上午好!很高兴今天能和大家坐在一起。我是高一•(7)班的班主任兼语文教师，我叫张琦。

本打算把我们班的任课教师都介绍给各位家长但由于有的老师同时教几个班，所以不能一一列席，望各位家长见谅。

今天的会议有三项议程，一是请孙疃中学教导处赵主任就高一年级整体情况向大家作汇报。二是有我就这一阶段班级情况向大家作一个汇报，并针对班级存在的一些问题和近阶段学生生理、心理特点，谈谈家庭教育的方法及其重要性，希望得到各位家长的理解、配合和支持。三是请各位家长与班主任结合学生实际，就自己感兴趣的话题进行自由交流。

一、 班级基本情况与班级管理：

我们班共有82名同学,其中男同学有55人,女同学有27人;住宿生一共 人,其中男同学有 人住宿,女同学有 人住宿。

作为学生的语文教师兼班主任，我和他们已经共同度过了四个多月的时光，四个多月来，每一个学生在我们的心中都留着深深的印象：你们的孩子在孙疃中学生活学习的各方面取得的优异成绩，是我们孙疃中学的光荣，更是你们家长的骄傲。学生在四个多月的学习中取得了许多优异的成绩，众所周知，本学年是高中学习生活的奠基年。高考升学又是社会各界特别是家长们比较关注的热点。基于这一点，从一开学，我们所有的任课老师在学校领导的参与商讨中达成共识，要心往一处想、劲往一处使，争取让每一个孩子都顺利的考入理想的大学。经过这四个多月的努力，我们高一•(7)班的各项工作都取得了优异的成绩，

在良好的纪律的保证下我们班级教育教学秩序井然，同学之间、师生之间关系融洽，学生生活、学习等各方面都在不断进步。应该说，我们班的老师工作严谨，作风正派，态度认真，他们精心设计每一堂课，仔细批改每一次作业，耐心解答每一个问题，期中考试的成绩、多次比赛获得的荣誉、每次学校检查之后的评价都是最好的证明。在一种关爱、宽容的环境中，在一种教学相长的氛围里，老师的悉心教育，家长的正确引导，使我们班基本形成了一个有凝聚力，有战斗力的班集体。同学们越来越喜欢自己的班、喜欢自己的老师。今天我可以自豪的说：在学校组织的两次考试中，

我们班的总评分一直位居年级第一名。学生在成绩进步的同时，其它各方面的能力也有了较大的提高。学生为班级争光、为集体争光的荣誉感增强。但两次考试也反映了一些问题，一是部分同学对知识的掌握不够扎实;二是不把学习当回事，马马虎虎;三是有一部分同学成绩下滑的比较快;其中最突出的问题就是偏科严重,这些都要引起重视，希望家长给予积极的配合。有些同学在学习上没有表现出很强烈的进取心，大都抱着得过且过的心态，学得很轻松，成绩也就不是很拔尖。不过有一点我深信，我们班的每一位同学都有深厚的潜力，入学以来 等同学的大幅度进步就是证明。这些都是我们共同努力的结果。

作为班主任，我坚信：没有教育不好的学生。我的指导思想是：一切以提高学生的整体素质为出发点，不求一时一刻的荣誉，不求华而不实的虚名，只求学生的成绩和能力能有一点一滴的提高。在学习方面，我从不以成绩论英雄，而是着眼于学生自身的发展，着眼于学生的努力程度。每次考试前后，我都会找学生谈心，了解他们的心理状态，减轻他们的心理压力，做学生的知心朋友，让学生学得轻松，学得愉快。因为我知道：班级管理的对象是学生，而学生是有情感有思想的人。在工作中，我深深的感到我们的学生思维活跃，知识面广，有个性、有主见。他们接受教育不是被动的，而是有选择的。因此，在班级管中我尊重他们的意愿，尊重他们的人格，把他们当作实实在在的“人”。我常想，没有制度谈不上管理，但同时又必须考虑到学生对制度的接受程度，应该看到，只有学生愿意接受且愿意服从的制度才会发挥良好的作用。根据这个思想，我班的各项制度都是经班委会讨论，全体同学表决才能通过，这就消解了学生对管理的抵触情绪，大大地提高了我们班教育管理的实效。另外，我根据自己和班级学生特点，在处理一些违纪现象时，我一般采取较温和的态度。为了更好的和学生交流，我打算今后让每个学生都准备了一个小结本。记录自己的好的表现，不好的方面，如何改进，和老师要说的话，等等，学生们有心理话可以和老师交流。有的话和父母不愿说的，都写在本里和我倾诉。另外。他们自己分析自己的错误，比老师的说教更容易让学生们接受，相信教育的效果会更好。 当然，我们的班级也存在着这样那样的一些问题，有些问题的解决还需要各位家长的支持与配合

首先是一些学生良好的学习习惯还没有形成。个别学生，每次考试成绩都不太理想，实际上就是学习习惯差了一点，在校的表现如：早读到班级后不能立即抓紧时间早读，上课思路不能跟着老师走，发言不够积极，听讲效率不高，课后作业没有真正弄明白，甚至于有抄袭作业的现象。自习又不能科学高效的安排学习时间，加之自学意识不强，只会完成老师布置的作业，然后无事可干，。从表面上看，这似乎是学生的学习态度问题，但我认为，这是学习习惯、学习方法问题。在小学是老师教我怎么做我就怎么做，很少有自己的主张和想法，进入中学以后，学习难度加大了，作业量增多了，可供自己支配的时间也宽裕了，但学习方法还改变不了。在中学，学生应该有学习的主动性，可以预习老师没讲过的内容，也可以复习老师已经讲过的知识。所以求知欲强的同学，成绩会越来越好，或者有明显进步;而懒惰、怕吃苦的同学，想把成绩搞好就难了。我总有一个美好的愿望，想让同学们配合老师学会自主学习，引导学生学会听课、学会思考问题，不要完全依靠老师，特别是成绩崭时落后的同学这点尤为重要。靠教师补，想有出色表现，难!因为很多知识要靠学生自己去消化、领悟，最后达到触类旁通。所以我提倡同学们勤思、勤问 。当然，学习的过程从来就不是一帆风顺，会遇到许多困难和波折，作为学校，作为班主任，作为课任老师，我们有义务帮助学生克服学习中的困难，有针对性的帮助学生真正学会自主学习。如有的学生需要意志，有的需要耐力，有的需要情绪，有的需要方法，有的需要细心。尽管现在还存着这这样或那样的问题，但我们会一直朝这个方向努力。

学校教育的形式是群体性的，一个老师至少要负责几十个学生的教育教学工作，所以学校不可能象父母那样有足够的时间和精力，把教育的对象，集中在一个学生身上，从教育的全过程来看，无论是在教育的时间和精力上，还是在教育的对象和情感上，家庭教育始终占有特殊的优势地位，其潜在能力是巨大的，有这样一种现象：孩子在同样的年龄段里，同时走进同一所学校，在同样的班级里学习，授课的时间是相同的，教育的环境是一致的，然而接受教育的效果却截然不同，这种分化的原因，并不在于学校教育质量，而在于家庭教育的配合上。有这样一个比喻，老师好比医生，父母好比护士，医生开药后，护士的护理就显得尤为重要。学校教育永远离不开正确的家庭教育，假如没有良好、正确、合理的家庭教育相配合，再好的教师、再好的学校也不可能产生好的教育效果。家庭教育的失败，往往导致学校教育事倍功半。为此，我们必须在以下几个方面形成共识。

一、要掌握孩子特点，有的放矢的进行教育，他们精力充沛，好奇心强，但自己的愿望与实际能力有着很大的距离，他们总认为自己不是孩子了，总想摆脱老师和家长的束缚，有事不太愿意与父母及老师交流，情感脆弱，做事莽撞，不记后果，冲动和好奇是他们的最大特征。这时，父母一定要细心观察，悉心引导。在教育上更应讲究方式方法，态度不能粗暴，语言不能过激。家长要尽量抽时间与孩子们在一起，与孩子沟通，学会平等地与孩子一起看待他们成长中遇到的问题。平时要和孩子多交流，询问学习情况，不能等成绩出来了，问题出来了才想到去关心孩子。关注孩子的心理问题，关注青春期的早恋问题。独生子女容易以自我为中心，事实上光靠老师教育还是软弱的，家长更应关注。在教育孩子的时候要把握好尺度。特别是纠正孩子的关键性缺点时一定要考虑成熟，选择最佳地点和时机。

二、要全面而准确地估计自己的孩子。这种评估不能过高，也不可过低，过高和过低都会导致家庭施教的不准确。错误和不准确的估计会影响孩子的学习成绩和学习情绪。有的家长在没有全面摸清孩子智力水平的情况下，单凭某一学科或某一单元的学习成绩就盲目断定孩子“不行”，还有的家长过高估计自己孩子的智力水平。农村有句古话叫“庄稼看人家的好，孩子看自已的好”，在自己的孩子很小的时候，怎么看都觉得很聪慧的，但到上学后，一比较就看到了差距，再到中学阶段就心灰意冷，这就是对孩子智力估计不准确造成的。作为智力好些的孩子的父母，一定要看到“人外有人，天外有天”。

三、要正确看待孩子的分数。时代变化了，人才的标准也在变化，分数不能决定一切，高分未必高能，只有素质综合、全面发展，有较强的适应能力和创新能力的学生才能适应未来社会的竞争和挑战。爱因斯坦初中未能毕业、爱迪生小学被称为笨蛋，他们却成为对人类贡献卓著的科学家、发明家;比尔。盖茨哈佛大学未毕业却能成为世界首富，因此我们应树立新的人才观。您的孩子学习成绩好，并不意味着思想好、能力高，您的孩子暂时学习成绩落后，并不意味着思想差、能力低。不能认为分数就是一切，考试分数高，要引导孩子不要自满，山外有山，人外有人;考试分数不理想，应该心平气和地与老师、孩子一起研究存在的问题。既要与同学比，更要与自己比，比较前后几次考试，看是否退步，原因是什么。比较各科之间的成绩，看哪科是弱项，多花些时间补上。

四、要多给孩子一点信心，做孩子成长的强有力的后盾。由于孩子的个体差异，免不了成绩有好有坏，孩子由于不肯学习，导致成绩差，我们就应该适当的批评，如果孩子很尽力了，成绩却不怎么理想，我们更应该给他信心，而不是一味的给他泼冷水，这样反而会使他对学习产生反感的情绪。我们应特别要尊重孩子，孩子们这样写道：“如果我考试成绩不理想，爸妈肯定会阴沉着脸，这对我的自尊心杀伤力是100%”。“我最不能容忍的是父母对我藐视的态度，那时侯我就想对他们说，你们有没有考虑过我的自尊心?你们以为我不想考好吗”“我惧怕考试，怕回家看到爸爸失望冷酷的脸”，多听听孩子的心声，不要一味地去斥责孩子，帮助他们分析存在的问题，寻找对策，那样孩子才不至于产生逆反心理，才愿意和你交流。面对行为习惯差的孩子，家长不应该一味的责备，更不应该放弃。要多鼓励，给他们以自信，培养他们积极乐观的人生态度，善于发现他们的长处，耐心地引导孩子正确地看待自己的不足，共同制订计划帮助他们改正缺点

五、要教育学生遵守纪律。家有家法，校有校规，班级也有班级的纪律，这些规定和纪律，是同学们提高成绩的保证，学生只有好好的遵守这些纪律，才能够形成一个良好的班级，才能够全面提高自己的水平。我们要让学生明白：一个懂得规矩，并且自觉的遵守规矩的人，才能够时刻按照规矩办事，才能够使自己进步。风筝要想飞得高，必须由底下的线牵引着，假如没有了这根束缚它的线，风筝只能掉在地上。人也是这样，不要幻想什么绝对的自由，绝对的自由带来的是绝对的放纵，是绝对没有什么好结果的。假如哪个学生在遵守纪律方面做得不好，不仅仅是对自己的一种伤害，对于那些刻苦学习，一心求学的学生来说也是一种伤害，对于班级体也是一种伤害，对其他同学也是不公平的这是我们不愿意看到的，也是绝对不允许的。教育孩子在学校服从老师管教，尊敬老师、不顶撞老师，我们的老师无论是教学教育上还是在做人上都可称得上一流的，因此应相信老师的教育方式和教育水平，相信老师做的一切都是为了孩子。

教育孩子遇事多做自我批评。在孩子和其他同学发生口角或矛盾时，述说自己受到的委屈时，先让孩子从自身找原因，不要总是帮孩子说话，不然会纵容孩子的缺点。受到老师批评时，要让孩子分析：班主任和老师为什么批评你，是老师找自己你的茬吗?自己有哪些不对的地方?任何时候严格要求都对学生有利，老师的批评教育是对孩子负责，表扬是爱，批评更是一种爱。孩子毕竟是孩子，孩子说的话有时并不一定是真实可信的，要相信老师的话，并请家长能主动与班主任和任课老师交流，了解真实情况，相信很多误解通过沟通是完全可以消除的，这样更有利于孩子的成长。

六、要与老师坦诚相待，保持一致，形成教育的合力。在现代社会里，家长必须依靠学校让孩子接受系统的知识学习，在这一点上，家长无法取代学校教育。另一方面，学校只能承担起教育孩子的一部分，家长如果把教育责任全推给老师，是一种失职。尤其是品德教育、习惯养成、性格培养等重要教育任务，更需要家长与教师的合作，才能完成。当然相当多的家长都很重视家庭与学校的教育合力。在这种情况下，我认为家长与老师要坦诚相待，相互交流、相互包容。作为家长，要正确对待教师的不足，人无完人，教师的教育水平有高有低，出现失误和不足在所难免。家长应与老师沟通解决分歧和看法，一定要维护教师在孩子心目中的威信，不能在孩子面前议论老师的不足和短处，更不能贬低老师，坚定地站在学校老师一边，同样老师也会维持家长的形象，那样教育才能形成合力。孩子还小，一旦老师在他们心目中失去了应有的地位，那么连同这门功课，他们也会拒绝学习，这样的话，孩子的损失就大了。作为老师，也要充分理解家长望子成龙、望女成凤的迫切心情，全身心的投入到工作中来，教好书，育好人，叫学生满意，让家长放心。常听有些家长说：我的孩子小学时成绩和行为习惯都很好，怎么到你们学校就变了?这反映了家长对孩子的了解缺少客观全面，年龄环境都在变化，中学和小学有很大的不同，孩子在成长中会出现新的问题，是正常的，我们要正视他，只要我们相互理解互相支持，就一定会收到好的效果。

七、不娇惯孩子、学会对孩子说不

八、教孩子做人处事的原则方法和技巧

1. 不在同学间、师生间传播一些制造矛盾不利团结的话，更不能传无根据、添枝加叶的话，让孩子做一个光明正大、诚实的人。

2. 胸怀大度、心胸宽广，小事不要放在心上，告诉孩子一个斤斤计较，小鸡肚肠的人是成就不了大事的。

3. 遇事要冷静，多做自我批评，互谅互让，不要意气用事，盲目冲动，干出傻事。

各位家长，尽管在教育孩子上我们付出了很多心血和汗水，尽了最大的努力，也取得了很多成绩，但我们的工作肯定也存在不少问题，离家长对优质教育的要求还有距离，我们一定虚心听取各位家长合理的意见和建议，百尺竿头，更进一步，力争把工作做的更好。

期末考试结束后，面对四个班的成绩，我喜忧参半：喜的是个班成绩比较均衡，优秀率都在百分之八十以上，及格率百分之九十九。忧的是我所教的四个班中的学困生比其他班多几个。感觉自己在平时的转化学困生工作中下了不少功夫，为什么没有进展呢?我静下心来好好反思自己的工作，总结经验与不足，为下学期的工作做一下铺垫：

一、教学经验

1。精心备课，不打无准备之仗。每节课上课前，我除了精心编写教案、学案外，还上网搜集各种英语课本知识相关的小视频，小动画，制作精美使用的课件，尽量用多种手段吸引学生的注意。事实证明精心，好上课的材料是提高课堂效率的有效策略。

2.严宽结合，狠抓课堂常规。我一直坚持对学生充满爱的教育，但绝不是无条件无原则的爱。尤其是在抓班级教学常规工作中，我更是注重严宽结合，当学生注意力集中时，我就抓紧讲解基础知识。当学生表现疲惫不专心时，我就放慢速度，运用课堂口令帮助学生集中精力。如：我要求学生坐端正会说：one-two-three学生就说：A-B-C并坐好。我要求学生认真听会说：Listen!学生要说：I will listen!总之，恰当的口令语是保证课堂顺利进行的重要条件之一。

3.以鼓励为主，关注学困生。我感觉教师的鼓励是学生奋进的催化剂，尤其针对学困生。平时我总是多给学困生表现的机会，及时肯定他们的进步，坚持给他们写鼓励性评语，让他们时时尝到成功的甜头。一学期下来，个班的学困生明显减少，并且普遍增强自信心，发挥出较强的主观能动性，激发出前所未有的兴趣和热情，英语成绩持续上升，在这次期末考试中脱颖而出。对于纪律不好的学生，我也是坚持多表扬少批评的原则，只要他们一有好的表现，我就会在全班同学面前大加表扬，强化他们已经形成的好习惯。确保班上每一个孩子都能参与到课堂教学的有效互动中，提高了课堂教学效率，在这次期末考试中四个班的成绩名列前茅。

二、不足之处：

1.对待学困生缺少耐心，没有关注好每一个学困生，为他们制定恰当的补习计划和措施。

2.经常犯急躁情绪，没有很好的反思自己的课堂教学而怪罪学生不会学习。

今后我会在原有成绩的基础上继续努力，潜心学习，积极探索更加有效地教学策略，关注每一个学生，为他们的终生学习奠定坚实的基础!
