运 动有很多种，有打篮球、羽毛球、桌球、、、等，都是有益身心健康的运动，其中，我最喜爱的运动是：”游泳”，游泳不但可以治好气喘，还可以减肥，真是一举 两得。游泳有很多方式，像是：自由式、蛙式、仰式、水母漂、、、等，都很有趣喔!但是，游泳也是要注意一下，像是不要没有做暖身操，就先下水，不然就不能 避免抽筋;下水时先确认水深不深，浅不浅，水深不好，因为你跳水时，有可能水太深，造成溺水;水太浅跳水时，就会受伤，容易发生危险;还有不要在湿滑的地 方追逐嬉戏。我们要快快乐乐的玩，平平安安的回家。

游泳是个很好的运动，连平常都不怎么有精神的弟弟去游泳回来以后，精神都来了。可见游泳真的很棒!我们也可以多多尝试看看喔!

这只小猫，来到我家时，是住在我家阳台的假山后面。

它有着一双水汪汪的眼睛。这对水汪汪的眼睛，好像是一湖泛着蓝光的湖水。它的嘴小巧玲珑，像一颗圆溜溜的小樱桃，旁边有几根银针般的胡须。头好像一个圆滚滚胖胖的小皮球。

它有好多好多特点。

它非常可爱，当我回到家里，它就高兴地围着我跑来跑去，还鼓起那圆滚滚、胖嘟嘟的小脸向我卖萌，可爱得都把我的心给融化了！

它还非常高贵。每次走路时的姿势都是昂首挺胸，绝对不会弯着腰走路。这样子走路像一个高贵的芭蕾者在那儿优雅地跳舞。

它非常爱干净。每次我给它吃饭的时候，都一定要把它的碗擦得干干净净一尘染。如果它看到自己碗有一丁点儿脏就不吃饭了，怕是饿死也不吃一口。

它是既可爱又高贵还非常爱干净的一只猫。就是因为它的可爱、高贵、爱干净所以才让我喜欢。小朋友们，你们喜欢这只猫吗？
