from all around the world felt pity for the loss of this great talent. They laid

Now, the summer holiday is coming to the end. I really spend a rich but

happy holiday. As a junior student, I am not totally free in the summer holiday,

because study is still an important part in my life. In the first month of the

holiday, I study at home to finish my homework. There are many tasks I have to

finish. Besides, I have to go to the English and mathtraining class, because I

am weak inthe two subjects. Therefore, I need some extra training. After that, I

visit to my father with my mother. My father works in other province and I have

not seen him for half a year. My mother and I miss him very much. We spend near

a month with him.When my father is free, he often takes us go out. We are happy

together.

本学期，我将结合学校工作计划和学校教学工作计划的要求，规范常规教学，提高教学质量，努力形成自己的教学特色。

一、总体思路

以努力提高教学质量为目标，以抓好教学常规工作，提高英语合格率为重点，采用任务型教学法，注重“学困生”的教育补差工作，形成良好的教学风气。

二、学生情况分析

经过一学期的学习，从上期期末成绩来看，七年级两个班的英语成绩比较理想。平均分82分。大部分学生学习目的明确，态度端正，掌握了英语学习的一些基本方法，能够积极主动认真地学习，学习成绩较好。但还有少部分学生没有明确的学习目的，缺少学习的热情和主动性，自觉性较差，相应的学习习惯也差，加上两极分化十分严重。

三、教材分析

《Goforit》七年级下册共14个单元，包括2个复习单元。全书采用任务型语言教学模式，融汇话题、交际功能和语言结构，形成了一套循序渐进的生活化的学习程序。每个单元都列出明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构，需要掌握的基本词汇，并分为A、B两部分。A部分是基本的语言内容，B部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有selfcheck部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识。它采用“语言的输入---学生的消化吸收---学生的语言输出”为主线编排的。

四、教学目标

掌握本册书上的重点词汇、词组以及句型。通过本学期的学习，培养学生对英语的学习兴趣，形成有效的学习策略，有效提高学习效率，发展双基能力;培养听、说、读、写的能力，使学生初步获得运用英语的能力，达到语言运用能力的迁移和拓展;通过了解世界，了解不同地区的人文风俗，学会理解和尊重异国文化，并使学生在人际交往中学会尊重和理解别人，能在小组活动中积极与他人合作，相互帮助，共同完成学习任务，尽情享受学习的乐趣。

五、教学措施

1、加强词汇教学，包括单词拼写、词义记忆，语言功能的训练。

词汇是文章、句子的基本单位，词汇量的大小，将直接关系到学生能否流利地运用英语进行交际;能否熟练地用英语读和写;能否顺利地用英语思考。从上学期的期末考试所反映的问题看，在今后的教学中，在加强拼读与拼写的同时，应帮助学生进行有意识记，应加强对词的用法及内在含义的理解，要培养学生用英语解释单词的能力，逐步启发引导学生用英语思考。单词教学一定要做到词不离句，这样，学生在学会了单词的同时，也学会了词的一些基本用法。

2、每天背诵课文中的对话，培养语感。

3、基本的语法教学一定要与语境相结合。

进行语法操练时，要坚持“四位一体”，即话题、语境、结构、功能相结合。抓住话题，联系语境，确定语法结构，明确语法功能(交际功能)。要重视语法知识对于培养语言运用功能的基础作用，又要注重改革教法。课堂上一定要有生动活泼的教学活动。

4、进一步培养阅读能力和写作能力。

阅读和写作能力的培养是英语教学的又一重点。阅读和写作能力的培养在于平时。教师在平时讲解阅读理解题时，应着力帮助学生分析语言材料，而不是核对答案;平常应该多写作文。

5、做好学困生转化和优秀生培养工作。

六、教研课题

《浅谈英语阅读能力的培养》

措施：用新的教学理念指导英语阅读教学，进一步改变教法和学法，培养学生对英语阅读的兴趣，提高学生的英语阅读能力，提高英语教学效果。

1、尝试通过各种形式的学习，例如复述课文、把课文改编成情景剧、阅读竞赛等活动，提高学生学习英语的兴趣，从而达到自主积累、综合运用英语的目的，并指导学生运用科学的方法记忆单词、阅读课文，取得事半功倍的效果。

2、通过信息技术与学科整合的手段，以课内为基础，增加课外阅读的量，指导学生借助信息手段和工具书理解文章基本内容的方法，提高学生的英语自学能力。

3、以复述课文、回答问题、判断正误、通过上下文线索猜词义为载体，培养学生的综合阅读技能，提高学生的英语阅读理解能力。

网络这一词对大家来说并不陌生，的确，它给我们带来了很多方便，但是网络又像扑朔迷离又芬芳四溢的花丛，让人情不自禁的被吸引过去，不愿出走;又像一张最具有粘性的蜘蛛网，一旦碰上，多数人迷失其中不能自拔，有的人甚至走上违法犯罪的道路。

我在报上看到这么一则消息：有个12岁的学生，原本聪明伶俐，品学兼优，曾荣获河南省首届中小学生计算机网络知识竞赛一等奖。但自从在网吧迷上网络游戏之后，成绩便一落千丈，身体状况也急剧下降，精神萎靡不振，性格暴躁古怪，如同走火入魔。每天一放学，他就往网吧里钻，双休日则更是无所顾忌，全天泡在网吧，有时还和同学们在网吧里“包夜”，十分痴迷。住校期间，他的生活费没几天就花完了，缺钱就编各种理由向家里要。如果要不到，他宁可在网吧里看别人打游戏，也不愿读书。这样，他每月都要在网吧里花上两三百元。钱从哪里来?他先是在家里面背着父母取钱，后来发展到在社会上去偷去抢，终于被送入了工读学校。

因此，在我看来，我们小朋友自身，应该正确认识网络，能利用网络信息帮助学习，同时能认清过度迷恋的危害。不要沉迷于游戏中不可自拔，既影响健康又影响学业。

我还在报上了解到一位专家说过这样一段话：由于青少年自我保护意识薄弱，缺乏分辨力和自控力，很容易迷失于网络的陷阱，而且未成年人缺乏自制力，对各种新生事物的优劣本质还缺乏足够的识辨能力，往往被万花筒般的网络世界搞得眼花缭乱，容易被一些不健康的东西所迷惑，或是过度沉迷于游戏，从而对自己的成长产生不利影响。而又由于大多数网吧惟利是图，放纵甚至引诱未成年人接受这些乱七八糟的东西，导致时常有悲剧发生。

所以，我们小学生不能沉迷于网吧，沉迷于网络游戏，上网时一定要节制，最好做一些对学习有用的东西。这样才有利于我们的身心健康的发展。

of an eye. During this summer vacation, I spent most of the time playing

basketball. Sometimes I go swimming with my friends. Sometimes play with small

现在大多数少年乃至青少年都迷恋网络游戏，网络游戏对我们的身心健康有着很大的危害。

我就是一个曾经深陷其中的一位，现在网络游戏的样式越来越多比如《地下城与勇士》，《问道》《穿越火线》《QQ炫舞》……我现在想一想网络游戏到底有什么好玩的呢?网络游戏有时好像还不如一些单机游戏好玩，单机游戏它更新是升级，而网络游戏怎是局部升级，画面效果没有变化，网络游戏和单机游戏没法比的是单机游戏他是有剧情的，而网络游戏没有就好像一直在重复一个镜头，打怪，升级，没有变化，而单机游戏的剧情是网络游戏无法代替的，这里就拿《极品飞车》来说吧，这个游戏的剧情是十分连贯的，画面效果十分棒，比什么《DNF》《CF》了要好的多，有的时候看个动画片了，看个电影啦，都比玩网游好，玩网游不仅耗费时间，还耗费钱物，更对自己的身心健康没有一点好处。

网络游戏的危害等同于毒品成瘾

痴迷于网络游戏不可自拔与服用毒品成瘾一样，危害深重，需要社会和政府的早期干预。这是沪上心理学专家郭莲舫教授就目前某些大中小学生沉溺于游戏机房的现象提出的观点。

根据心理学测试的统计结果，所有服食毒品的人都存在程度不同的心理障碍，焦虑、紧张、忧郁等等。而迷恋网络游戏的人经过测试后，其结果也都超过正常值，无一例外地提示具有心理障碍问题。郭教授指出，通过早期干预进行心理疏导，可以纠正心理障碍，戒除网络游戏瘾。但是如果沉溺网络游戏越深就越难以自拔，其危害等同于毒品成瘾。令人惋惜的是，目前还没有生理或心理的“解药”。因此当家长恳求“救救孩子”的时候，郭教授只能痛心地告诉家长，为时已晚!

专家呼吁：为了帮助青少年脱离沉溺网络游戏的害人泥沼，社会和政府应早期干预，除了勒令游戏机房管理者严格遵守相关法规之外，必须关闭一部分管理不善的网吧和游戏机房，切断青少年的接触途径。

所以我在这里呼吁广大青少年放弃对网游的迷恋，好好学习，考上以个理想的学校。

有一种东西已经广泛地进入了千家万户：它可以使远隔千里的人看见对方;可以使你更快地知道新闻;可以在买东西时方便支付……但它也可以使人们视力下降，更可以使你的事业和学业变得荒疏。它是现代家长不离手的“孩子”，青少年不离手的“宠儿”。几乎没有人可以做到对它熟视无睹，它就是——手机。

现代成人看手机，大多数都是社交方面的，也有少部分人会在手机上追个剧、看看新闻。本来手机只是一个供人娱乐的电子产品，也给人们提供了很多方便，大有裨益。可是很多成年人接触手机比接触自己孩子的时间都要多，这就让手机变了味。

在生活中，“低头族”随处可见：有走路看手机撞树上的，有掉进水里的，还有自拍摔下悬崖的……坐公交时，除了一些小学生和爷爷奶奶，其他站着的或坐着的人也都在看手机。我在外面吃饭时看见了这样可笑的一幕：对面一桌的几个人简直就是神同步，在吃饭时都低着头盯着手机，谁都不愿意将自己的手机放下。他们左手拿着手机看，右手夹着菜和饭……我猜想，他们这样不把心思放在吃饭上面，能吃出来饭的味道吗?或许味同嚼蜡吧!我觉得这个可笑却值得我们去深思：莫不是手机退化了人的智力，让人为机器所控?人类可是高智商动物，怎会被一个没头没脑的破铜烂铁所控呢?说起来实属有些讽刺的意味。

现在的青少年上网、看手机、打游戏简直入了迷，游戏对于青少年而言不只是娱乐，而是成年人无论如何也猜不到的—攀比心。看到这里，你或许会有疑问，别急，继续往下看。玩游戏不和别人或同学一起联机玩而自己单排的很少吧?你肯定不希望别人任何事情上超过你吧?拿一些游戏举个例子：王者荣耀和第五人格，比什么?比段位;迷你世界和我的世界，比什么?比粉丝量。相貌平平又平平无奇的人，却可以在游戏中做一个“欧皇”“大神”。虚荣心可以在此得到满足。现实中只是一个活在别人世界的无名小卒，而游戏中，却可以轻易成为虚拟世界里的人上人。曾经有段时间，我对于手机游戏到了痴迷忘我的境界。爸爸看到后总是摇头，他觉得我要“残废”了。远在千里的爸爸“命令”妈妈每天放学后陪我读书，每个星期陪我画画、练书法。渐渐地我从学习中找到了快乐，手机似乎被我忘得一干二净。

青少年玩游戏是在另一个虚拟世界里成为万众瞩目的人上人，他们觉得虚荣心得到了满足。但虚拟毕竟是假的，没有真正存在，倒不如把大把时间和精力放到现实生活中来。

手机利大于弊或弊大于利全靠你自己对于手机不同程度的见解和认识自行做出的选择。在此，我要对各位成年人说：“大人不经意间做出的一举一动，孩子都会默默地看在眼里，记在心上，会持续到下一代，再下一代……没有止境。所以，现在开始，将你那片刻不离手的手机放下吧!”

网络是一种很好的信息交流工具，人类有了它，就能随时随地地获得信息．因此，就有越来越多的网络游戏出现。有部分电脑游戏是以暴力或是其他不良信息作为主题的，当学生玩这种游戏时，就会被灌输这样的想法。

现在网上有许多骗人的东西，已有不少人上当受骗了，我觉得，我们应该有一颗警惕心，防止一些坏人的犯罪行为。

我认为，上网最主要的目的应该是查找资料，而不是一味的玩游戏，沉迷游戏，这是不好的。万一沉迷于玩游戏，就会影响许多方面的问题。例如学业、与别人沟通等等。所以我们应该坚决反对沉迷游戏。

有一次，我在电视上看到一个男孩，因为沉迷网络游戏，天天都不回家，在网吧通宵上网。家长与学校也已经多次劝阻，可还是屡教不改，最终因过于沉迷游戏，导致精神失常，伤害了别人。

沉迷网络游戏是一种不好的行为。作为学生的我们，应该把精力放在学习上，而不是沉迷与上网玩游戏。我相信，只要我们努力，就一定能将这种不良风气消灭的！

电脑对人体的五大危害：

一是对身体健康的直接影响：电脑显示器伴有辐射与电磁波，长期使用会伤害人们的眼睛，诱发一些眼病，如青光眼等；长期击键会对手指和上肢不利；操作电脑时，体形和全身难得有变化，高速、单一、重复的操作，持久的强迫体位，容易导致肌肉骨骼系统的疾患。计算机操作时所累及的主要部位有腰、颈、肩、肘、腕部等。

二是电脑微波对身体的危害：电脑的低能量的X射线和低频电磁辐射，容易引起人们中枢神经失调。英国一项办公室电磁波研究证实，电脑屏幕发出的低频辐射与磁场，会导致719种病症，包括眼睛痒、颈背痛、短暂失去记忆、暴躁及抑郁等。对女性还易造成生殖机能及胚胎发育异常，出现痛经、经期延长等症状，少数妇女还发生早产或流产，孕妇每周使用20小时以上电脑，其流产发生率增加80%以上，同时，还能导致胎儿畸形。

三是增加精神和心理压力：操作电脑过程中注意力高度集中，眼、手指快速频繁运动，使生理、心理过度重负，从而产生睡眠多梦、神经衰弱、头部酸胀、机体免疫力下降，甚至会诱发一些精神方面的疾病。这种人易丧失自信，内心时常紧张、烦躁、焦虑不安，最终导致身心疲惫。

四是导致网络综合征：长时间无节制地花费大量时间和精力在互联网上持续聊天、浏览，会导致各种行为异常、心理障碍、人格障碍、交感神经功能部分失调，严重者发展成为网络综合征，该病症的典型表现为：情绪低落、兴趣丧失、睡眠障碍、生物钟紊乱、食欲下降和体重减轻、精力不足、精神运动性迟缓和激动、自我评价降低、思维迟缓、不愿意参加社会活动、很少关心他人、饮酒和滥用药物等。

五是电脑散发的气体危害呼吸系统：电脑、激光打印机等设备会释放有害人体健康的臭氧，不仅有毒，而且可造成某些人呼吸困难，对于那些哮喘病和过敏症患者来说，情况就更为严重了。

另外，较长时间呆在臭氧气体浓度较高的地方，还会导致肺部发生病变。

With the improvement of our living standard， more and more people can afford a car. As a result，our roads are more often than not crammed with cars.

However，with more and more waste gas being discharged by the cars，the problem of air pollution bees even more serious. So nowadays we advocate to lead a low-carbon life.

I always care so much about the food I eat, because my stomach is a little

Fathers Day is on the third Sunday of June. Everyone will express their

love to fathers. In Chinese tradition, the role of father is always described as

a quiet man. Though he doesnt talk much, the way he shows his love can be seen

all the time. Father deserves the applause as mother.

Most peoples impression about a father comes from a classic article they

learned in primary school. The article described a traditional father sent his

In recent years, the forests have been getting smaller and smaller for more

and more people cut down trees for money. As trees grow naturally, people dont

need to invest anything on them. But cutting down trees has destroyed our

nature. We have already seen the bad consequence. For example, we always suffer

from the flood and drought disaster; many animals are facing the danger of dying

out, because their habitats have been destroyed; deserts are expanding, and

sandstorms are emerging. Our environment has been changed from bad to worse due

to the reduction of forests. Thus, the government should appeal people that

cutting down trees breaks the balance of our nature. Those who continue to cut

down trees should be punished severely.
