《资治通鉴》是宋代史学家司马光和助手刘恕、范祖禹、司马康等人19年编纂而成的史学巨著，是我国第一部编年体通史，规模空前，全书共294卷约300多万字。其所记载的历史断限，上起周威烈王二十三年(前403年)，下迄后周显德六年959年，涵盖了1362年的历史。

我在读他时仿佛自己亲眼看到一个个历史事件。在历史故事中，我了解了古代人民是怎样学习、劳动、生活的，它们有许多困难是现代人民看不到，也克服不了的，在书中还有许多战争历史人物的记载，我最喜欢的是三国时期的孔明，他用了一生来辅助刘备，可最终还是鞠躬尽瘁，死而后已，还是未能实现统一，但他留下的《出师表》坚忠精神永远影响着后人。我还喜欢李时珍，因为他的《本草纲目》为现代医学做出了巨大的贡献。这些都是在教科书中看不到的知识，我们在科技发达的新时代下生活，养尊处优，尽享其成。想想古代人民，再想想我们，我们是“生在福中不知福”啊。爸爸说：“历史是开启人类智慧之门的钥匙”，文中先辈们坚强品质的事迹始终激励着我奋发图强。

After morning’s class, we couldn’t help rushing to the cafeteria. It always

brought us coolness. The food was so-so, but the home-cooking is much delicious.

When we almost finished eating, I suddenly saw a familiar face——our foreign

teacher Nick. A girl was sitting beside him. They were talking over lunch. I at

once told my friends Sandy and Jenny about it. We were so excited. I slowed my

speed of eating to wait for that girl. At the moment, they finished their lunch

and walked by us with the smile on their faces. Nick seemed so different from

how he looked in the class. I guess that is the power of love. Hope they will

这个星期天，老师布置了一个德育作业，就是让我们帮妈妈洗衣服。我想：老师竟然布置了这项德育作业，我一定要完成。再说了，妈妈一天是很辛苦的，帮妈妈洗衣服也是对妈妈减轻了一点负担。

洗前，我先给盆里接上水，再倒上洗衣粉，然后把衣服放进盆里，最后在戴上大人洗衣服的时候戴的那一种手套，准备好洗前的工作，我就可以开洗了。

我曾听妈妈说过洗衣服应该先洗领子和袖口，因为这里是最脏的所以我不停地搓，不停地搓，搓干净了以后，再搓一遍，觉得干净了，就洗下一个，就像一个个人排着队伍洗澡一样，把这一步做完以后，我们又开始进行下一个环节，就是涮衣服，涮衣服要涮三四次，直到涮到没有泡沫，才算干净，把这一步做完了以后，就开始晾衣服了，晾完衣服，看着晾衣架上一件件的衣服，心里不知道有多自豪。

我想等妈妈下班回来看到这些应该很高兴!我今后要多帮妈妈洗衣服。

这个暑假感觉很静很静，我时时敲着键盘在想，不知道这是盛夏的伤感还是初冬的感动。泪水划过脸颊的那一瞬间，感觉人心很脆弱。别人眼里看到的是成长的幸福，我看到的却是一片渺茫。炎热的夏季往往是考验人毅力的时候，每个人的毅力不同，但求知的大门永远敞开。就看远处的你我愿不愿走进。走过了炎热，也就代表着走上了一个新的起点。

今天舅舅，舅妈和哥哥来了，我们计划去七个地方。

我们先去了大明湖，今天很热，我们转了一大圈后，又热又累，就找了棵大树坐在下面休息，舅舅没来过，他看什么都新鲜，这里瞧瞧，那里看看，害的我们找了他好几次。

我们又上了解放阁。解放阁是济南八大景之一，很高很高的，里面陈列着很多兵器和旧衣服，我们在上面玩了一会就下来了。

然后我们去了黑虎泉。七月份的时候，泉水正适合泡脚，现在立秋了，水很凉，泡脚的人少了，不过在这玩水的孩子还是那么多，这里是孩子的乐园。我们从市民接水点上灌了五瓶水，一饮而尽，好爽啊。每天来这里接水的人络绎不绝。这里的泉水可直接饮用，比纯净水好喝多了，很有营养呢。

我们又去了泉城广场。我们先在广场西头喂鸽子，休息了一会儿，喷泉才开始喷。我看到今天的喷泉跟我上次来的时候不一样了，喷头粗了，喷的更有劲了。广场上还新增了自动图书馆，新建的天桥连着室内步行街，这两年变化真大呀

i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

Early this morning,my mother and i went for a walk in the park.we were

having great fun talking when suddenly a wallet,lying in the path, came into my

vision.i picked it up and opened it,trying to find any possible information

about the owner of the wallet.In great luck,we found a card with a telephone

number on it.so, we decided to call the owner.surprisingly,its right the owner

of the wallet.we agreed the meeting place and time for giving back his wallet on

the phone.finally,we returned the wallet right to the owner.he thanked us a lot

,and we feel pleased to.

I went to school at 8am today, my class - the afternoon session starts at

1.10pm, though. I went there early just because of my classmate _X (name), he

invited me to go school by bus with him. Ive never try taking a bus to go to

school, mom send me to school every day and it was a new experience for me this

今天婆婆从外面买了一些赖葡萄给我吃。看着金黄色的赖葡萄，我觉得它长的和苦瓜好像。但是苦瓜是绿色的，而且苦瓜是苦的，我就不喜欢吃它。结果公公说，在有的地方赖葡萄也被叫成苦瓜的，我觉得赖葡萄是甜的，怎么也会叫苦瓜？于是上网百度了下关于它俩的知识。看了后，才发现公公说的是对的。

现在我把在网上学习到的知识点发给大家看一看。大家也学习一下。

中国最权威最全面的《中药大辞典》，上海科技出版社1986年版，苦瓜条目中，就把赖葡萄和苦瓜当成同一种植物。中国古代重要典籍《救荒本草》，也把赖葡萄当成苦瓜的别名。

成熟的赖葡萄，能吃的是红的瓤。苦瓜味苦，是蔬菜，可凉拌或熟食。赖葡萄中水果，成熟时，瓤是红的，味甜，含有丰富的维生素A和C。由于二者叶子和果实外形接近，所以不好区别。但作为蔬菜的苦瓜，较长条形；而赖葡萄较为团形。苦瓜只要成果就可食用；而赖葡萄必须成熟才可食用，有的成熟后，果实会裂开，里面躺着无数鲜红的籽粒，绒绒地聚在一起。整个水果颜色非常艳丽，不由令人馋诞欲滴。

当然，苦瓜成熟之后，外壳也会变黄、籽仁也会变红，食之同样是甜味的。反之，赖葡萄未成熟之前，同样是苦的！由此可见，这二者同科同属，仅仅仅是品种上的差异，本质上还是没有太大的区别的，就像是大西瓜、小西瓜的差别差不多。一般来说，赖葡萄是北方的叫法，苦瓜是南方的土产。

军训七天，我们从不知天高地厚的孩子成长为一个懂得对自己的行为和言行负责任的高中生。我们记得在烈日下踢着正步，在飘飞的细雨中站着军姿，在晴朗的夜空下练着蹲姿。七天六夜的生活使我成长，我们的生活有酸有苦有乐有甜，总而言之都化成了军训记忆的一部分存在脑海里。

犹记得当初我们因为不懂得军队的纪律而被罚做俯卧撑，后来我们觉得“俯卧撑准备”是最恐怖的五个字，坚硬的橡胶石子硌在你的手心，即使再痛也要坚持大声报数;即使汗滴从脸颊划过，也要坚持做完俯卧撑。

犹记得飘飞的小雨中我们在雨中踢着正步，一抬一踢之间，仿佛忘记了我们在雨中，后来雨点在雷声的轰鸣下越下越大，我们一齐狂奔回了宿舍，即使瓢泼大雨也浇灭不了我们的热情，在雨中奔跑，虽然才洗的头发又被淋湿，但我们仍然拥有对军营的.热情。喝下温热的姜汤，褪去了身上的寒气但是退却不了我们的热情。

犹记得军训一天晚上，我们由于纪律不严明，被罚蹲在操场上，蹲了一会儿，总教官叫我们玩一个抓星星的游戏，我们心想：哇，终于可以站起来了教官却让我们双手举过头顶，直到他说可以了为止，我们每个人都奋力向上抓。俗话说得好：团结就是力量。在我们三营全体成员的的努力下，我们终于站了起来，站起来的时候，感觉蹲着的腿都放松了，我们都感到了前所未有的轻松与快乐。

军营生活教会了我许许多多，坚持、团结......这一切仿佛都发生在昨天。这，应该是这段最美最特殊的青春岁月。结束并不意味着句号，而是漫长的高中生活中的一个逗号。需要我们努力的日子还很长，漫漫生命长河，我们应当在花季努力拼搏，奋勇前行

昨天晚上我上完兴趣班，飞快地跑回家。你们知道我为什么要这么急回家吗?因为我今天要给小仓鼠整理它的家。

回到家，我兴奋地打开了笼子，准备和小仓鼠玩一会儿。可是，我打开笼子一看，两只仓鼠一动不动地躺在地上。我奇怪的问妈妈：“妈妈，这两只小仓鼠怎么一动都不动呀?难道死了吗?”妈妈说：“是小仓鼠在睡觉吧?”我用手指碰了碰小仓鼠，小仓鼠一动也不动，原来软软的，暖暖的小身子变的冷冰冰，硬邦邦的。我着急地说：“小仓鼠好像真的死了。”妈妈走过来看了看，难过地说：“是真的死了，可能是被冻死的。”我伤心极了，几乎都要哭了。妈妈叫我把垃圾桶拿过来，妈妈把所有的东西都倒进了垃圾桶。我心里想：这真是伤心的晚上，不知道我还会不会有宠物了。

The hot sun is like our enthusiasm, because no matter how hot the weather

is, we still keep on studying English hard.

Today, the chinese teacher taught us some English songs. I like the song

which is called ”seasons in the sun” very much. We all lost ourselves in the

beautiful voice. Today our theme is youth. After the teacher spoke. I suddenly

understand that maybe being young is our advantage, so we must value every

minute. We have to do something significant.

In the afternoon, our American teacher is father who is an associate

proferssor of English from central college give us a lesson. He told us

something about higher education in the USA. I think it will be useful for our

future.

On the other side. I felt uncomfortable today. Perhaps it’s a small regret

for such a wonderful day. But I think tomorrow still will be rosy.
