我的理想就是当一位英语老师。从我给学生们上第一堂课开始，我就面带笑容，用温柔的语气给同学们上好每一堂课。同学们上课时如果乱讲话，我不会严厉地批评他们，而是轻轻地走到他们身旁，摸摸他的头，心平气和地对他说：“你上课别开小差哦！认真听，成绩才能好呢！”在课堂上，我会让他们把刚学的课文读读啦、背背啦，把单词抄抄啦、默默啦。我还会抽空和他们一起背英语儿歌，唱英语歌谣，一边唱，一边做动作。每一次测试，我对他们的要求不高，考在90分以上就可以了。同学们有什么单词、句子不会读，或者有什么题目不会写时，我都会耐心指导，一直把他教会为止。下课后，我还会和同学们一起做一些英语小游戏，我还会定期在班级开展一些活动，如“英语故事会”、“朗诵大赛”??等他们掌握一定的单词后，我会让他们写英语作文，写得好的，我会把他们的作文贴在“英语小作家栏”里，我更会叫他们用英语问好，最后我还会对他们说：“把英语学好，长大后对出国有用处，一个人英语学得好，去国外时外国人会夸奖你的。”

光说不行，还得有行动，我要从现在开始，努力地学，踏踏实实地干，朝着理想飞奔。

记得有一次唱歌比赛，我们班没有拿到名次，袁老师没有责怪我们，而且还说：“唱歌不是我们班的强项，下个星期还有广播操比赛，我们还可以努力，只要做得好就一定可以拿到奖。”我这么一听本来心里头不高兴，因为我们没有拿到奖。可是听到了袁老师的话，心里就舒服多了。

后来，我知道了一个秘密，那就是为什么袁老师这么年轻？因为袁老师心很大，不计较小事，不爱生气，所以袁老师很年轻。如果我能像袁老师一样不斤斤计较，不爱发脾气，团结友爱，我肯定也是一个完美的人。袁老师的话很有道理，我一定要听她的。
