我是一只活泼可爱、聪明伶俐的小肥猪。我的家就在一个农庄的猪圈里，兄弟姐妹有好几十个，都长得白白胖胖的。我们每天过着神仙般的日子。天天大吃大喝，吃饱喝足了，就舒舒服服地睡大觉，有时还不忘洗个日光浴呢。可是，这样的日子过久了，我就觉得很没意思，想换一种生活，尝尝鲜。

一天晚上，我突然翻来覆去睡不着，眼睛盯着猪栏发呆。突然，眼前出现一道七彩光线，剌得我睁不开眼。我从手指缝里着到七彩光环里有一位美丽的仙女，手执仙杖，笑眯眯地看着我，说：“小猪，你有什么心愿想实现吗?我可以帮你实现三个愿望。”我眨着疑惑的眼睛兴奋地说：“真的吗?”仙女点点头，“我想……我想变成一头牛,听说牛勤勤恳恳的,很受人们的喜欢,做猪老被人说懒。”仙女用仙杖往我身上一指,只见金光一闪,我真的变成了一头牛。

我变成牛之后，生活变得比以前要劳累得多，天天起早摸黑，拉犁、耕地，脚都都磨破了，有时还要挨鞭子。这还不算，每天还被蚊子咬，苍蝇叮，吃不饱，睡不好，真受折磨。我就去请求仙女让我变成人，因为人可以吃得好，睡得好，比动物高级多了，也舒服多了。

我变成人之后，才发现事实并不象我想的那样。做人也要整天忙忙碌碌，洗衣、买菜、做饭、种田、喂鸡、喂鸭……，简直比牛还累。

这天晚上，我又去请求仙女，让我实现了最后一个心愿——变回猪。因为做牛、做人，还是做猪好。猪最舒服了，想吃就吃，吃饱睡足了就睡大觉，最有福气了。人家说我懒就懒吧，谁叫我们懒猪有懒福呢!

大家介绍的国宝――熊猫

国宝大能猫，它是哺乳动物，爱吃竹叶、竹笋等，分布在四川、陕西、甘肃等地。它身上的颜色只有黑白两种，还有两个黑眼圈，像是带了一副墨镜一样，形态憨态可掬，看起来肥肥胖胖的，可爱极了！

你知道大能猫最喜欢干什么吗？爬树？当然不是，而是睡觉。很多人都好奇大熊猫为什么这么能睡，大熊猫就跟小孩一样，躺着、趴着，什么睡姿都有，连抱着树干都能睡；有的大熊猫在大太阳底下仰着睡，但因太阳光太刺眼，还用一只手遮阳，照样睡得很香甜。就比如你逗睡觉的大能猫，它会看你一眼再去睡觉，都不愿意搭理你！这是因为，熊猫每天吃得东西太多了，所以才会喜欢睡觉！

虽然熊猫比较喜欢睡觉，但是一点都不影响人们对它的喜爱。大熊猫不但被世界野生动物协会选为会标，而且还常常担负“和平大使”的任务，带着中国人民的友谊，远渡重洋，到国外攀亲结友，深受各国人民的欢迎。

我非常喜欢我们的国宝――熊猫。

It is important to know our good and bad points because this knowledge will

help us to improve ourself. We should examine ourselves and learn who we

are.

对于我们来说，正确地认识自身的优缺点是很重要的，因为这个认识有助于我们自身的提高。我们应该检查自己并学着(认识)我们是谁。

Above all, we should recognize our strengths and weaknesses. For example, I

am healthy and fit, so I can work hard. Im also optimistic, humble and polite.

These are my strengths. However, I also have weaknesses. For one thing, Im

stubborn and a little impatient. Im sometimes lazy as well and can spent a

whole day just watching TV and eating junk food. Im not ashamed to admit these

bad pints. Knowing what they are lets me focus on improving myself.

It was sunny and hot today. I got up early at half past six. I read English
