First day of losing weight

Today is the first day of my plan of losing weight.This morning , i drunk

only a cup of milk oatmeal as plan,and then i started to studied my english.when

it was 10：00 am, the inner man began to crave the nourishment, i couldnt

concentrate my attention to study， and there fried all kinds of delicious food

in my brain:hamburgers、dumplings、egg fried rice and omelette…… .After ten

minutes strugling，I couldnt help that anymore! I rushed to the kitchen, in

which then i ate whatever that was eatable!After that i finally gave up to lose

weight, thinking that im not that fat to need to go on a diet. Anyway, i should

continue to enjoy delicious food which i think is most beautiful thing in the

world.

Freedom is an important right of people. It usually refers that you can do

want you want and live the life you want. Of course, it must be on the basis

freedom anymore. In my opinion, freedom is not you can do whatever you want, but

you don’t have to do what you don’t want to. We live in the same society, which

Some people say， “Money is more important than time。” Some say， “We can buy

everything with money。” For some people， money is everything。 They think they

can buy everything they want， including time。 Do you think so? No。 I don’t think

so。 Because when money is spent， we can get it back。 However， when time has

gone， it will never return。 Nevertheless many of us always waste time and put

off today’s work till tomorrow。

In fact， time is more important than money and time never stops for anyone

I live very happily today! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb

the mountain with family, the air on the mountain is very fresh, the flowers

plants and trees on the mountain all seem extremely beautiful. Coming back home

in the evening, family and I sat and watched TV together, we are returning and

eating the fruit while chatting, the whole family is happy and harmonious!

嗨!大家好，我是一只蜗牛。来一场说走就走的旅行是我的生活常态，所以我每天都背着个小房子东奔西跑，去探索新奇的自然与世界。虽然大家都说我爬得很慢很慢，但是，慢，何尝不是一种享受生活的方式呢?

history and creates many splendid cultures. The ancient culture once had great

influence on the world, such as Japan, South Korea and other Asian and European

countries.

From the respect of school, Confucianism, Mohism, Taoism, and Legalism are

the main schools created in ancient China, and they also have great influence on

the Modern China and the world, especially the Confucianism. They deeply root in

traditional Chinese culture and people’s daily lives.

Specially, kung fu, traditional Chinese painting, poem, opera, cooking,

clothing, architecture and many other kinds of cultural forms make up the

splendid Chinese culture. The kinds listed above are the typical ones which

connect to each other at the same time. For example, painting, clothing and

architecture has many things in common. And each kind of cultural form contains

numerous intentions.

In short, Chinese culture are the accumulation of Chinese history, which

makes Chinese culture colorful and prosperous. If one wants to know or study

Chinese culture deeply, he or she must spend much time in it, otherwise he or

she can only get the tip of an iceberg.

My first teacher is called qiu-ling zhang, just entered preschool, I what all dont understand, is teacher zhang from one, two, three began to teach me to do, and lead me to learn to write his own name. She not only taught me knowledge, but also in the life of meticulous care.

I, the undersigned, am a senior in the Computer Science Department of Tsinghua University. I ordered a book which is entitled Practical Writing and Reading for NETEM by Wang Li on December 20th, 2004.

However after reading the book on January 10th, 2005, I found that it is a pirated one so that I write to you for complaint.

The book has brought me some negative effects. To begin with, much of my valuable time and energy have been wasted in reading the book since it is quite hard to identify many words in the book. i spent this summer vacation in quite a different way. i used to run about every day in previous summer vacations, but this summer vacation i simply could not afford to do so. i would soon be in the last year of my high-school education and would after graduation be up against the college entrance examinations. though those examinations were still a year away, i had to start early to make myself well prepared by reviewing all those things i had learned at school and this summer vacation was the ideal time for me to do this. at first i was rather dismayed at the thought of this, but later i thought it was better this way because by working hard this summer i could count on endless happy summers to come. with this in mind i then set to work like anything and only occasionally went out for a change or did some physical. i was not at all bored by this kind of life, for i was sustained by a hope.

Mid-autumn Festival is a popular and important lunar harvest festival

celebrated by Chinese people. The festival is held on the 15thday of the eighth

month in the Chinese calendar. There are some traditions in this holiday. For

example, people would have a big dinner with their families. After dinner, they

often enjoy the full moon which is round and bright. The other tradition of

mid-autumn festival is eating moon cake. Moon cake is the essential of that day,

which means reunion. As time goes by, there are various kinds of moon cakes, but

they are much more expensive than before. I like mid-autumn festival because my

families will get together and have a big dinner on that day.

A wonderful day

Today is a wonderful day! In the morning, it is very fine! Then I climb the

今天是美好的一天!在早上，天气非常好!然后，我爬上山与家人，山上的空气非常清新，山上的花草树木都显得格外美丽。回来晚上回家，我与家人坐在一起看电视，我们还吃着水果，一边聊天，全家其乐融融!我希望以后每天都是美好的一天。

星期六的早晨，天气晴朗，阳光明媚。微微的春风徐徐吹来，这正是放风筝的好时候，我和几个同学一起去西门渊放风筝。

来到长江堤坝下，我和同学罗文精心挑选了一个漂亮的“热带鱼”风筝，这个“热带鱼”风筝由红黄蓝三种颜色组成，后面还拖着一条小尾巴。我们拿着自己选购的风筝迫不急待地来到西门渊的沙滩上，只见天空中五彩缤纷的风筝都在展翅翱翔。看！那只灰白色的“飞机”飞得多高啊！好像在云层中穿行。这边的“大蝴蝶”也扇动那对又长又宽的金翅膀，在天空飘来飘去，最漂亮的要数那只"蓝猫"风筝了，总是张开嘴巴对我笑咧……

People always complain time is limited, they want to have more time to do more things, but the time stops them. Actually, I once feel my time is less while others have a lot of time to do what they want. I start to think about myself, I realize that I always waste my time on playing computer games, so I decide to not to play computer games.

Yesterday was Jacks shopping day. He went shopping with his mother.

I like riding bicycle

Today,I rode bicycle to travel around the Guilin central.I enjoy the

scenery while riding bicycle.The scenery of Guilin was so beautiful that I

couldnt help to take photos,which finally cause my cellphone lacked of

memory.Riding bicycle is not only helps me to keep fit，it also a good way for me

to travel and enjoy scenery.I like riding bicycle.
