过端午节，是中国人二千多年来的传统习惯，由于地域广大，民族众多，加上许多故事传说，于是不仅产生了众多相异的节名，而且各地也有着不尽相同的习俗。其内容主要有：女儿回娘家，挂钟馗像，迎鬼船、躲午，帖午叶符，悬挂菖蒲、艾草，游百病，佩香囊，备牲醴,赛龙舟，比武，击球，荡秋千，给小孩涂雄黄，饮用雄黄酒、菖蒲酒，吃五毒饼、咸蛋、粽子和时令鲜果等，除了有迷信色彩的活动渐已消失外，其余至今流传中国各地及邻近诸国。有些活动，如赛龙舟等，已得到新的发展，突破了时间、地域界线，成为了国际性的体育赛事。

关于端午节的由来，说法甚多，诸如：纪念屈原说;纪念伍子胥说 ;纪念曹娥说;起于三代夏至节说;恶月恶日驱避说，吴月民族图腾祭说等等。以上各说，各本其源。据学者闻一多先生的《端午考》和《端午的历史教育》列举的百余条古籍记载及专家考古考证，端午的起源，是中国古代南方吴越民族举行图腾祭的节日，比屈原更早。但千百年来，屈原的爱国精神和感人诗辞，已广泛深入人心，故人们“惜而哀之，世论其辞，以相传焉”，因此，纪念屈原之说，影响最广最深，占据主流地位。在民俗文化领域，中国民众把端午节的龙舟竞渡和吃粽子等，都与纪念屈原联系在一起。

时至今日，端午节仍是中国人民中一个十分盛行的隆重节日

Study is the necessary process that everyone need to experience. And then exam will follow. To obtain a good score, review is inevitable. Almost everyone wants to find the best review method. But there is no best review method, but there is the most suitable way. Different people will find different methods for them to do review. 学习是每个人都必须要经历的过程。然后考试就随之而来了。为了获得好成绩，复习是必须的。几乎每个人都想找到最好的复习方法。但是，没有最好的只有最适合的复习方法。不同的人会找到不同的复习方法。例如，一些学生适合集体学习，而一些则应该独自学习。在背诵东西的时候，有些需要写下来，有些需要大声说出来，而有些则只需要看看。不同的人依赖于不同的方法。不要与他人相比较;找到最适合自己的。

语文课上，老师让同学们列两张清单，一张是自己抱怨的事，一张是自己感恩的事。

我将这两张清单罗列完之后又重新逐条看了一遍。抱怨的事中第一件就是快中考了。是啊，中考，在我的想法里早已被压力、担心、紧张等等等等里三层外三层地围了个水泄不通。而不可否认的是，在感恩清单上的第一件事也是中考，因为中考过后可以升到高一级学府，而且还有近两个月的长假，那是很令人期待的事啊。

可见，无论是抱怨还是感激，都有内在的联系。我憎恨考试，它让我时时刻刻都那么紧张;我厌恶父母永无休止的唠叨，使我不得尽事随意“开心颜”。但我感激一次又一次的考试，让我认清自己的不足，更感谢父母的唠叨，这些唠叨句句都是关爱，让我不会迷失，更不会在无垠的人生旷野上走丢。

我们之所以抱怨那么多的事情，是因为它们令我们身心俱疲，打击在我们的最软弱处最悲哀处。然而，我们是否想过正是这些磨练使我们的脆弱处变得坚忍，从而提升了自己。

所以，我们抱怨的那些事情，也正是我们最应该感激的啊!

感激不如意的成绩，感激令人疲惫的体能训练，感激父母的唠唠叨叨，感激即将到来的中考……这些曾经都是“抱怨清单”的住户，如今却在我的“感恩清单”上居住，并且是永驻!

同那么多的抱怨，挥手作别吧，让它们成为我们的感恩基石，感激它们的历练使我们得到了真真正正彻彻底底的成长。
