沈阳故宫是中国现存两座帝王宫殿建筑群之一。建于1631年，是清祖努尔哈赤和清太宗皇太极营造和使用过的宫殿，清世祖“福临”顺治也在这里继位，并于当年八关，建筑统治全中国。

沈阳故宫保留了当年建筑风貌，十分壮观，金碧辉煌，还保留着许多文物及皇宫起居用品，给人以光彩夺目的感觉，是一座巨大的文化历史宝库，也是世界遗产。
