站在操场上向左上方看，一座绚丽多彩的艺术楼就出现在了我的视线之中。我当时大概地测量了一下它的长度与高度，它高约20——25米，长约25——30米。再看它的窗子是轻一色的铝合金滑窗，再看它周围紧紧地环绕着一些花草，流露出一种自然艺术与人类艺术完美结合的情趣。据说，国际儿童画展也将于9月22日(2004年)在这里举行，到那时，将有22个国家和地区的代表及专家都会到这儿呢!
