一、指导思想。

四、教学目标。

力争在期末考试中优秀率打到30%左右，及格率达到60%左右。缩小学生间的差距。为下一学期的英语教育教学工作打下以良好的基础。

五、具体措施。

1、每天背诵课文中的对话。目的：要求学生背诵并默写，培养语感。

2、每天记5个生词，2个常用句子或习语。实施：利用“互测及教师抽查”及时检查，保证效果并坚持下去。

3、认真贯彻晨读制度：规定晨读内容，加强监督，保证晨读效果。

4、坚持日测、周测、月测的形成性评价制度：对英语学习实行量化制度，每日、每周、每月都要给学生检验自己努力成果的机会，让进步的同学体会到成就感，让落后的同学找出差距，感受压力。由此在班里形成浓厚的学习氛围，培养学生健康向上的人格和竞争意识。

5、对后进生进行专门辅导，布置单独的作业，让他们在小进步、小转变中体味学习的快乐，树立学习的自信，尽快成长起来。

6、关注学生的情感，营造宽松、民主、和谐的教学氛围。

7、实施"任务型"的教学途径，培养学生综合语言运用能力。

8、在教学中根据目标并结合教学内容，创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动，吸引和组织他们积极参与。学生通过思考、调查、讨论、交流和合作等方式，学习和使用英语，完成学习任务。

9、加强对学生学习策略的指导，为他们终身学习奠定基础。

10、认真钻研教材，备好，上好每一节课，向45分钟要质量。

有了手机，能上网以后，QQ的吱吱叫声和微信的叮咚响声时常响起，让我赶紧放下手上的事情，看手机上的新消息，有远在外地的爷爷奶奶、姥姥姥爷发来的旅游见闻、可爱的表弟表妹们的逗乐视频、有同学们作业、学习方面的讨论和对新鲜事件的调侃，也有节假日喜庆和娱乐的红包，个个都让我爱不释手，徜徉在网络中，流连忘返。更加让我惊喜的是，有些失去联系的少年玩伴也似乎一下子冒出来了，互致问候，经常交流。我和朋友们的联系比以前更加紧密了，即便是已经毕业分离的小学同学也能经常联系，交流彼此中学生活的趣闻。可是，我慢慢的发现我和身边好朋友的联系反而变得碎片化了，以前一块相约去社区图书馆看书、户外轮滑、骑自行车现在都变成有一句没一句的聊天了。

不知不觉中每天在手机上逗留的时间也增加了，这时爸爸妈妈有些担心了，担心我流连于网络，花费太多时间而耽误了学业，也担心我总是看手机，视力下降，开始限制我用手机和网络了，这时我觉得好像生活中缺少了点什么，总是有点不自在。随着中学生活得开始，我的中学也禁止我们携带手机到学校，要求我们一定要集中精力在学业上。从几个月来的网上自由冲浪突然又回归到清清静静的校园读书生活，反而那份久违的宁静致远、没有叮咚声打扰的课余时光、心无旁骛的思考统统都回来了，下课后、放学后朋友们热烈的交流，哪怕是叽叽喳喳辩论都是那么的亲切。

回首这几个月的经历，手机和移动互联网好像是给我打开了一扇窗，让我通过网上社交看到了更加广阔的世界。不可否认它们使我的时间碎片化了，使我的社交方式也碎片化了，但它也有它独特的优点，网上社交很方便，可以无时无刻地保持和朋友们的联系，也可以通过网络交换很多信息和文件，还有很多有趣的笑话、图片、视频。但另一方面，我想，我们需要能够管理好时间，不沉迷于网络，网上社交能够帮助我们保持和朋友们的密切联系，但也会耗费我们很多时间和精力，如果能有机的与自己的学习结合起来就能够和同学、朋友们相互帮助，相互学习，共同进步，保持友谊，碎片化的网络社交就能为我们编织出一张美丽的好朋友网络。

Choosing this day is to celebrate the birth of Confucius for his great contribution to Chinese culture. In some other countries, Teachers Day is also celebrated. In the United States, this is on the first Tuesday in May. In India, Teachers Day is celebrated on September 5. In Vietnam, it is celebrated on November 20.

One story about Jack,an Irishman,who was not allowed into Heaven because he was stingy with his money.So he was sent to hell.But down there he played tricks on the Devil (Satan),so he was kicked out of Hell and made to walk the earth forever carrying a lantern.

Well,Irish children made Jacks lanterns on October 31st from a large potato or turnip,hollowed out with the sides having holes and lit by little candles inside.And Irish children would carry them as they went from house to house begging for food for the village Halloween festival that honored the Druid god Muck Olla.The Irish name for these lanterns was "Jack with the lantern" or "Jack of the lantern," abbreviated as " Jack-o-lantern" and now spelled "jack-o-lantern."

The traditional Halloween you can read about in most books was just childrens fun night.Halloween celebrations would start in October in every elementary school.

现在的社会是网络的社会，说起网络，真是“无人不知，无人不晓”啊!从两三岁的孩子到七八十的老人，都知道网络的作用。

“秀才不出门，全知天下事。”我们坐在电脑前，鼠标轻轻一点，世界近在眼前。优雅的音乐、网上聊天使我们放松心情;奇闻轶事、大好河山使我们大开眼界，不出门便走遍大江南北;搞笑的视频使我们的生活增添了几分乐趣;我们可以在网上读书、购物，使我们的生活变得便捷……网络时时刻刻在我们身边有求必应，同时也拉近了我们与世界的距离。

记得有一次，王老师给我们布置了一项家庭作业——作一篇有关柿子树的读书笔记。我一回到家，就把我所有的作文书拿出来，一本一本地挨着找，可是没有找到。正当我一筹莫展的时候，我突然想到了网络，于是，我打开电脑，在百度上搜柿子树的文章。嗬!还真找到了!我高兴极了，连忙抄在了读书笔记本上。

网络的好处真是数不胜数。

古代伟大的教育家老子说过，一切事物都有反正两面，网络也不例外。

记得我看过的一本书中介绍：有一个十二岁的小男孩，叫胡兵。他沉迷于网络游戏中，无法自拔。有一次，他为了能玩上电脑游戏，利用上学时间背着父母偷偷跑到城里的一家网吧里上网。在这些天中，没有人管过这个少年，他每天就吃一袋方便面。晚上，他就把椅子并起来，躺在上面睡觉。他的父母找不到他，便报了警。当警察找到他时，他已经奄奄一息。胡兵临死前说得最后一句话是：“我不该沉迷于网络之中，他带给我的痛苦太多了。

网络上的知识比我们书本上的知识多的多，因此，我们对网络便产生了依赖，变得懒惰。比如写作文时，有的同学就比着电脑上抄。写作业时在电脑上找答案。老师为了我们将知识记得更牢固而辛苦布置的作业，我们什么都记不住，离了电脑，我们什么都干不了。

我要告诉大家，网络不是十全十美的，我们要利用好网络，让它成为我们学习和生活上的好朋友。

I get up at seven oclock in the morning every day. After I brush my teeth

and wash face, I eat my breakfast. My mother makes the breakfast for me. I go to

school at 7:30 am, and come back from school at 6:00pm. Before I go to bed I

will do some homework. I usually go to sleep at 10:00pm. On the weekend, I will

go to play football with my friends, in the summer we like to go swimming. These

are my daily life.
