发出友善的光芒。比如我们友好地答应别人一个小小的请求、耐心地和老奶奶畅谈学校趣事、和母亲说晚安等，这些也都是友善。友善，友好，善良，缺一不可。一个是待人态度，一个是内心本质，两者结合，就成为了一种高尚的品质，甚至是美好的道德风气。如果我们能落实到现实生活中来，每天多几个微笑，多几分耐心，多一点宽容，社会就会不知不觉变得美好起来。友善洋溢的社会，是多么令人憧憬呀。

关于《平凡的世界》这本书，里面还包含了很多很多价值观，例如黄土高原上朴实农民们的爱国、每个人的敬业、大家相处的和谐……他们都是有血有肉的，仿佛现实人物。他们很平凡，平凡的生活环境平凡的经历，可是在一次次挫折中，他们却显现出不平凡的高尚品质，折射出金子般的价值观，这便是《平凡的世界》不平凡所在。那些人物虽是芸芸众生，可每个人都是独一无二无可取代，都有着各自的美好之处，共同串联，编织成了这个人性光辉闪耀的平凡的故事，令人震撼。

人物经历坎坎坷坷，或有悲剧或有喜剧，都是些平凡人会有的经历，即便到最后还有一些残缺才圆满，可是我认为这已经足矣。因为残缺，所以留下空白，所以美好。在这片广袤的平凡土地上，都在不停的闪耀不平凡的真善美。最终我们会知道：火把虽然下垂，火舌却一直向上燃烧。

这个世界有太多人在抱怨，工作太忙，任务多，压力大，消费高，家庭压力大，生活环境差，PM2.5，或是感冒发烧，阴天下雨，都要抱怨一番，怨天怨地，怨社会不公，怨人心不古，怨命不好，似乎借此发泄自己的不满，并获得他人的同情，抱怨不仅仅发生在某个人身上，也不单单是一个国家的人，抱怨似乎已成为一个全球性的问题。

本书不是心灵鸡汤，而是教你直面这个天天在发生的问题，让你意识到自己原来也不知不觉地在抱怨，原来身边的人都或多或少在抱怨。书中推行的紫手环行动，是为了帮助你自己认识到你在不知不觉中的抱怨，抱怨的频率，每次抱怨都把紫手环换到另外一只手上，换的过程意识到自己是在抱怨，从而逐渐降低抱怨频率。

要消除抱怨，首先看看什么是抱怨?人为什么会抱怨?

向可以帮助你改善环境的人提出意见，就不是抱怨;如果你是对着自己或其他无关之人责难或悲叹当前的状况，那就是抱怨。抱怨就是把焦点放在我们不想要的东西上头，所谈论的是负面的，出错的事情;如果抱怨天气热，天气会热得让你无法平静下来;如果抱怨工作多，你会感觉工作永远也做不完;如果大声喊“痛”，伤害就会出现，如果抱怨，就会遇上更多想要抱怨的事。我们把注意力放在什么上头，那个东西就会扩大。这是行动上的“吸引力法则”。

很多人抱怨自己的身体健康，却不是因为真的生病，而是“病人的角色”让他们取得附带的好处，例如他人的同情或是可以避开不想做的事件，如上学，上班。

书中提到“心身症”这个名词，心身症主要是患者的心理运作过程，而非生理因素所引发。很多疾病是病人自己创造的，根据医生估计，有百分之六七十的疾病，都是患者“自以为生病”造成的结果，医生的三分之一的时间，都是在诊疗这样的病人-他们生病的原因其实都有其心理根源。报告显示，有一半的癌症病人是被告知自己得了癌症后吓死的。医生如果告诉病人，有一种药很可能治愈他们的疾病，这种药对这些病人发挥的功效，就要比使用了相同药方，却没有收到这项讯息的病人大了许多。

抱怨有用么?当你抱怨天气太热，太冷，空气太差，天气就会如你所愿了么?

当你抱怨健康问题时，丢出负面的说词，让你的身体听见，这种负面的说词反而会烙下印记，而你的想法也会将这股能力导入体内，引发更多的健康挑战，所以抱怨疾病并不会缩短生病的时间，也不会降低疾病的严重性，反而可能是企图用汽油来灭火。抱怨健康的人没有变得更健康。不满只是开端，却不能成为结果。当你抱怨某种状况，或许可以吸引其他人跟着你嘀咕，抱怨，却发挥不了多少作用。

抱怨的结果是什么?抱怨是人的惰性的反应，当一个人抱怨时也就代表他放弃主动改变现状，放弃了在这个竞争激烈，弱肉强食的社会中拼搏的信念。抱怨不但不能解决问题，还将人们困于问题当中，使得他们沉浸在失意，沮丧中，无力自拔。越抱怨，越不满，心情越差，生活质量越差。

天色渐渐暗了下来，江水平静下来，月亮正从水天相接的地方升起来，霎时间江面上洒遍了银光；我深深的感受到在我受伤的时候，是您用温暖的手抚平我的创伤。"我觉得自己就好象在坐牢似的，样样都要被人管，无聊极了。如果你们是孩子，你的父母这么说你，你是否感到没有信心；全书字里行间流淌的全是浓浓的爱意，对土地，对父老乡亲的亲情、友情、爱情。特别是孙少平，也是我最佩服的角色。一个出身卑微，家境极端恶劣的农村少年，一个忍辱奋进，不卑不亢的学子，又或者说，农村的孩子，因自卑而上进，以上进求尊严。少平平凡的一生，分化于农田、城市工地，还有煤烟四起的地下坑道中。田晓霞的出现，给了少平的生活更加丰富的内容。关于她的章节，我都会一遍又一遍的通读因为有她出现的时候，总会让人觉得生活充满了阳光，有了她，少平就算生活再苦也还是幸福的。田晓霞是少平的一个梦，她的牺牲，让人认识到这就是生活。总之，世间所有的真情都在这里得到了体现。

我想起冰心曾说：“爱在左，情在右，走在生命的两旁。随时撒种，随时开花，将这一路长径点缀得花香弥漫，使穿枝拂叶的行人，踏着荆棘，不觉得痛苦，有泪可落，却不是凄凉。”这爱情，这友情，再加上一份亲情，便一定可以使你的生命之树翠绿茂盛。

读完路遥先生的这一著作后，我的心如同书名一样，平静又平凡地接受了平淡的结局。但是，在这平凡的世界里，却隐藏着一些不平凡的东西。当生命的搏斗，命运的抗争，精神的洗礼，社会的变迁，爱情的萌动等第诸多人性交织在一起的时候，就是一种不平凡。
