沈阳故宫，原名盛京宫阙，后称奉天行宫，位于沈阳市，沈河区明清旧城的中心。这个占地六万平方米，有建筑九十余所，三百余间，始建于一六二五年，初成于一六三七年。顺治元年，清朝移都北京后，成为陪都建筑的沈阳故宫，在二零零四年，被联合国教科文组织列入世界遗产名录。

沈阳故宫，是以满族建筑特色而著称，在中国除北京外，是唯一保存完好的古代帝王建筑建筑群。

在蒙蒙的细雨中，我们沿着沈阳故宫的正门，大清门而入。一进入大清门，饰有各种龙形图腾的建筑，首先映入你的眼帘，那象征着古代帝王的金龙，在蒙蒙的雨幕中，显得格外的威严与洒脱。

随着你的脚步慢慢的前移，那恢宏的建筑，华丽的殿宇，如一部厚重的清史，在你的眼前，慢慢的展开。

迎面是两座文德，武功的牌坊，路南有奏乐亭和东西朝房，前面是崇政殿，过有三层楼高的凤凰楼，里面是建在三点八米高台上的清宁宫，这是满族人的住处要建在高岗之上的习俗，在这里可以俯瞰正殿的区域。这一宫高殿低的建筑形式，充分显示出了满族的建筑风格，而东西二宫，则是完全的汉式建筑。

在崇政殿的东侧，是著名的大政殿，为重檐八角亭式建筑，内部结构为，彻上明造，下有大青石修建的须弥台基，正门前金龙蟠柱，殿顶为绿边黄琉璃瓦，中央为宝瓶火焰珠攒尖顶，殿内彩绘梵文天花团龙藻井。

沿着大政殿的前两侧，是排如雁行的十王亭，是左右翼王和八旗办公的地方，南为大红墙，清初为开放式广场，以木栅与宫外相隔。

西侧为乾隆四十七年至四十八年增建，包括戏台，嘉荫堂，文溯阁，仰熙斋等，最前面是校马场。

沿着清宁宫往西便是文溯阁，初建于乾隆四十六年，面阔六间，硬山顶，绿剪边黑琉璃瓦，用于存放四库全书，梁枋间彩绘白马献书图案，东侧有一碑亭，内立乾隆亲撰的御制文溯阁论，和宋孝论，碑文详细记录了建阁的经过和四库全书的收藏。

At the period of my graduate study, my overall GPA(3.77/4.0) ranked top 5% in the department. In the second semester, I became teacher assistant that is given to talented and matured students only. This year, I won the Acer Scholarship as the one and only candidate in my department, which is the ultimate accolade for distinguished students endowed by my university. Presently, I am preparing my graduation thesis and trying for the honor of Excellent Graduation Thesis.

Research experience and academic activityWhen a sophomore, I joined the Association of AI Enthusiast and began to narrow down my interest for my future research. With the tool of OpenGL and Matlab, I designed a simulation program for transportation scheduling system. It is now widely used by different research groups in NUST. I assumed and fulfilled a sewage analysis & dispose project for Nanjing sewage treatment plant. This was my first practice to convert a laboratory idea to a commercial product.In retrospect, I find myself standing on a solid basis in both theory and experience, which has prepared me for the Ph.D. program. My future research interests include: Network Scheduling Problem, Heuristic Algorithm research (especially in GA and Neural network), Supply chain network research, Hybrid system performance analysis with Petri nets and Data Mining.

教育背景

Dear Mickey,

How did you spend your summer vacation this year?

In my vacation, my family and I went to National Park. We visited the island in the center of the lake.

We took a ferryboat to the island at 9:00 am. The first place we visited was the Botanical Garden. Then we visited the Site of an Old Temple which had a history of over 600 years. Lunch was served at 11:30. After that, we went to see varieties of birds at the Birds House. We went shopping for some souvenirs at the Gift Shop before we left. Finally, we returned from the island by cable car at 3:30 pm.

Though we were tired, we had a good time, because we like nature very much. Do you like nature, too?
