我的启蒙老师姓郭，40多岁，相比之下算是老教师了。她已经送走了6个毕业班的学生了，她有着丰富的教学经验。老师是急脾气，最不能容忍学生磨磨叽叽的。因为年纪的关系，郭老师脸上有几道皱纹，不过时常挂着微笑。郭老师很瘦，所以能配上很多衣服，因此郭老师每天上班都穿的很时髦，她一直紧紧的跟着时代潮流，带给我们青春亮丽的气息，使我们感觉到生活的美好！

因为郭老师对我们要求很高，所以我们经常被训斥，但我算是个小的，不惹事，同时又优秀，老师基本不训我。我们常在班里开一些辩论会课、班会等，开的都很有意思，大家你一句我一句的，动不动就跑题了，幽默诙谐的话常把我们师生逗得哈哈大笑，之后再重新开始辩论。

比如有一次，因为两节课任老师有事，一上午四节课都是郭老师上，连上三节课后，郭老师叹口气说：连上这么多节课，太累！同学们马上抓住时机说：老师别把身体累坏了，你歇一节课吧！同学们说完都乐了，老师说：你们又想出去玩了，那就去吧，别碰着了，注意安全啊！同学们高兴的冲出了教室，我们师生配合就是这么默契。

郭老师对我们学习要求特别严格，不能有一点马虎，一点失误。她观察特细，只要你有一点点的落后，她马上就会发现，给你纠正错误。有一段时间，我的语文成绩有些下滑，考试成绩85分左右，郭老师发卷纸的时候，点到我的名字时，随口说了句李萌要努力啊！，我当时只哼了一声，事后老师把我叫到办公室说：我不相信你的语文成绩就是这样，你好好想想，到底什么原因语文成绩直线下滑呢！你不要数学好就专看数学，这样将来会偏科的，知道吗？一定要努力！。虽然我挨批了，但当时我真的很高兴，因为我觉得老师在关注我，重视我，当再次考试时，我语文获得了满分，考了全校第一名，我也从此喜欢上了语文。

在我学习的启蒙阶段，就有了这样一位好老师，我真的很幸运。现在我打心眼里想当一名教师，让祖国更多的花朵成为祖国的栋梁之才！

从小到大，我接触过的老师已经多得不计其数，给我印象最深刻的，就是李春丽老师。

李春丽老师上任我们班已有二年之久，其貌不扬，在人群里不是能很快的找出，但是平凡的老师有不平凡的教学方法。

每次上课她不合其他老师一样，她的问题总是那么多，让我们的大脑有了锻炼的机会。可是我们班本来就沉默寡言，她提出的问题基本上是没有人举手的，问题不是难，而是我们胆小如鼠。以前的老师在面对这种情况的时候早就愣在讲台上，尴尬死了，蛋她却没有这样的反应，而是使出她的杀手锏：“会的举手，不会的举手，两样都没有举的站起来！”顿时教师里死一般的沉默，连一根针掉下来的声音都可以听见，待老师在问的时候，听雪们都齐刷刷地举起了手。要是换做是其他的老师，这时候都直接公布答案了，免得下不了台，而她却不同，属于我们的问题我们自己要解答，在我们“山重水复疑无路”的时候，老师才会给我们一点线索，让我们“柳暗花明又一村”。

李春丽老师的这种教学方法是很少有的，虽然在理论上是有点儿逼我们的意思，但是，没有了她这几句独具魅力的语言，我们也就不会开动大脑，大胆发言。随人这种方法只是暂时性的但是，久而久之，我们的性格也会有所改变。

老师的做法给我明白了一个道理：属于我们的问题我们是迟早要解答的，如果自己知道了，应该举手发言，即使不对也总比没有勇气举手的同学好，要是大家都没有勇气举手发言的话，那么浪费的这些时间都可以用来写一篇小日记了。其实老师高数我们答案就是在害我们自己，我们总不能依赖老师吧，难道老师是我们吗？又不是，我们总不能带上老师去考试吧！

老师就是一直蜡烛，他燃烧了自己，给我们指明了前进的方向，我们长大了有出息了，可不要忘记了为我们日夜操劳的老师。

您好!不久,我已经踏上六年级的阶梯.吴老师,您为我们付出了许多汗水.今天我在这里和您谈谈心里话.

您是一位关心学生的好老师.记得有一次,我班的一位同学由于身体不舒服,在课堂上有些头晕.当消息传到您的耳中时.您就叫那位学生扒在桌面上好好休息,给他一杯热水,还向他问寒问暖.

还有一次,您给我们讲课时,一会打哈欠,一会揉揉鼻子,我们都知道,我们都明白,是你的感冒使得你如此.我想：“吴老师,您怎么不在讲台上休息一会儿呢?”可是我知道,您是为了我们而在顽强地给我们讲课……

在将近期末考试的时候,老师比我们更为紧张,所以常常放学后多上一节课,给我们补课.有些学生埋怨老师不应该放学留下.但您不在乎听他们所讲的话.时时帮助不会的学生,教他们解决的方法,给他以容易的理解,让他能够明白.我们遇到不会的问题便向您请教,您也耐心地给予我们讲解.

暑假在阳光与水花中匆匆离去，伴着颠倒的作息时间和桂花的清香，开学的第一课即将到来。虽然暑假过去了，但是教室里很热闹，他们在讨论新的英语老师。

他们说，新的英语老师肯定会很凶；他们说，新的英语老师一定要温柔……无休无止的猜测与争论中，第一节英语课开始了。

上课的铃声过后，一个身影从门口进来，像是没听见教室里七嘴八舌的讨论。新的英语老师坐在椅子上，等着教室里的声音像潮水一样慢慢地静下来。她说，她姓施；她说，你们3班。她说，她上一节课在隔壁班说：“咱们4班……”

施老师站起来，她在身后的黑板上用力地写下漂亮的粉笔字——态度＞成绩。她拍了拍桌子示意我们安静下来，转身指着黑板告诉我们：“学习成绩固然重要，但是态度比学习成绩更重要！”

施老师给我们上的第一堂课里没有枯燥乏味的英语单词，她像站在演讲台上，长长的麻花辫随着她转头的动作跳动，大大的眼镜在阳光下反射出热情的光芒。全班都被这与众不同的出场方式惊呆了。

后来，施老师和我们成为了朋友。她希望我们可以给她提建议——各种各样的建议——例如她今天的搭配不是很好看，她可能会很生气但也会听取；她给我们看了很多她自驾游的照片——红艳艳的冰糖葫芦和另一个角度的布达拉宫。

时间在笔尖下悄悄溜过。最后一堂英语课的下课铃响起前，施老师坐在讲台后，她和我们说，她本来准备了一次不一样的听写——内容是全班同学的名字；她和我们说，她本来准备了一件雪白的T恤——那上面本应该写满全班同学的名字；她又和我们说：“细节决定成败，学习态度比学习成绩更重要……”；她还和我们说：“咱们六（3）班……”

时间从回忆中渐渐醒来。最后一堂英语课的下课铃响起前，我坐在座位上，我想起施老师上课时专注的神情和懊恼地跺脚时紧皱的眉头；我想起施老师布置作业时说，她做过我们所有除抄写外的所有作业，还有把作业本举高的手；我想起施老师课后被同学逗笑时的笑颜；也想起施老师改作业的工整字迹和火眼金睛。

“听说，你们班新的英语老师很凶很凶，而且冷冰冰的不好说话。”

“谁说的，她很温柔很认真，有脾气也有心意。”
