Every person needs sleep everyday. But with the high development of

society, most people have more and more things to do and have less time to

sleep. As a result, many people are lack of sleep. For a short time, they may

long term. First of all, lack of sleep will do harm to people’s look. If they do

not sleep enough, they will get black eyes and bad skin easily, which will make

people look no so beautiful. Secondly, lack of sleep is bad for the spiritual

things. Last, not enough sleep for a long time will have bad influence of

The first fathers day was in June, 5th, 1910, United Stated. In 1909, a

lady called Bruce Dodd put forward that people should establish father’s day. At

that time, people only celebrated the mothers day, but nobody celebrate

fathers day yet. Lady Dodd had lost her mother when she was very young, her

father raised her grew up. Lady Dodd was so thankful for what her father had

done for her that she wrote a letter to the government. In the letter, she

appeals to establish the fathers day. The government accepted her suggestion

and decided that the third Sunday of June is the national father’s day. In 1972,

the president Nixon had passed the law and agreed that the father’s day is on

June the third Sunday. From this year, the world started to celebrate father’s

day.

On this special day, the children usually dedicate flowers to their

fathers. The red roses to those who still alive, while the white ones to the

fallings. Fathers always are considered being the central of the whole family.

Without father in the family, home may feel insecure. The father always fights

for the family and support the family. On this day, we can do something for our

fathers. For instance, we can make a breakfast for them, or buy them a nice tie.

We should spend more time with our father, show our love to them.

The father’s day is coming, take this chance, and tell our fathers that we

随着时代的发展，人类的科学技术变得越来越发达了，网络就是科技发达的证明。网络是由节点和连线构成，表示诸多对象及其相互联系。网络传播面影响面广大，作为原创作者，应该在报道冷新闻的同时，也增加暖新闻，德行深厚，福报广大。现在网络越来越发达，有些人在网络上传播自己的作品，从而被广大网民所认识，变得小有名气，通常把他们成为网络红人。除了这些，电子游戏可以训练人的手脑配合能力，起到开发大脑、提升智力的作用;可以激发钻研、创造的欲望和学习的兴趣。而且网络给信息带来了强大而有力的传播途径，并且大大缩短了信息发布和接收的时间，避免了许多不必要的资源浪费。

网络既能帮助人，也能害人。由报告指出，现在有许多未成年人沉迷于网络中，这样使这些未成年人减少人际间交流，产生自闭倾向，甚至会患上"电脑自闭症"。有些在校的学生沉迷于电子游戏，最终导致他们成绩下降，甚至旷课、逃学的现象日益普遍。还有，电子游戏一般以"攻击、战斗、竞争"为主要成分。未成年人长期玩飞车、砍杀、爆破、枪战等游戏，会使他们模糊道德认知，淡化游戏虚拟与现实生活的差异，误认为这种通过伤害他人而达到目的的方式是合理的。

总之，网络既有好处，也有坏处。如果我们能好好地使用网络，那么它就对我们有利;如果我们沉迷于网络，那么它就对我们有弊。所以网络是由人来支配的，网络只是个为人服务的工具。

I love my mother very much. Like many other Chinese women, my mother is

diligent. She works in a primary school. In order to teach well, she prepares

her lectures very carefully and often works so late at night.

My mother is very kind and sincere. She gets along with her neighbors and
