8月11日,一大早起来,吃早饭后,收拾行装,离开东湖度假村,进市区,在沈阳繁华地方中街找个宾馆,办好手续,就向故宫进发。

天气依然炎热,看售票处排起了长队,我们也加入了这个行列。半个小时后拿到票,又找了个导游,我们进入故宫。说实话,这类人文景观,对我九岁的女儿来说,毫不吸引人。正好她身体还不太舒服,口腔炎,但难得来一趟,沈阳故宫又是名气很大,当然要仔细参观,好在有导游详细的解说。

清入关前,其皇宫设在沈阳,迁都北京后,这座皇宫被称作“陪都宫殿”、“留都宫殿”。后来就称之为沈阳故宫。它是清代初年的皇宫,是清代皇帝顺治的祖父努尔哈赤和顺治的父亲皇太极的宫殿。是我国现存仅次于北京故宫的最完整的古它以崇政殿为中心,从大清门到清宁宫为一条中轴线,将故宫分为东中西三路。中路为故宫主体,崇政殿(金銮殿)为主体的核心,是皇太极处理朝政之所,配以飞龙阁、翔凤阁、师善斋、协中斋、日华楼。后面有凤凰楼、清宁宫,还有皇帝妃嫔寝居的东西配宫,以及颐和殿、介祉宫、敬典阁、迪光殿、保极宫等。东路建筑以大政殿为中心,辅以左右翼王亭、八旗亭。这是清王朝入关前,八旗建制的象征,是早期八旗兵制在宫殿建筑中唯一的历史古迹。大政殿是用来举行大典,如颁布诏书,宣布军队出征,迎接将士凯旋和皇帝即位等的地方。

沈阳故宫博物馆所陈列的多半是旧皇宫遗留下来的宫迁文物。如努尔哈赤用过的剑,皇太极用过的腰刀和鹿角椅等。沈阳故宫博物馆陈列的艺术品也很丰富。在绘画陈列室里,有明、清两代一些大师的作品如清李鳟、金农、明文征明书画精品、陶瓷、雕刻、织乡、漆器等工艺品也不少。

导游匆忙讲解,说,11:30有皇家礼仪表演皇帝娶东宫侧福晋。我们顶着烈日,观看表演,没想到,还挺不错,挺专业。鼓乐齐鸣,文武官员盛装出席,皇帝端坐在龙椅之上,皇后及各宫妃嫔、格格、阿哥分列两侧……由上百名演员参与表演的“皇太极娶东宫大福晋”大型仿古礼仪歌舞表演在故宫大政殿前拉开序幕。随着音乐响起,身着满族服饰的八旗士兵手持萨满鼓跳起满蒙特色的“萨满舞”,身着格格服装的女演员还为游客表演了精彩的“寸子舞”。

Im Alina Li and Im Ben Hedges, and today well be taking you through some of the most important traditions of Chinese new year and historical background. We will look at some of the legends behind Chinese new year and how to celebrate it. Here in the US and Chinese across the world.

The Chinese have specific way to celebrate their new year. If you walk down the street in Chinatown during Chinese New Year, you see a variety of ancient traditions such as red banners, firecrackers and lion dance performances, streets are filled with lively celebration.

However, legend has said that the new year has not always been a time of festivity. An Asian Chinese story told a chilly start to this festive holiday, it begins with an ancient Chinese beast called Nian.

Every New Year Nian would rise from swelling in the sea to ravage Chinese village in livestock and hurting people. The villages soon found out from a wise gray-haired old man that the only way to scare the beast away was to set off firecrackers and light lamps and to hang red banners on each door. As the story goes, this was the beginning of a tradition that would last thousands of years.

So this story leads to the creation of many of other traditions for celebrating Chinese New Year. lets take a look at some of these traditions.

Why, you may wonder, should spiders be our friends? Because they destroy so many insects, and insects include some of the greatest enemies of the human race.Insects would make it impossible for us to live in the world; they would devour all our crops and kill our flocks and herds, if it were not for the protection we get from insect-eating animals.We owe a lot to the birds and beasts who eat insects but all of them put together kill only a fraction of the number destroyed by spiders.Moreover, unlike some of the other insect eaters, spiders never do the least harm to us or our belongings.

One authority on spiders made a census of the spiders in a grass field in the south of England, and he estimated that there were more than 2,250,000 in one acre; that is something like 6,000,000 spiders of different kinds on a football pitch.Spiders are busy for at least half the year in killing insects.It is impossible to make more than the wildest guess at how many they kill, but they are hungry creatures, not content with only three meals a day.It has been estimated that the weight of all the insects destroyed by spiders in Britain in one year would be greater than the total weight of all the human beings in the country.

今日阳光明媚，万里无云，到沈阳旅游的我们有幸参观了这座工业城市中的“中国第二故宫”。

沈阳的故宫实际上是清朝入关前由清太祖努尔哈赤、清太宗皇太极建造的皇宫，是中国现存完整的两座建筑群之一。沈阳故宫占地6万平方米，与北京故宫72万平方米的占地面积，简直是天差地远。但比起北京故宫的殿宇巍峨，富丽堂皇，沈阳故宫则更显玲珑有致，风格独特，结构紧凑，比北京故宫千篇一律的雕梁画栋更具特色。

grace is one of my classmates. she is not good at study, though she usually works very hard. maybe she just doesn’t find the learning method suitable for her. in my mind, she is clever. thongh she is not good at study, she is popular in our class. in all people’s mind, she is kind and optimistic. treating everyone as friend, she has no enemy. as she doesn’t study well, it is hard to avoid feeling sad. however, everytime she just feels sad for a while and then recovers for the first one. sometimes it is her who comforts us for not for not doing well in the exam. look, she is so cute!

十二地煞”只不过是七十二口大缸。 故宫处处是美丽的景色，希望大家能细细游赏。

The Yellow Mountain is one of the most famous mountains in China. It lies in the south of Anhui. Every year thousands of Chinese and foreigners pay a visit there. It s not far from here. It takes you about three hours to get there by bus. You can also go there by train or by plane. While you are climbing the mountain, you can enjoy the sea of clouds, wondrous pines and unique rocks around you. In the early morning when the sun rises, the sky looks very beautiful. It s really a nice place to visit.
