其次是要求他们也多阅读，多看书。现在，我和爸爸妈妈在进行一个小竞赛，每个人每看一本书，就把它记录下来，比比看谁看的书数量多，谁输了就要接受小小的惩罚哦。通过这个小竞赛，让我们一家人逐渐养成了爱阅读爱看书的习惯，玩手机的毛病也就甩在一边啦。

还有就是多健身多做眼保健操，“一起健身!一起做眼保健操!锻炼身体排第一!”这句话成为了我们家人的一句口头禅，一有空暇时间，我们就互相监督，互相做健身游戏。通过一段时间的锻炼，爸爸和妈妈

的眼睛也慢慢保护起来了。

现在“低头族”“手机控”和我们全家都说拜拜喽，我可高兴了。我想：我还要继续努力，去积极影响身边的人，让大家远离不健康的生活习惯，更快乐美好地生活!
