在西方，人们一般都是用叉子、刀和勺子用餐的。比如说，你现在就在西方的一家餐厅用餐。你要记住几点：1、不能拿叉子、刀等之类的东西，敲打桌面，敲打杯子，发出奇怪的声音。这样是很没礼貌的，不过我相信，这个世界上只有一个人会这么做，就是——憨豆。2、在吃东西的时候，不要像东北人一样，吃饭叭叽嘴，发出声音。3、在吃东西的时候，不要狼吞虎咽，一大口一大口地吃……

刚才的是西方餐桌上的礼仪，现在就是我们国家，中国餐桌上的礼仪啦！

在我们国家，人们一般用筷子和勺子。比如说，用勺子的时候，就得这样：1、用筷子取食时，也可以用勺子来辅助。尽量不要单用勺子去取菜。用勺子取食物时，不要过满，免得溢出来弄脏餐桌或自己的衣服。在舀取食物后，可以在原处“暂停”片刻，汤汁不会再往下流时，再移回来享用。2、暂时不用勺子时，应放在自己的碟子上，不要把它直接放在餐桌上，或是让它在食物中“立正”。用勺子取食物后，要立即食用或放在自己碟子里，不要再把它倒回原处。而如果取用的食物太烫，不可用勺子舀来舀去，也不要用嘴对着吹，可以先放到自己的碗里等凉了再吃。不要把勺子塞到嘴里，或者反复吮吸、舔食……这就是用勺子的礼仪。那么，用筷子，也有它自己的礼仪，比如说：1、不论筷子上是否残留着食物，都不要去舔。用舔过的筷子去夹菜，是不是有点倒人胃口？2、和人交谈时，要暂时放下筷子，不能一边说话，一边像指挥棒似地舞着筷子。3、不要把筷子竖插放在食物上面。因为这种插法，只在祭奠死者的时候才用。4、严格筷子的职能。筷子只是用来夹取食物的。用来剔牙、挠痒或是用来夹取食物之外的东西都是失礼的……这就是筷子的礼仪。
